Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is an influence between job stress  and leadership style variables on employee performance at PT. Jamu Air Mancur ‘s production operators sector. The population of this study were employees at PT. Jamu Air Mancur’s production operators sector. And the sample are 67 employees, using census techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. Data tested with: (1) data quality test consists of validity test and reliability Test (2) classical assumption test consists of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, (3) Hypothesis Test consists of Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Analysis Multiple Linear Regression, F-Test, t-Test, and tested of Determination Coefficient.  The results showed that job stress has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, and job stress with leadership style simultaneously influences employee performance.

Abstract

                This study aims to analyze and explain the factors of Product Quality, Price and Promotion that affect the Consumer Satisfaction of Smartphone Asus Students of the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program, University of Surakarta. This research approach is a quantitative approach, because this research is presented with numbers. The sample in this study were 80 students from the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta University Management Study Program. The analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS VERSION 16.0 for windows.The results of the statistical analysis of this study where the Simple Linear Regression Test has shown: Y = 9.503 - 1,652 X1 + 1,231 X2 + 0.944 X3. T test results obtained: Product Quality (X1) obtained a significant coefficient of 0.001 with the value of t count> value of t table (-3.390> 1.991) thus Product Quality (X1) has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Price (X2) obtained a significant coefficient of 0,000 with a value of t arithmetic> value of t table (7.258> 1.991) thus Price (X2) had a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Promotion (X3) obtained a significant coefficient of 0.031 with a value of t arithmetic> value of t table (2,200> 1,991) thus Promotion (X3) has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the F Test obtained an Fcount of 23,329 with a Significant of 0,000. The calculated F value> F table (23,329> 4.01) can thus be concluded that Product Quality (X1), Price (X2) and Promotion Variable (X3) has a positive effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y).From the calculation results it is known the amount of adjusted Determination Coefficient (R Square) is 0.577. This means that 57.7% of Customer Satisfaction can be explained by three variables of Quality, Price and Promotion, while the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the value of relation between collegial organizational behavior, performance appraisal measures, and management quality of human resources that can affect the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees, either partially and simultaneous. This research is focused on quantitative case study. Data obtained using the documentation and interview methods. Population in this research were 245 employees working in Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta. Twenty percent was used as a sample, so many as 49 respondents were obtained taking by random sampling techniques. Data in this research were tested by multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and also coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research are: 1). Collegial organizational behavior and performance appraisal measures as partially has a positive relation and significant effect. 2). Management quality of human resources as partially has a positive relation but isn’t significant. 3). Collegial organizational behavior, performance appraisal measures, and management quality of human resources as simultaneous has a significant on the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees. All of data analysis results supported by previous research, except the variable of management quality of human resources has not a significant effect on the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees. The reason is the higher somebody’s ages, the lower physical quality and healthy of employees, so that will be easier to affect management quality of human resources considering Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta has many elderly employees.

Abstract

AbstractThe investment business currently attracts quite a lot of investors who transact on foreign exchange or forex, because it is quite high and fast to get profits, especially on the movement of XAUUSD or gold commodities, high volatility that attracts investors and investment managers to direct it to this commodity.With technical analysis using moving averages and Fibonacci in order to maximize large profits, so that research will compare the two at different time frames, and later investors can use it to become a guide for using these two technical analyzes and the result is that both can maximize profits by using MA rather than Fibonacci, the shortcomings of this study are not using fundamental analysis only with qualitative research methods. Hopefully this can help and future research can be directed to behavior finance.Keyword :Forex, Technical analysis, Gold, Moving Average, Fibonacci

Abstract

In this study, the author has research the effect of labor discipline, motivation and remuneration simultaneously on education employee’s performance. The hypothesis in this study are: Suspected of labor discipline, motivation and remuneration does not significantly influence to educational employee’s performance of used. Data in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis technique this study using validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the labour discipline, motivation, and employee remuneration does not significantly influence to employee’s the educational performance in the Faculty of Engineering Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.

