Abstract

This research is to determine whether there is influence character in family education to the discipline of prayer five times Class XI student of SMK Patriot Peterongan Jombang. This type of research is a quantitative study with statistical analysis test product moment correlation. The population in this study is the parents and the students of Class XI SMK Patriot Peterongan Jombang. Character education in family becomes the independent variable (X) and the discipline of prayer faive times Class XI student of SMK Patriot Peterongan Jombang be the dependent variable (Y). Data on these two variables was obtained from the questionnaire enclosed.From the above data it is known that character education in family and discipline of praying five times Class XI student of SMK Patriot Peterongan Jombang, by using product moment the result was 0.539 for a specified confidence level of 95% and N = 80, then rtabel = 0.220. Turns rhitung greater than the price rtabel, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. In accordance with the interpretation of the correlation coefficient table that the value of 0.539 in the category level of a very strong relationship. It can be concluded that "there is a positive and significant relationship between character in family and discipline of praying five times Class XI student of SMK Patriot Peterongan Jombang".

By looking at the ability of the more important infrastructure facilities to be carried out, even though all of them are important.This research was formed by qualitative research with an approach to determine the ability of madrasas whose infrastructure classes are less fortunate.

Abstract

Indonesia Pintar Program as an improvement of the Poor Students Program (BSM). Indonesia Pintar Program is a provision of cash education for children from the families who recipients of Prosperous family cards/Prosperous Family Cards (KKS), Social Protection Cards/Social Protection Cards (KPS), Family expectation Programs/Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) or those that comply with the criteria who have been appointed from the government. The Indonesia Pintar Program is marked by the provision of a Smart Indonesia Card (KIP). Learning motivation will always be related to needs, the need for something to do, the need to please others, achieve the results, and need to overcome difficulties. With the cost of education both directly and indirectly, students have been borne by the government through the Indonesia Pintar Program so as to alleviate or reduce high school fees.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Indonesia Pintar Program on student learning motivation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang.The object in this thesis research is students receiving assistance from Indonesia Pintar Program in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang, as many as 50 samples (respondents) by conducting interviews, observations and distributing questionnaires to the sample studied.Based on the results of data analysis, the final results as a conclusion in this thesis are: Indonesia Pintar Program are very significant influence on student learning motivation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang.

Abstract

Parents have a major role towards the formation of character. Attention, responsibility and trust of parents felt by children will be the basis of imitation, and kontifikasi themselves to behave. This means that parents need to introduce and give a sense of moral values to children as the foundation and direction of behaving. Then a teacher of Islam also has immense task in forming the character, that whole build skills and good attitudes of students in accordance with the teachings of Islam.This study aims to determine how much the level of attention of parents and the role of the teacher Islam to the character formation of students in SMP Negeri 54 Surabaya.This research method using quantitative and qualitative research design. The use of these two methods is expected to benefit close to one another weakness. This research is specially selected for this study conducted an intensive, detailed and fundamental about an object where researchers take the case of parental attention and participation of teachers Islam to the character formation of students in SMP Negeri 54 Surabaya.Population and samples were taken using the technique of "random sampling". Its population is all students, while being sampled are some students that a number of 38 students. Data collection techniques used by researchers is the observation techniques (observation), interviews, questionnaires and documentation. After the researchers collected data editing and tabulation, then performed statistical analysis techniques to test his hypothesis. Data analysis was carried out there in the field or leave the field. While the data for this quantitative analysis using a formula percentage and chi-square, so that the results showed the results of hypothesis no significant effect.

Abstract

Nowadays, memorizing Juz Amma and reading Al Qu’an’s activities are needed to be held to increase the improvement of student’s morality. Problem of this research is influence of memorizing Juz Amma and reading Al Qur’an to students’ morality. Objectives of this research is to know there is influence or not between memorizing Juz Amma and reading Al-Qur’an to students’ morality in SDN Jagalan Mojokerto City. Population of this research is 57 students of IV, V, and VI grade in SDN Jagalan Mojokerto City. Analysis methods that used in this research are Pearson Correlation test (product moment), coefficient determination (adjusted r square), and hypotheses test (t test and F test). Result of hypotheses test (t test), memorizing Juz Amma has significant valueat the amount of 0,000 < α (0,05) and reading Al Qur’an 0,025 <α (0,05). Based on hypotheses test (F test) has significant value at the amonut of 0,000 <α (0,05), so can be concluded that partially and simultanously memorizing Juz Amma and reading Al Qur’an both of them has significant influence to student’s morality.

