Abstract

Education is essentially a transformation that converts inputs into outputs, in this transformation a process is needed that takes place correctly, is maintained, and requires regular training to be in accordance with educational goals. In life in the madrasa and the family is a miniature in the life of the nation/state. To realize a religious community culture, there is one madrasa that applies a hidden curriculum where the curriculum does not include the curriculum set by the government through the Minister of Education. So the authors are interested in researching even though it is simple, the extent of its influence on student behavior, both to friends, teachers and the environment (society) and what is the impact for students on the learning provided by the teacher. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely in the form of a comprehensive description and description of the actual situation. The research was conducted at MTs Nurul Qur'an Bendung Rejo Jogoroto. The reason why the researcher chose the Madrasah was because it was in the Madrasah that the curriculum was implemented. The forms of implementation of the Hidden Curriculum are: First, which are routine, namely: Morning prayer together, istighathah, Duha prayer and Dhuhur prayer in congregation, mushofahah and infaq and habituation of 4S (smile-greeting-greeting-polite). Second, which is incidental istighosah & religious tourism ahead of the National Examination, visits to sick friends and ta'ziah, religious social activities. Reading istighotsah which is a routine practice can make children obedient, polite, and delinquency is reduced drastically. The dluha prayer felt by respondents towards students, on average they grew more pious, disciplined and clean/holy so that it was easy to accept and understand the lessons delivered by the teacher, also with mushofahah it turned out that students had respect and tawadlu 'to the teacher. Based on the facts, the writer also found that there were students who still needed to be specially trained, and that was done. Thus, thank God the student can change and become better.

Abstract

Attention that is psychical energy concentration concentrated to an object. And Achievement learn to represent the assessment of result of activity learn expressed in the form of number, letter and also sentence mirroring is reached by the result of protege in specified period. In order to increase achievement learn the child, parent role cannot be discharged off hand, because that matter represent one of effort to guide all potency and resource exist in child. Hence parent requires giving the special attention to learning child. As for target which wish in reaching is to know there is or do not it him relation of between parent attention with the achievement learn the student of Al Asy’ariyah Banjarsari Bandarkedugmulyo Jombang pada Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. In this research in for becoming two shares, first shares about theory study, second shares about empirical study. Theory study represent the solution of through bibliography study, while empirical study obtained from data by using observation method, interview, questioner and documentation. While determination sample technically is random sampling From obtained data, hypothesis in test by using formula of coefficient of product moment From research result, after data analyzed is hence obtained by a conclusion there is relation of between parent attention with the achievement learn the student of Al Asy’ariyah Banjarsari Bandarkedugmulyo Jombang pada Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

Education is something that everyone should follow. With adequate education a person will be able to answer global challenges in life. With this education, the dignity of a person will be raised, the lower the level of education of a person, the dignity in the environment is also low. However, if someone has a high education, the higher the dignity of that person will be. Problem Formulation: Is there a relationship between the use of School Operational Assistance (BOS) assistance and student achievement at MIN Pucangsimo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang? Research Objectives To determine whether there is a relationship between the use of BOS assistance and student achievement at MIN Pucangsimo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang. Research Benefits: 1. Theoretically Add knowledge or insight for researchers and provide excellent information to those who need it and can provide discourse about the importance of the use of operational assistance and learning achievement at MIN Pucangsimo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang. 2. Practically: From this research, it is hoped that it can be used as information for all educational institutions at the same level and can be a contribution of thought for general readers, for principals, teachers in particular. While the population of this research is students of MIN Pucangsimo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang as many as 358 students. The samples used in this study were 32 students of class VI-a MIN Pucangsimo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang with random sampling technique. Research Variables: The independent variables in this study were: "The use of BOS". Learn". Method of collecting data : . Questionnaire Method, by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents. Data Analysis Method: By using the Product Moment correlation formula, the obtained r research is 0.555 while r table for N = 32 95% confidence interval is 0.349 for 99% confidence interval is 0.499. The use of BOS in MIN Pucangsimo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang in good category, this is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire with answers categorized as very high and 25 people = 78.13% high. Student achievement at MIN Pucangsimo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang is quite high. This is indicated by the answers of respondents from the high and very high categories as many as 17 people or 53.13%. By using the Product Moment correlation formula, the research obtained r of 0.555 while r table for N = 32 95% confidence interval of 0.349 for 99% confidence interval of 0.499.

