SINDA: Comprehensive Journal of Islamic Social Studies adalah jurnal Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar yang mewadahi penelitian akademisi untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah, Terutama dalam bidang Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah, Perbankan Syariah, Hukum Keluarga Islam, Psikologi Islam, PIAUD, Ilmu Al Quran Dan Tafsir, Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam dan ilmu pendidikan lain serta pengajarannya dengan membuat jurnal ilmiah terkait bidang keilmuan tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari publikasi ini adalah mensosialisasikan hasil temuan dari kajian atau penelitian berdasarkan evidence (bukti/kebenaran/fakta/data) di lapangan baik di tingkat lokal, nasional, regional dan internasional. Banyak sekali fakta hasil kajian dan penelitian yang sebetulnya sangat penting dan menarik untuk diakses dan dijadikan bahan yang sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan, tetapi sulit untuk diperoleh/diakses/dijangkau oleh pengambil kebijakan atau pihak pengguna lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena hasil kajian/penelitian para peneliti, dosen, mahasiswa tidak dipublikasikan secara luas. Jurnal SINDA Diterbitkan selama 3 kali setahun, yakni pada April, Agustus dan Desember oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar.

Abstract

To face various challenges in this changing period, 21st century skills are needed. However, in the implementation of learning in institutions there are still problems, and this can be seen in the achievement of children's development which is still low, such as the development of critical thinking that is not optimal, limited creativity, children's language. both in communication and listening to children are still lacking, and collaboration has not been able to work well together. This problem arises because educators provide little opportunity for children to explore their abilities with various limitations, including a lack of variety of play activities, so that 21st century skills cannot be mastered by children. To overcome this problem, STEAM learning is used which is one of the lessons that can be applied at school or when children play at home. With STEAM, children will get used to being able to develop new knowledge in a fun way, and it is hoped that one day they will be able to provide solutions to the problems that exist in the world. The results of observations in the Mutiara Bunda Play Group for 21st century learning have begun but are not optimal, so students have not fully mastered these skills. Therefore, from the existing problems, educators use STEAM-based learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research to see the prospects of teachers in understanding and implementing the STEAM method by asking several questions, as well as with additional research subjects 12 children aged 3-4 years in Paud Mutiara Bunda Gandusari. Collecting data with observation and documentation techniques, which were analyzed qualitatively to determine the achievement of children's development. The results showed that using STEAM learning can instill 21st century skills in early childhood.

Abstract

Sibling rivalry merupakan suatu tindakan persaingan di antara saudara kandung. Sibling rivalry akan berkelanjutan sampai dewasa apabila tidak ditanggulangi secepatnya. Keberfungsian keluarga terdapat aspek yang bisa meminimalisir terjadinya sibling rivalry. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi sebagai tehnik pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan usia, sikap perlakuan orang tua, dan perbedaan prestasi mampu menimbulkan sibling rivalry. Keberfungsian keluarga menjadi variabel yang sangat penting untuk meminimalisir sibling rivalry dengan mengoptimalkan peranan keluarga, ekspresi emosi keluarga, saling ketergantungan, distribusi kekuasaan keluarga, subsistem keluarga dan komunikasi keluarga, sehingga tidak terjadi kecemburuan dan pertikaian lagi diantara saudara kandung.

Abstract

There is still a lack of understanding related to the emotional intelligence of school principals in the world of education in leading their members. The low emotional intelligence of leadership in the principal will have an impact on its members. The impact on its members includes the frequent occurrence of social jealousy and decreased work motivation caused by the lack of attention and concern of a leader to his members. In the world of education, it is important to have a leader or school principal who has emotional intelligence to strengthen brotherhood within the institution and foster motivation at work. This is what underlies this research, this study aims to find out about (1) knowing and understanding the leadership style of the principal used in the Budi MuliaDuaTaban Playgroup Yogyakarta (2) to find out the importance of a school principal having emotional intelligence for teachers in the Budi Mulia Playgroup DuaTerban Yogyakarta (3) to find out the principal's efforts in increasing the work spirit of teachers in the Budi MuliaDuaTerban Playgroup Yogyakarta A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method is used in this study to answer the problem. The subjects in this study included school principals and teachers at the Budi MuliaDuaTerban Playgroup Yogyakarta with the criteria of having taught at least 3 years. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques. The research carried out shows that the results of the study are (1) the leadership style of the principal at the Playgroup Budi MuliaDuaTerban Yogyakarta is a combination of authoritarian, democratic, laizze Freire, and kurakura. (2) the importance of principals having emotional intelligence attitudes for teachers, namely to provide a comfortable and safe feeling at work, create a pleasant working atmosphere, make it easier to communicate with each other and overcome work conflicts in the work environment. (3) there are several things that principals do to increase motivation at work, one of which is facilities.

Abstract

Secara normatif memuliakan orang tua menjadi salah satu amalan yang prioritas, bahkan Allah memberi predikat kesetaraan antara ridho-Nya dengan ridho orang tua. Artikel ini secara deskriptif ingin membahas pemaknaan konsep ihsan kepada orang tua pada masyarakat Tanjung Gadang Pesisir Selatan, Sumatera Barat. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan triangulasi data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dituju kepada masyarakat Tanjung Gadang sementara data sekunder berupa artikel, buku, serta hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan studi yang diangkat. Studi ini menemukan bahwa konsep ihsan bagi masyarakat Tanjung Gadang dimaknai sebagai kewajiban bagi seorang anak terhadap orang tua. Konsep ihsan ini pada dasarnya telah diketahui masyarakat, apakah beserta dalil atau tanpa dalil. Mereka mengetahui konsep ini baik melalui pengajian, ceramah di media sosial maupun, pelajaran agama di sekolah. Realisasi dari konsep ihsan ini dalam bentuk membantu/meringankan, mendoakan, serta memberi sebagian rezki kepada orang tua.