Abstract

The discussion about the pre-wedding course conducted by the Sine District KUA is a new thing. Family problems that occur in the community have caused the government, especially from the Ministry of Religion, to take the initiative to implement the program to improve the quality of good families and are expected to form sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah families. This program is implemented based on several strong reasons and accurate data for community development, especially in the family sphere. Looking back at the Government Regulations and Decrees of the Minister of Religion and laws, the high incidence of domestic violence, the high divorce rate, and the lack of public attention to health are the main reasons why this pre-marital course program is implemented. The most important thing is that people understand and know what is most important about a marriage and the real goals of marriage, and if the noble goals of marriage according to Islam are carried out, a family that is sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah will be formed. The compiler analyzes the data that has been collected using an inductive method, namely drawing conclusions starting from general knowledge of the course and marriage, and starting from this general knowledge, they want to assess a special event, namely the implications obtained from the pre-wedding course program. The sociological, psychological and historical approach is an approach used to examine a problem by linking a situation that exists in society as well as history or past events and the nature or character of that society in general. This type of research is field research by conducting observations, interviews and collecting some important data that can support the validity of this research. After the research was conducted, it was concluded that the pre-marital course provides positive value and contributes more to society to make a family sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah.

Abstract

Article 1 letter e of Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 1991 concerning the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) states that taklik talak is an agreement that is pronounced by the prospective groom after the marriage contract which is included in the marriage certificate in the form of a promise of divorce which is hung on certain circumstances that come. The Marriage Agreement in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is contained in CHAPTER VII which regulates taklik talak as contained in Article 45 and Article 46. In Sunnah Fiqh that marriage agreement called taklik talak there are two kinds of talik talak qasami and taklik divorce syarti. Taklik qasami talak is taklik which is meant as a promise. Meanwhile, taklik talak syarti is taklik which is intended to impose divorce if the conditions for taklik have been fulfilled. Taklik talak also has an important role in domestic life. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. collection of data and legal materials, both primary, secondary and tertiary, cases collected through observation, interviews, and studies of legal documents, while the analysis technique was carried out qualitatively. The results showed that the marriage agreement related to taklik talak is regulated in articles 45 and 46 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The contents of the taklik talak agreement have been determined by the Minister of Religion and published by the Ministry of Religion, because the people who make this taklik talak agreement are only Muslims, then the contents of the taklik talak agreement must not conflict with Islamic law. Jumhur Ulama is of the opinion that there are two forms of taklik that are associated with talak/promise. Meanwhile, Ibn Hazm and Ibn Oayyim al-Jauziyah are of the opinion that taklik which contains the intent of the oath (qasami) does not result in the fall of divorce, but is obliged to pay the kifarat of the oath and ta'lik which contains conditions intended to impose divorce when something happens. required, then the divorce falls. The existence of taklik talak which has been supported by clear legal force in the Compilation of Islamic Law, and supported by the opinion of Ulama - ulama with strong arguments and their influence on the existence of women adds to the importance of taklik talak in domestic life. And the position of women will be more meaningful because it will avoid the husband's arbitrariness