Abstract

Principals and teachers are the ones who was instrumental in determining the success of education in school. The success of a school is essentially lies in the efficiency and effectiveness of performance as someone who was given the task to lead the school. Principal is expected to be a leader and innovator in the School. Therefore, the quality Principal manajerial competence is significant to the success of the School. Principals as a manager and supervisor helped, encourage and give confidence to the teachers that teaching and learning can and should be improved. The development of a variety of experiences, knowledge, attitudes and skills of teachers should be conducted in a professional manner in accordance with the competence. The purpose of this research is to analysis influence manajerial competence, Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung which is 18 teachers, because the population is less than 100 in its account, then the sample is taken from that population. Design of this research is quantitative research because testing relationship between three variable there is Manajerial competence, Supervision and Job performance. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung as the respondents than it is analyzed using pearson influence and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive significant (p = 0,019) the influence manajerial competence on performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun (2) positive significant (p = 0,044) influence Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun (3) positive significant (p = 0,000) simultanly influence manajerial competence and Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun with Y = 5.222 + 0.380X1 + 0.513X2. Based on these results, the authors give advice to all teachers in MTs Negeri Tulung Saradan Madiun districts as much as possible in order to demonstrate competence and high performance in the Work of duty as teachers to provide role models for the students and the school community

Abstract

Management is very important in all our of life. Management of education in Indonesia has not appeared as desired professional ability, the management problem education is one of the fundamental problems that caused the crisis in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analysis influence of the Principal managerial competence and work motivation on teachers profesionalism teachers in Islamic Yunior School of Caruban Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Caruban Madiun there are 38 teachers, because the population less than 100 in its account, the sample is taken from the population. Design of this research is quantitative research because testing relationship with three variable there is Principal Managerial Competence, Work Motivation and Teachers Profesionalism. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers in Islamic Yunior School of Caruban as the respondents that analyzed using pearson influence and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parents' parenting and student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri. Hopotesis posed no relationship between parents' parenting and student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri 2016-2017 school year. The data collection used questionnaires and documents for the parents' parenting variables and variable student achievement. This research is quantitative. The subjects of this study were students Mts An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri 2016/2017 academic year consisting of 89 students. Data analysis technique used Product Moment Correlation from Karl Person. Further, the process of data analiss performed with SPSS (Statistical Package For Sciences) 16:00 Windows. From the analysis stated that the respondents to the Discipline taught in MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri is the category was evidenced by the respondents amounted to 89 respondents or 60% chose the final score at the interval 50-63. There is a relationship between parents' parenting and learning achievement Academic Year 2016-2017. Based on the overall hypothesis testing conducted by F test, performed in accordance to the annex ANOVA F column, obtained calculated F value of 24 002 and F table with α = (0.05) df = n - k-1 = 89-1-1 = 87 so that the F table = 3.95. This value indicates that the value of F count> F table (24 002> 3.95). And hipotesin calculation by using analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) This means that there is a connection simultaneously learning Discipline (X) to the dependent variable (Y) that is Achievement for 0602 (60%). Thus, in this study we can conclude that the working hypothesis (Ha) which states: "The relationship between parenting parents ddan student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri" acceptable ". While the null hypothesis (H0) that states: The relationship between parenting parents and student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri 2016-2017 school year '' rejected '

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of Islamic education strategies in the formation of students' morals at SD Islam Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno. The location of the research is SD Islam Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno. The reasons for choosing the location at SD Islam Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno because this school is a school founded by the KH Foundation. Muhammad Hasyim Asy'ari in Tebuireng Jombang, who occupied the waqf land from Ir. Soedigno, which is located in the village of Kesamben, Jombang district, although this school is located in a village, it has made rapid progress in the field of education compared to the surrounding schools that have been around for a long time. So that researchers are interested in knowing more about the education system in it. The Islamic education strategy applied at SD Islam Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno such as smiles, greetings, and greetings, murotal playback, Islamic songs and national obligatory songs, arranging sandals and shoes, dhuha prayer, dhuha motivation for reading Asmaul Husna and its meanings, Learning the Qur'an, dhuhur prayer is very effective and very supportive once with the learning applied at SD Islam Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno, in the early days the guardians of students at SD Islam Tebuireng Ir. Soedigno many parents complain that their children are naughty, but gradually after going through the process of Islamic education and our application of applying good morals, most students have turned into good children, initially the child was brave with his parents, brave with the teacher, after Gradually through the application of correct Islamic education, both in theory and practice, Alhamdulillah, the student's condition was stable, but those who were originally naughty at home ended up not being naughty.