Abstract

Leadership is a crucial aspect of management in every organisation or institution. This research assessed an organization's capacity to lead effectively, which will decide whether it succeeds or fails in achieving its objectives. A leader must have the proper influence to lead the members of his organisation in this endeavour. The purpose of this study is to examine how employee motivation, loyalty, and productivity impact the leadership of the Headman of Brujul Village, Jaten Sub-District, Karanganyar District. This type of research is a qualitative case study that describes the interaction data analysis from the withdrawal of all population data utilised as a sample. Interviews, observations, and documents were used to collect data in this study. The outcomes of this study show that the village headman's leadership position has a significant impact on staff motivation, loyalty, and productivity at the Brujul Village Office, Jaten Sub-District, Karanganyar District. The community's interests, in this case the employees', will be served by creating decent working circumstances, which will aid them in carrying out their responsibilities. As a result, employees will be able to make the most of their time and remain loyal to the company. The motivation to attempt as much as possible will emerge, accompanied by a spirit of working under unusual circumstances. If the leader or village headman ensures the health of employees by restricting working hours or reducing extra hours, employees' health can be maintained. Employees who perform efficiently and effectively in line with processes will have a positive impact on job productivity.

Abstract

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the influence of service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphathy for member loyality, as well as moderating satisfaction in the effect of service quality on loyalty. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected the service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphathy have significan effect to member loyality, and satisfaction moderatedthe effect service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to mamber loyalty, but satisfaction not mederated the effect service quality as seen of assurance and empathy to mamber loyalty. The data needed in this study is the primary data obtained by questionnaire method from the sample of 59 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphathy have significan effect to member loyality, and satisfaction moderated the effect service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness to mamber loyalty, but satisfaction not mederated the effect service quality as seen of assurance and empathy to mamber loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta, 2) the effect of prices on purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta, 3) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Yamaha motorcycles NMAX in Surakarta City, 4) Simultaneous influence of brand image, price, product quality on purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycle in Surakarta City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study whose conclusions are obtained based on the results of statistical analysis with the object of research are Yamaha NMAX motorcycle users in the city of Surakarta. The sample is 100 respondents, where the sampling technique is accidental sampling technique.The instrument used with the questionnaire and data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. Regression analysis results obtained by the regression equation: Y = -10,906 + 0,395X1 + 0,366 X2+ 0,410 X3, which means that purchasing decisions of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta City are influenced by brand image, price and product quality. Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) brand image significantly influences the purchasing decision of NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta. (2) the price significantly affects the purchase decision of NMAX motorcycles in the city of Surakarta.  (3) product quality significantly influences the purchasing decision of NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta. (4) brand image, price, and product quality simultaneously significantly influence NMAX motorcycle purchasing decisions in Surakarta. Judging from the coefficient, the brand image, price, and product quality were determined to influence the purchasing decision of NMAX motorcycles in Surakarta by 82.6%, while the remaining 17.4% was influenced by other variables outside this study.

It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.074>0) and the probability value is (0.048<0.05; 2). Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.266>0) and the probability value is (0.002 < 0.05 3). Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.146>0) and the probability value is (0.021<0.05 4). Distribution channels have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.259>0) and the probability value is (0.002<0.05).

Abstract

The measurement of public sector performance improvement (PSP) cannot be determined by just oneindicator, but it requires measurement of various collaborating indicators. After determining thecollaborative indicators, the implementation of PG is expected to increase. This research will usevarious PG indicators such as openness and accountability, political stability and absence of violence,government effectiveness, regulatory quality, rule of law, and corruption control in increasing PSP.The implementation of PG on PSP is applied to Regional Government Work Units (SKPD) in CentralJava with the moderating variables being environmental dynamics and human resource skills as controlvariables. Of the four PG elements have a positive effect on PSP, while the two variables of politicalstability and absence of violence and quality of regulations have no effect on PSP. All indicators ofenvironmental dynamics moderation have a positive effect on PSP, while control of HR skills can beused as their function.
