Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of the analysis is to find out whether the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of the Regional Revenue Service staff of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The results of the research show that the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Kutai Kartanegara acceptable truth, where the value of t count the work discipline variable is greater than the value of t table (16,332> 1,66055) with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0,000 <0,05). Thus the proposed hypothesis has been proven and acceptable.Keywords: work disciplin, work performance

Abstract

Abstract:The main purpose of this research is to find out the influence of store image and store atmosphereon impulse buying on consumer self-service dafinna in Tenggarong. In this study used multipe regression analysis with equation model. The process of calculating data using manual tools and the distribution of questionnaires.Based onresult of f test it can be concluded that store image and store atmosphere variabels simultan eously have an effect on impulse buying. By using method entered, jika f arithmetic is bigger than f tabel (f count 80,349> f tabel 0,274). Then independent variables have a significant  relationship or impulse buying variables influenced by the variable store image and store atmosphere significantly influence the impulse buying on self-service Dafinna Swalayan in Tenggarong.” Accepted and proven to be true.From the results of partial correlation test seen the value of the largest image store variable than the variable store atmosphere t tabel (T arithmetic 8,964< T table 1,666) So ho rejected and H1 accepted. From the results of the partial test looks the most dominant influence on impulse buying on Dafinna Swalayan in Tenggarong.” Accepted and proven to be true.Keywords : Store Image, Store Atmosphere, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract:The establishment of the village of Kedang Ipil as tourist village could not be separated from the presence of natural attractions in the form of Kandua Raya Waterfall that often become a destination vacation or recreation for the surrounding communities and region in particular communities of East kalimantan. This research is useful for manager or as reference for related party interested in the preparation of Kandua Raya tourism development. Data obtained either the primary data, secondary data and ancillary data are analyzed in a descriptive, quantitative and qualitative. The strategy of the development of nature tourism is in the SWOT analysis to maximize the strength and opportunities of development activities towards local communities, yet simultaneously also can minimize weakness and threats that are contained in it. Knowledge of the economic value of  natural resources and the environment is important, both for the managers, the public, as well as the related agencies. The support of the relevant agencies and the positive attitude of the public is indispensable. Moreover, the road to accessibility to the site is still difficult. Need to repair the road Infrastructure. However, institutions involved and the determination of responsibility does not match the task.Keywords: Environment, waterfall, tourism

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the amount of net income received by the Agian Water Refill Drinking business in Tenggarong between the researchers and companies.The data used are gross income, labor costs, operational costs and overhead costs for 2016 and 2017. The analytical tool used is quantitative analysis of cost accounting and profitability methods.Based on the results of research on the Water Depot for Agian refill in Tenggarong, the following conclusions can be drawn:1. In 2016 net profit margin obtained by Drinking Water Depot Agian refill for the researcher version was 35.79% and in the company version 40.90% with a difference of 5.11%. In 2017 both the researcher and company versions experienced a decline in value of 30.68% and 35.98% for the company version.2. In 2016 Total Assets Turnover produced by Drinking Water Depots by the researcher version of Agian refills is 1.35 times and the company version is 1.35 times or both calculations are the same. In 2017 the researchers version of the total assets turnover was 1.03 times and the company version 1.03 aka the same but the second value of this calculation decreased when compared to 2016.3. In 2016 Earning Power produced by Drinking Water Depot Agian refills the researcher version 49.02% and company version 56.01% with a difference of 6.99%. In 2017 the researcher version value was 32.20% and the company version was 37.75%, or there was a 173% decrease compared to Earning Power produced in 2016.4. In 2016 the Return On Investment (ROI) generated by the Drinking Water Depot Agian refills the researcher's version of 48.53% and the company version 55.45% with a difference of 7%. In 2017 the researcher version of the Return On Investment (ROI) value was 31.87% and the company version was 37.38%. From this value the two calculation versions in 2017 still experience a decline in value compared to 2016.5. In 2011 the Return On Equity produced by Drinking Water Depots by the researcher version of Agian refills was 72.84% and the company's version yield was 83.24%. For the 2017 version the researcher version is 37.59% and the entrepreneur's version is 44.07% or when compared the results of 2017 are still lower than in 2016.6. Based on the description, and see the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the results of the calculation of the company's version of the analysis there are striking differences or still higher than the version of the researcher so that the hypothesis proposed earlier was accepted because it proved the truth. Keywords: Net Income

