The research and development objective expected in this research is to "Find out the effect of group guidance on problem solving techniques to improve students' time management at SMK Negeri 3 Metro". The type of research used is quantitative research, quantitative data is obtained based on the results of assessment scores from filling out student time management questionnaires that researchers give to students. The results of the research carried out are: 1) The Effect of Problem Solving Technique Group Guidance Services to Improve the Time Management of Class XI TJKT Students at SMK Negeri 3 Metro for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. 2) Improving the time management of Class b) the post test score is 18.7. It can be seen from these results that there is an increase by a difference of 6.1. c) and the results of hypothesis testing also show that the t_count results are greater than the t_table with a significance of 0.05, thus H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. This means that in this research there is an influence of group guidance services using problem solving techniques on improving time management in class XI TJKT students at SMK Negeri 3 Metro.

The purpose of the development of this research is to produce a product in the form of a sexual education book for grade VI students at SD Negeri 1 Telogorejo by developing several aspects including development procedures, book feasibility, book attractiveness and book effectiveness. The type of research used is research and development with the ADDIE development model. The instruments used in this study were a sexual education knowledge questionnaire, expert validation sheets (material, media and language), product practicality sheets by students. The results obtained from this study are (1) the development procedure using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The researchers used these stages for the development of sexual education books so that they could produce appropriate products. (2) The media of sexual education books is included in the very appropriate category for use. This was obtained by the researchers based on an average feasibility of 86.2% obtained from the assessment of experts and students. (3) The media of sexual education books is able to provide an attraction so that students are enthusiastic in following the learning process and actively participate in learning activities. This the researcher knows based on the observations that the researcher made during the process of learning activities. (4) Based on the test results, the sexual education book media has good quality from the visual aspect, the content and the language applied is feasible to use.

The purpose of this research is to find out the internal obstacles in the process of completing the thesis of students with married status as well as knowing the external obstacles to the process of completing student thesis with married status in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Muhammadiyah Metro University. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were students who were married in the guidance and counseling study program. The data obtained by researchers was through interview data and observations of married students in the guidance and counseling study program as research subjects. Data analysis uses the miles model, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing can be done by triangulating data sources.

Menulis merupakan kemampuan dasar wajib dimiliki bagi peserta didik, dan telah diajarkan dari jenjang pendidikan dasar bahkan pra sekolah. Kemampuan menulis yang kurang maksimal dapat mempengaruhi pola belajar dan dapat menghambat proses perkembangan peserta didik dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil layanan bimbingan konseling oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan menulis pada peserta didik di SLB Wiyata Dharma. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif untuk menggambarkan lebih jelas terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi bimbingan dan konseling. Lokasi penelitian ini di SLB Wiyata Dharma dengan narasumber adalah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancaradan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data induktif yang terdiri dari tahapan pengumpulan data, pemilahan data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

The purposeof this studywas to determine teacher intervention for students with dyslexia tendencies at SD Negeri 2 Bumi Ayur. This type of research is a descriptive case study using a qualitative approach. The data subjects are class teachers and parents of students. The data obtained by the researcher through the interview method to the research subject. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawingconclusions. Validity testing can be doneby means of triangulation of sources. The conclusions in thisstudy are (1) Teacher's Direct Intervention at SD Negeri 2 Bumi Ayu is to invite direct student interaction, provide information and provide convenient services. (2) Intervention through the use of media and learning materials, namely the teacher uses reading materials such as books, letter toys and readings on the classroom wall (3) Remedial, namely the teacher applies remedial to all subjects in order to provide comparisons and of course the questions given lower weight than the original problem.

The research this study are to "know the effectiveness of group guidance with modeling techniques to increase the learning motivation of orphaned students at Bakti Darma Punggur Junior High School" and to test the effectiveness of group guidance services using the modeling technique that the researchers developed. The results of the research carried out are: 1) The effectiveness of group guidance services with modeling techniques for orphaned students at Bakti Darma Punggur Junior High School in the 2023/2024 academic year, 2) Increased learning motivation for orphaned students of Bakti Darma Punggur Junior High School who managed to get results with the category " very high”.

The development of the E-Module on cases of learning difficulties integrated with the Koran is one of the appropriate counseling service media provided to students in schools. The research and development objectives that are expected in this study are to produce guidance and counseling service products in the form of E-Modules as a media solution for counseling services. The type of research is Research and Development, namely development research that uses quantitative data and qualitative data. This development research was conducted using the ASSURE development model. The research carried out resulted in the E-Modul product that the researcher developed managed to get results in the "Very Eligible" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of the E-Module on cases of learning difficulties integrated with the Koran is very effective for guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming problems that occur in schools. The developed E-Module is useful for students such as providing attractiveness to students in guidance and counseling services and solving learning difficulties that occur in students.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the ABA method applied in SLB Insan Madanı Metro. This research is a qualitative design with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques consist of interviews and observations. The results of the study can be concluded, (1) At the planning stage of the ABA method in developing the self-development ability of Autism Spectrum Disorder children, namely conducting a need assessment then establishing a diagnosis and providing a special program, namely ABA, (2) At the stage of implementing the Applied Behavior Analysis method in developing children's self-development abilities Autism Spectrum Disorser (ASD) ABA therapy using techniques, namely DTT from instructions, prompt feedback and reinforcement, (3) The results of the implementation of the ABA method, namely the ABA method, are effective in helping ASD children develop self-development skills, this is evidenced by O. K. H and D children's independence in fostering self is good Evaluation carried out by psychologists is carried out once every three months based on notes from the teacher then synchronized with a special program, namely ABA.Keywords: self development

Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often experience difficulties in the school environment, especially in terms of concentration, hyperactive behavior and impulsivity. Although most children with ADHD are still served in regular classes, this can hinder students' development, both academically and socially. To support student development, a guidance and counseling approach based on collaboration between teachers, counselors and parents is very important. One intervention that has been proven effective is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which can help ADHD children manage anxiety and impulsive behavior. This research uses a literature review method to explore the application of CBT in managing anxiety in ADHD students, with an analysis of various relevant studies. The research results show that CBT is effective in helping ADHD children overcome the difficulties students face at school and in social interactions, as well as supporting better development. Researchers emphasize the importance of collaboration between educators and counseling personnel to create a supportive environment for children with ADHD.

In this research, the author is interested in analyzing more deeply the importance of the role of a positive school environment, which is very important in supporting the learning process and classroom management. The purpose of this article is to explore more deeply how a positive environment can support learning and effective classroom management. This research is field research using a qualitative approach. Observations show that effective classroom management is essential to creating a positive learning environment that increases student comfort and motivation. A supportive environment increases student concentration and engagement, and motivates teachers to teach better.