Abstract

The main purpose of the study is comprehensively understanding the panel of judges in executing the case investigation process by joining two stages between evidence and court decisions and the views of other judges related to the case. The informants of this research are the judges of the Mojokerto Religious Court. This type of research is empirical research with descriptive data acquisition, while the approach used is qualitative approach. Most of the data are primary data which are obtained/collected from the informants, the judges of Mojokerto Religious Court directly. The analysing the result of the study using descriptive qualitative analysis method. Based on the result of the study, the majority of Religious Court judges of Mojokerto allows the process of case investigation using the merger of two phases, because this merger is not incompatible to the law of procedural law. Therefore, there is no sanction for the judges who apply the process of two phases merging. Moreover, another consideration is to be more efficient both the time and the cost during the process in the court. This opinion is also based on the principle of simplicity, rapidity and low cost. However, one of the judges argued that although the process of merging these two phases does not break the law but the merger should not be done on the grounds that the judge who hadles the case may more understand the subject matter and possible to give the final answer in the form of fair verdict.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini dimana perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin pesat telah membawa perubahan dan melahirkan paradigma baru dalam organisasi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian kausal. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Gunawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 23. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Gunawan Nganjuk. (2) Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Gunawan Nganjuk. (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Gunawan Nganjuk. (4) Stres kerja, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Gunawan Nganjuk.

Abstract

The culinary business that is mushrooming at this time makes business owners have to be creative and compete in maintaining their business, one way is by increasing the work motivation of their employees. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, and work culture on the work motivation of employees of Beat In Cafe. This study uses a quantitative approach and the technique used is causal associative. The population and samples used in the study were all employees of Kocok In Cafe, totaling 35 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate the influence of leadership, work environment and work culture on the work motivation of employees of Kocok In Cafe.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemahaman mata pelajaran fiqih siswa sangat berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan beribadah. Hal ini dikarenakan prestasi ibadah dalam suatu lembaga sangatlah penting untuk ditingkatkan khususnya madrasah untuk mencapai ridho Ilahi. Metode dan media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran fiqih harus diadopsi agar pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan menjadi mudah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat keaktifan siswa dalam beribadah, yang mana kegiatan tersebut sangatlah penting diterapkan bagi siswa khususnya kelas VII di MTsN 1 Kota Blitar, karena dalam materi kelas VII terdapat bab shalat. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup: (1) pemahaman mata pelajaran fiqih, (2) keaktifan beribadah, (3) pengaruh pemahaman ilmu fiqih terhadap keaktifan beribadah siswa kelas VII di MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTsN 1 Kota Blitar yang berjumlah 360 siswa, dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 177 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji T yang diselesaikan dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hasil tes pemahaman mata pelajaran fiqih diperoleh nilai rata-rata (M) = 57 %, nilai modus (Mo) = 57, dan nilai median (Me) = 57 %; (2) sedangkan hasil tes keaktifan beribadah diperoleh nilai rata-rata (M) = 29,52 %, nilai modus (Mo) = 26, dan nilai median (Me) = 29 %; (3) nilai Thitung = 2,811 > 1,973 Ttabel, dan sig = 0,006 < 0,05, jadi Ho ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pemahaman mata pelajaran fiqih berpengaruh terhadap variabel keaktifan beribadah siswa kelas VII di MTsN 1 Kota Blitar.

Abstract

Abstrac Knowledge is very important in a family, it is one of requirements to create a sakinah-mawadah-warohmah family. More than that, a religious understanding is expected to be guidance and standard in household lifestyles. Sufism is a complement from a religious perspective, with the synergy of sharia knowledge (Islamic law) and aqidah as an absolute unity. Study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analytical research style. The study uses literature based on, journals, books, articles to support the research, which will be a moral support of Islamic family law nowadays. Then conducted investigations and studies that are relevant to the research, intend to revive the understanding about the importance of Sufism in an islamic household, which there are also national civil rules in it. The library approach is as analytical tool to dissect the integration between Sufism and islamic household lifestyles in a holistic and comprehensive way to create understanding and thoughts about the importance of Sufism in a family, that always relevant and becomes a guide to live a family life. The results show that the knowledge of Sufism can be a guidance, how to build an ideal household according to religion and as a way to receive God's pleasure. The implementation of this understanding is not easy to be applied considering the basic needs that must be fulfilled in a family, for example about economics, social and temporary interests. Therefore, it is necessary to get used to do good things according to Qur'an and Hadith as a filter and balancer in life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem akuntansi penerimaan kas untuk jasa pengiriman barang yang diterapkan pada PT. Sri Putra Rukun Sentosa tahun 2020. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan sistem akuntansi penerimaan kas untuk pendapatan ekspedisi, PT. Sri Putra Rukun Sentosa Kediri berawal dari fungsi pemesanan sebagai penerima kiriman dan surat pengantar serta pembuat dokumen perjalanan. Pass tersebut ditunjukkan kepada admin untuk kwitansi dan tagihan pembayaran yang kemudian melaporkannya kepada direktur. Belum adanya kegiatan pencatatan akuntansi yang baik yang dilaksanakan memerlukan evaluasi dan analisis. penerapan sistem akuntansi penerimaan kas atas pendapatan jasa pengiriman, PT.