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to analyze the inventory of fish feed on UD.Alisandra Jaya Abadi addressed on JL. Jendral sudirman subdistrict Loa Kulu.The owner of a company is Mr. Ismail and the head of the company (manager) named Mrs. Ismawati.Problems that appeared then was about the level of preparation of fish feed that is experiencing an excess or shortage of supplies at a certain period in UD.Alisandra Jaya Abadi in Loa Kulu. Company that became a distributor of fish and feed the fish and have a lot of agents and partners breeders make this company is required to be able to guarantee the availability of fish feed at any time.Fish feed primarily on the type of sink 981 brand produced by the partners of the company PT.Feedmil.This research is a combined quantitative and qualitative research with the technique of collecting observations and interviews with company manager. Analysis tool used is the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for know your most economical quantities, Reorder Point to determine the level of reordering, and Safety Stock inventory is the amount of feed to know the backup if any time an increase in demand.Document used during August 2018.Based on the results of calculations the researchers did, the following will be conveyed as follows :1. The minimum of inventory (safety stock) of sinking type 981 fish feed is 132 sacks.2. Economic order quantity (EOQ) 981 sink type fish feed reached in the number of economic order is 368 sacks with the frequency of orders 4 times every 7 days a message in one period / month.3. Reorder point if the reamaining inventory amount or close to 264 sack.4. The maximum amount of inventory so that there is no waste of the cost component is 500 sacks. Keywords: Inventory, EOQ, Reorder Point , Safety Stock

Abstract

Nowdays, BMT not just finance entitas but growing as shariah finance entitas. Its mean BMT have more power to growing. Aspecially implementation accounting standars in sharia. In fact not many finance sharia institution using a PSAK. The purpose of this study was to determine wheater accounting standars play a role in the management of the financial statements BMT Ummat Mandiri Balikpapan.The study used a qualitative descriptive research. For data collection is done by techiques of documentation and interview techniques. The data used is BMT Ummat Mandiri Fincancial Statement consisting of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement with the 2011-2013. This study uses two variables consisting of PSAK 101 independent variables and the dependent variable is the financial statements. This study was done by analyzing the financial statements of the BMT Ummat Mandiri whether in accordance with PSAK 101 or not.The result of this study show the presentation of financial statements BMT Ummat Mandiri complete the take because it does not present all the components of the financial statements are in PSAK 101, but for the presentation of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement presented in accordance with PSAK 101. Method of recording recognition of the financial statement have been prepared on BMT Ummat Mandiri accrual basic, for the calculation of income available for the result are presented using the cash basis.Keyword : BMT Ummat Mandiri, Implemetation PSAK 101, finance shariah

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the level of cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventories in Pak Suhaimi's diamond business in Tenggarong for the period of 2016 - 2018.The average cash generated by Pak Suhaimi's Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2016 was Rp. 23,777,050, in 2017 is Rp. 28,400,000 increased by Rp. 4,622,950 (19.4%) and average cash in 2018 amounting to Rp. 26,000,000 or decreased by Rp. 2,400,000 (8.4%). Cash turnover generated in 2016 amounted to 7.62, in 2017 decreased by 7.28 times and cash turnover in 2018 amounted to 6.63 times or decreased by 0.65 times. The cash turnover period generated in 2016 for 47 days, in 2017 is 49 days and the cash turnover period in 2018 is 54 days or 5 days longer.The average receivables generated at the Pak Suhaimi Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2016 amounted to Rp. 23,830,000, in 2017 Rp. 36,805,000 or an increase of Rp. 12,975,000 (54.4%) and the average receivables in 2018 were Rp. 34,125,000 or decreased by Rp. 2,680,000 (7.2%) Receivables turnover generated in 2016 amounted to 7.60, in 2017 amounted to 5.61 times and accounts receivable turnover in 2018 was down by 5.05 times or decreased by 0.56 times. Receivables turnover period generated in 2016 for 47 days, in 2017 amounted to 64 days and receivables turnover in 2017 amounted to 71 days or 7 days later.The average inventory produced by Pak Suhaimi's Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2016 was Rp. 26,000,000, in 2017 in the amount of Rp. 21,550,000 or down Rp. 4,450,000 (17.1%) and the average inventory in 2018 of Rp. 24,850,000 or increase to Rp. 3,300,000 (15.3%). Inventory turnover generated in 2016 amounted to 6.97, in 2017 amounted to 9.59 times and inventory turnover in 2018 amounted to 6.94 times or decreased by 2.65 times. Inventory turnover period generated in 2016 for 52 days, in 2017 amounted to 38 days and inventory turnover period in 2018 amounted to 52 days or no later than 14 daysBased on the analysis and discussion above, we can see that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover of Pak Suhaimi Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2018 decreased when compared with the previous year 2017 and 2016.
