<![CDATA[Speech Delay is condition where a child experiences a delay in speech and language development compared to children his age. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of individual counseling services on “N” clients with speech card media in overcoming speech delay. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a research population of 20 children aged 6 years. Purposive sampling technique with 1 speech delay child. Data collection tools using questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation developed based on theory. Data analysis result using data normality test and paired sample T-Test in the experimental group before being given the Mean (SD) Treatment = 64,90 after being given the Mean treatment (SD) = 71,15 and in control group before being given the Mean (SD) treatment = 61,40 and Mean (SD) = 72,20 after being treated. The results show that individual counseling services with talking card media are effective in overcoming Speech Delay in Children.]]>

<![CDATA[This study employs a qualitative research design with a case study approach. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling and comprised four female inmates of a corretional facility. Data were collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman interactive model, conducted continuously until completion to ensure validity. The credibility of the data was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings revealed that emotion focused coping involved social support, such as fulfilling needs, visits, and telephone services. Positive interpretation was evidenced by joint and individual activities, self acceptance following the verdict, and the absence of rejection, facilitated by social and religious support. These findings suggest the effectiveness of emotion focused coping trategies in managing boredom of female inmates.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is entitled "implementation of religious guidance in increasing gratitude in client "I" students receiving KIP-K Scholarships at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang". This study was motivated by the large number of KIPK scholarship recipients who misused the money they received, with the hope that it could be used for useful needs, lightening the burden of studying and increasing piety in religious activities, but the reality is the opposite of what is expected. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of religious guidance increases gratitude in Client "I" students Receiving KIP-K Scholarships at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive in nature with the type of research, namely case studies. The data sources used are primary data sources with the snowball sampling method and secondary data sources using interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques through Robert K. Yin with pattern matching, explanation and time series. <![CDATA[This study aims to see how effective the implementation of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is in overcoming psychological problems in the educational environment. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method which analyzes as many as 20 scientific articles published within a period of 10 years, 2015-2024. The results of this study show that the REBT approach is consistently effective in dealing with various psychological problems of students, such as bullying, low learning motivation, academic anxiety, and other psychological problems. The techniques used in the analysis of this research are cognitive disputing, self talk, and reframing. However, there are still challenges in the implementation of REBT, such as the readiness of counselors and limited training. That way, increasing the capacity of BK teachers and integrating REBT in the provision of BK services is crucial. In this study, it has provided a theoretical and practical basis for the development of evidence-based psychological interventions in the educational environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Family is the first place where a person learns to love, understand and feel understood. Having a harmonious family is based on good connection, honest and open communication, mutual respect and division of tasks carried out fairly by each family member. The existence of harmony is not determined by the adequacy of wealth, but also by emotional and spiritual harmony based on ethical and religious values. The study used the narrative review method, which is a form of literature review that aims to identify, summarize and analyze relevant literature in order to understand thoroughly the role of family therapy in building a harmonious family. The literature study conducted resulted in that family therapy includes important steps such as building rapport, developing emotional appreciation, giving behavioral assignments (home assignments), and strengthening counseling relationships. This intervention helps improve family ties, improve communication skills, and form healthy roles between husband, wife and children. Thus, family therapy can be a preventive and curative strategy in building a harmonious family towards the dynamics of life. The active involvement of all family members and the commitment to improve relationships are the main keys to success in building a harmonious family that is always healthy and happy.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between external locus of control and career maturity in terms of gender of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro. This type of research is quantitative correlational research. The data obtained from the results of this research is the correlation between External Locus of control and Career Maturity and gender. It is stated that there is a significant relationship between external locus of control and career maturity in students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro with the most influential indicator being the influence of other people. and the lowest indicator is fate. Meanwhile, gender has no relationship with career maturity, nor does external locus of control have a relationship with gender in class XII students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the support system in the aspects of consultation services and aspects of guidance and counseling program management at SMP Negeri 1 Metro. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The instruments used in data collection used 3 types of instruments, namely interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation. The results of this study resulted in the conclusion that the implementation of system support in the implementation of counseling at SMP Negeri 1 Metro in the aspect of consultation services has been carried out by the coordinator and counseling teachers with various parties including school officials, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, parents of students and the surrounding community to support the program and counseling also participates in the planning and implementation of school activities such as the procurement of health tests, psychological tests, and other school activities. The implementation of system support in the implementation of counseling at SMP Negeri 1 Metro in the aspect of counseling program management activities has carried out program development in accordance with the changes in the curriculum from K13 to the independent curriculum and counseling teachers continue to develop their counselor professionalism by actively participating in organizations and attending seminars.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this activity is to provide students with a full understanding of how the characteristics of ghasab behavior and the factors that cause it and also how to prevent this ghasab behavior. The type of research used is a case study and the data obtained by the researcher is through direct subject interviews and observation at the research site. The data subjects used were Ustadz of the Kesantrian section, students who had ghasab behavior, and students who were victims of ghasab behavior. The data analysis used in this study adopted the Miles and Huberman Models, Furthermore, checking the validity of the findings is carried out using source triangulation, namely the data produced is the same as from different sources. The result of this activity is that the students' efforts to prevent ghasab behavior, improvement to regulations of Islamic boarding school, asatidz control, Islamic boarding school supervision of the behavior of students in the Islamic boarding school, and imposing sanctions on students who violate it.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group counseling services using film media on aggressive behavior in students at SMP Negeri 2 Kotagajah. This study used a sample of 10 students who had aggressive behavior. Samples were given a pretest and posttest to find out whether the service had an effect or not in the research process. Group guidance services were carried out three times with the second service using film media. The results of the hypothesis calculations using JASP showed significant results as seen from the results of the Paired Samples T-test using the Wilcoxon signed rank test which was significant between the pretest and posttest values with p = 0.004, <0.05. Thus H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected and there is a difference. This means that in this study group guidance using film media was effectively used to reduce aggressive behavior and there was a significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study intends to ascertain how group guidance services and group discussion technique at SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah affect social loafing. This study used a single group pre-test/post-test experimental quantitative research methodology. The sample for this study consisted of 7 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah. A social loafing questionnaire is used as the data gathering method. The findings of the study have an impact on students both before and after the introduction of group assistance services using discussion approaches. Average pre-test scores were 68.86, while post-test scores were 103.57. The average post-test score is greater than the pre-test score on average, demonstrating the impact of group guidance services and group discussion approaches on students' social loafing. The t test calculation findings, which indicate tcount> ttable (6.078> 1.94318) with a significant level of 0.05, support this. Based on the findings of the t test analysis, it is possible to draw the conclusion that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This suggests that group guidance services combined with group discussion approaches have an impact on social loafing at SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah in the academic year 2022/2023.]]>
