Abstract

Abstract :In this research research obyek to check Angkringan Batang Batu representing a effort providing food and beverage with open natural atmosphere berlamat walked A.M. Sangaji No.27 Rt.9 Sub District Of Sukarame District of Tenggarong with owner Mr. Aria of Nurzaman. As for sold food and beverage Angkringan Batang Batu like fried rice, noodles fry, cheese banana and still many again and also assorted beverage and juice of sop fruit which enthused many consumer to relax nighttime. Intention of this research is to know how big influence of Atmosphere variable of Angkringan, Quality of Product and Image (Image) influencing Satisfaction Of Consumer Angkringan Batang Batu Tenggarong and know most dominant influence of independent variable which influence Satisfaction Of Consumer Angkringan Batang Batu Tenggarong. In data analysis, as according to research object where variable suspected more than one, hence analysis utilized for the verification of hypothesis in this research quantitative analysis with model of Multiple Regresi. Based on the description, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis stated stated "That the atmosphere variable, the quality of the product and the image simultaneously have an effect on customer satisfaction on Angkringan Batang Batu in Tenggarong" is accepted and proven trueKeyword : Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract :This research is meant to find out the influence of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement to the impulse buying behavior. The population is the customers who have ever purchased  clothes at Kanakbini Boutique Tenggarong. The sample collection technique has been done by using sampling purposive and 75 people have been selected as samples. The analysis has been done by using multiple linear regressions. The result of the research shows that shopping lifestyle have influence to the impulse buying of the fashion product at Kanakbini Boutique. Partially, Fashion Involvement has no significant effect to Impulse buying behavior of Kanakbini Boutique . Meanwhile, the variable which has dominant influence to the impulse buying is shopping lifestyle because its partial coefficient determination is the biggest when it is compared to other variables. The analysis using the coefficient of determination shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement simultaneously variable influence on impulsive buying by 29.3 % while the remaining 70.7% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study such as quality of service, brand, discount, display, hedonic shopping value, etc.Keywords: Impulse Buying Behaviour, Fashion Involvement, Shopping Lifestyle

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the device profile flower village So subdistrict of Muara Kaman Kutai Kartanegara Regency and to know the influence of educational level on performance of devices flower village So Sub Muara Kaman District Kukar.The value t calculate amounted to 5.51 while theoretical value t with the degrees of freedom (the degree of the freedom) to the respondents amounted to 46 with the calculation rules (n-2/46-2 = 44) at the 5% level (α = 0.05) is 1.680230 or 1.68 1.68 > 5.51 meaning. Thus the hypothesis put forward, namely: that the level of education affects the performance of the device so the flower village sub district of Kutai Kartanegara Regency Muara Kaman is acceptable because it has been proven to be true.Keywords: Level Of Education, The Performance Of The Device Of The Village

Abstract:The main objective of this research is to know the optimal amount of Cement inventory by using Economic order Quantity method at Tamara Shop ShopInMangkurawang in January 2018. The analytical tool used to examine the economic order quantity (EOQ), reorder point and safety stock. The data used during this study was January 2018.Based on the results of research that researchers have done to prove the hypothesis, which previously has been supported by the description on the background, the formulation of the problem and the basic theory that has been the authors pointed out the following will be submitted things as follows:The optimal order amount (EOQ) at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: EOQ Cement Three Wheels as much as 256 Zak.The optimal amount of Safety Stock at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: Three-Wheel Cement Safety Supplies of 36 Zak.The optimal ordering point (ROP) at Tamara Building Shop is: ROP Cement Three Wheels at the time of the remaining inventory 89 Zak.The optimal ordering frequency at Tamara Building Shop in MangkurawangTenggarong, is: Frequency of booking three cement wheels as much as 6 times a month, with the distance between orders 5 days. Keywords: EOQ, reorder point, safety stock, order frequency

Abstract

Study of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is an analysis using yurisis normative approach. The purpose of this study was to Know and analyze the successful implementation of ADD and analyze the impact of ADD to the improvement of public infrastructure, employment and empowerment of communities and village institutions. The results showed that the Quality of Planning , Implementation, Control Activities, Accountability Reporting is good and Respondents from LPM is not a good understanding of the regulations or policies associated with ADD and ADD are indicators of success can not be measured.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much potential can be developed for ecotourism activities. The results showed that the development potential of ecotourism in the subdistrict studied was low, the attraction of natural tourism objects lacked selling value and did not have endemic animals or plants. Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Objects in this study are work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at Grand Fatma Hotel Tengarong. The population in this research is 48 employees with sampling using census approach. The data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is, partially, work motivation and job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to organizational commitment. The analysis using the coefficient of determination work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously variable influence on organizational commitment by 75.2 % while the remaining 24.8 % is the influence of other variables not examined in this study such as compensation and work competition. Meanwhile, the variable which has dominant influence to the organizational commitment is job satisfaction because its partial coefficient determination is the biggest when it is compared to other variables. Keywords: work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Serving wholesale purchases of pulse agents, wholesale purchases of online bill payment agents, wholesale purchases of telephone cards and data packets (both in the city and out of town) are located at Jl. Lake aji, RT.23 No.23 Kelurahan. Malay, Tenggarong Sub-district established since 2010 by the owner Mr. Maidi. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to Know, What Price, Product, Promotion And Location has a significant influence on consumer buying interest In Counter Hamdalah Pulsa Tronik In Tenggarong and to Know, Of the four variables, which is the most dominant influence interest buy consumer On Counter Hamdalah Pulsa Tronik In Tenggarong From the results of the research hypothesis proposed by the researcher sebelunya is, Suspected variable Suspected factor price, product, promotion and location influence simultaneously to behavior intention (intention to buy) consumer at Counter Hamdalah Pulsa Tronik in Tenggarong. accepted and proven to be true. From the results of partial correlation test above shows the value of the variable of the most influential price where the t test research has been t arithmetic for the price variable followed by promotion variable, product, location, so that the sense variable is the most dominant variable influencing consumer buying intention. Abstract:Sales of snack products that are quite fast in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is a cake sales business. Cake sales business is a prospective business and can be easily developed in accordance with the needs of the community. Cake sales is a pretty bright business prospect and much in demand by the community.          One of the well known cake seller business in Tenggarong City is Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong at road Kramajaya Kel.Mangkurawang Tenggarong Kab. Kutai Kartanegara. Researchers are interested in conducting research on Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong because it wants to know how competitive the strategy faced by the business if it is compared with other Modern Cake Stores.          Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is home-based and is produced by involving several workers (homeowners) and with affordable raw materials to produce the cake. As for the process of selling the cakes only in the offer to the consumer in front of the front kiosk Hj.Fatimah mother's house only on Jalan Krama Jaya Mangkurawang Village.          The current problem that exists in Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is still a bit dominating market share and still the influence of other cake business competitors that hinder the increase of sales. In this case Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong not yet know the techniques of competing strategy in seizing market share, especially traditional cakes.