Abstract

The topic of discussion of this thesis is the influence of group learning activity discipline on student achievement at the forestry vocational school guardian nine tuban; The writing of this thesis is based on the problem and assumption that learning achievement is the dream of every party involved in the world of education, be it teachers, parents or students concerned, and to achieve good learning achievement, it is necessary to grow students' willingness to learn, among others by through group learning activities. While the problems raised in writing this thesis are: is there any influence of group learning activity discipline on student learning achievement of wali nine forestry vocational high school students, so that the purpose of the discussion of this thesis is to find out how far the influence of group learning activity discipline on student learning achievement of guardian nine forestry vocational high school students. From the problems and objectives above, then based on the existing theory, the following hypothesis is formulated: the influence of group learning activity discipline on student achievement of the wali nine forestry vocational high school students. The next step is to solve the problem and test the existing hypotheses, then use the methods, namely the method of determining the population, the method of determining the respondents in a populative manner, while the data collection used is the observation method, the questionnaire method, the interview method and the documentary method. And after all the data has been collected, it is analyzed using the X2 (Chi Square) formula followed by the KK (Contingency Coefficient) formula to find out the extent of the influence of the relationship discipline. And after being analyzed, then interpreted by producing a conclusion that there is a relationship between the influence of group learning activity discipline and student achievement at the Wali Nine Forestry Vocational High School with a moderate relationship category.

Abstract

Quantum Quotient Strategy can boost IQ, EQ and SQ students by it‟s various stages. Help memory, active right brain function, because children are trained to use their imagination, make songs, and combine the words. So, that material becomes unique, interesting and fun.While the problem is how the implementation of the Quantum Quotient strategy on the subjects of PAI, how student achievement in subjects PAI, is there any influence Quontient Quantum strategy in improving student achievement in Vocational State High School of Geger Madiun.In this study, the authors use a simple linear regression method, this method is a type of quantitative research with a deductive approach, or the methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaire. While the analysis is used to perform data analysis for validity, reliability test and F test.From the results of the study, the effect of the use of Quantum Quotient strategy in teaching and learning subjects of Islamic Education students class X in Vocational State High School of Geger Madiun is good. This is indicated by the average percentage is 61.11%. In addition, Quantum Quotient Strategy also affect the results of learning achievement. It is known from student achievement of Islamic Education in Vocational State High School of Geger Madiun, this is indicated by the average value of 73.38 which was taken from the report cards are modified by the value of tasks, and daily tests and consulted the semester test. Therefore we can conclude there was an effect of signification Quantum Quotient strategy towards learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education subjects. It can be known from there are some differences student achievement before and after it is applied Quantum Quotient, is seen from the live lines sthat had they only listened to the teacher and did not dare to speak one's mind, now they dare to question and issued an advisory opinion, the motivation is now more improved student learning, students are also more creative.

Abstract

The relationship between Parent Education and Motivation on Student Achievement of Fiqh. There are many people who argue that to achieve high academic achievement necessary intellectual intelligence (IQ) is also high. However, according to recent research in the field of psychology to prove that IQ is not the only factor that affects one's learning achievement, but there are many other factors that influence environmental factors include family yabg between dimensions is the level of parental education and motivation.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between level of education and motivation parents with student achievement of Fiqh. Alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study is that there is a relationship between level of education and motivation of parents with student achievement nil hypothesis (Ho) is no relationship between the level of parental education and motivation to student achievement. The independent variable in this study is the level of parent and Motivation penidikan parents while learning achievement as a dependent variable. The population in this study were students of class VIIin Islamic Junior State School of Saradan Madiun of a total of 183 students. The study sample was 40 students, using proportional random sampling method.Data collection and Motivation parental educational level of parents is done with the questionnaire, and to measure student achievement used method of examination of documents by looking at grades. Correlation analysis with the formula of Pearson Product Moment correlation ranged from 0.140 to 0.847 and r = 0235 tables. Based on the significant level of 0.05 was obtained 38 valid items and 2 items fall of 40 items. Value of 0.908 obtained reliability coefficient was calculated with Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the analysis of research data shows correlation coefficient of -1.23 (> 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Conclusions from this research that there is a relationship between the level of parental education and motivation of parents with student achievementof Fiqh in Islamic Junior State School of Saradan Madiun