Abstract

In the present we see many things in the field of work, marriage, human relations and social life. This is a stimulus and inspiration for the use of psychotherapy in the fields of psychological, social work, religion, leadership and law enforcement. The fact of pervasive emotional illness into the structure of individual character has expanded the goal of psychotherapy, neither saving nor a change of symptoms leading to damaged health patterns of human relationships. In this case the psychotherapist can be a means in the structure of structure and character change. This research is an attempt to know the application of Islamic psychotherapy how to overcome the psychological problems of adolescent children. The main questions to be answered through this research: How is the concept of Islamic psychotherapy in overcoming the psychological problems of adolescent children? How to apply Islamic psychotherapy in overcoming the psychological problems of teenage children? Is the effectiveness of Islamic psychotherapy can overcome the psychological problems of adolescents? To answer the question, this researcher uses qualitative approach with study design (research and development). The study findings suggest that parents have some therapies. In therapy one of the methods used is religious psychotherapy. Religious psychotherapy or more accurately called Islamic psychotherapy is a method of treating the disease by further raising awareness of the remembrance of Allah through the guidance of the Qur'an and As Sunnah. This is in addition to facilitate the disease can also be closer to Allah SWT. Of them complain of personal problems, while for teenagers more to the problem of character, mental, social, study and family. In general, the implementation of psychotherapy of adolescents other than through religious paths such as prayer, dhikr, tawassul, prayer, fasting, mau'idloh / advice and so on, in addition to the need for supervision and assistance specifically to let the process more quickly, such as such as the search for skills and other activities, can also be helped by psychiatrists, kiyai or others who can provide healing solutions.

Abstract

Teacher have a very important roleand functionto form students morality and mentality. To reach goal of educationin schoolinflunced byteachers behaviour in profession. This reality that make teachers had to have a high diciplinfor doing their function, because teacher is the figure that guide students and their surroundings The purpose of this research is to analysis correlation leadership, work motivation and diciplin among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Saradan Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Saradan Madiun which is 17 teachers, because the population is less than 100 in its account, then the sample is taken from that population. Design ofthis research isquantitative research because testing relationship between threevariable there is Leadership, Work Motivation and Diciplin. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers inIslamic Yunior State School of Saradan Madiunas the respondents than it is analyzed using pearson correlation and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive significant (p = 0,00) the correlation leadership on work motivation among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Saradan Madiun with coefficient correlation amounted 0,840 (2) positive significant (p = 0,00)correlation work motivation on diciplin among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Saradan Madiunwith coefficient correlation amounted 0,810 (3)positive significant (p = 0,00) simultanly correlation leadership and work motivation on diciplin among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Saradan Madiunwith contributing amounted 75,2%. Based on these results, the authors give advice to all teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Saradan Madiun as much as possible in order to show the motivation and discipline in the discharge of duty as teachers to provide role models for the students and for the school community

Abstract

Research in the background of this thesis by the reality of a society that is dominated by spiritual poverty which resulted in suffering and the destruction of areas of our national life. For that, they need moral education to achieve balanced growth of the human self Muslims thoroughly through psychiatric practice, reasonable minds, intelligence, feelings, and senses so as to have a major personality. Therefore, Muslim educators must develop all aspects of human life both spiritually, intellectually, imagination (fantasy), physical, scholarly, language, and encouraging aspects of it toward goodness or perfection of life. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Implementation of Education Akhlak the featured student at MTs Berbek. (2) The urgency of morality in shaping education spiritual intelligence featured students at MTs Berbek. (3) Efforts to improve intelligence spiritual teacher to the students featured in Berbek MTs. This study uses qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. In-depth interviews are used to collect information on moral education to the students featured in the form of spiritual intelligence. While the method of participant observation was used to observe the efforts of teachers in improving the spiritual intelligence and observe the behavior of the students featured, while documentation is used to collect data on populations, samples, educational facilities and school documents. Based on the research that has been done, the authors found several findings include: (1) Implementation of moral education in the flagship program through moral education method, the arrangement of the material and its implementation. For example: the material morality commendable familiarize reflected in the mix ordinances students who value friends, teachers and elders. (2) The urgency of moral education in an effort to establish the spiritual intelligence featured student is, with the superior morality that can lead to spiritual intelligence to the character formation of the students, among other things: prayer fardlu diligent student and sunnah prayers, diligently reading the Koran, practicing independent in solving the problems faced and put my trust in Allah. (3) Efforts to improve spiritual intelligence in a way: give good role models of teachers and parents, familiarize students to pray Duha, istighotsah and tahtimul Qur'an, invites students to evening prayer.
