Abstract

Rice in Indonesia is positioned as a strategic commodity, both from an economic and socio-political perspective, because rice is a staple food for 95% of the Indonesian population, provides employment opportunities and a source of income for around 21 million farming households, and about 30% of the total expenditure of poor households. allocated to rice. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that play an important role in the national economy. Currently, MSMEs are run in various regions in Indonesia. One of the areas that run this business is Karawang, one of which is in the field of rice marketing. Marketing strategy is a form of plan to support a company in marketing its products. MSME Selaras Makmur Trijaya is one of the rice milling factories. These businesses want to expand their market. Therefore, the right marketing strategy is needed from the results of understanding the strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats to expand the distribution area to outside its territory. risk indication is the first step to look at marketing operational problems at PB Selaras Makmur Trijaya. By using the Z-Score and ValueMethod in Danger (VAR), it will show the results of the probability and impact of marketing operational risk. Prevention and mitigation strategies can be this company's responsibility for the expected sales growth.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan bagaimana cara mengembangkan usaha dan keterampilan membuat produk kerajinan rajutan bagi ibu-ibu, Meningkatkan kreatifitas bagi ibu-ibu untuk dapat mengembangkan produk rajutan bagi peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini sehingga dapat mengisi waktu dengan merajut yang mana nantinya dapat menjadi pemasukan bagi ibu-ibu, dan peserta pelatihan juga dapat menghitung harga pokok yang digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan harga jual produk rajutan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan selera pesanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pelatihan langsung melalui 3 tahap yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pembuatan laporan. Evaluasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Dalam kegiatan pelatihan merajut ini ibu-ibu dibimbing bagaimana cara membuat tas rajut hingga menguasai dan bisa menghasilkan minimal satu produk rajut berupa tas atau dompet, selanjutnya ibu-ibu akan diberikan pembinaan bagaimana cara mengembangkan usaha rajut di masyarakat. termasuk cara mempromosikannya melalui media sosial seperti facebook, instagram, whatsapp dan lain-lain. Selain itu, Anda juga bisa mempromosikannya melalui kerabat, teman, dan tetangga terdekat Anda tentang produk yang Anda buat. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan, keterampilan merajut, pendapatan keluarga Abstract Community Service Activities aim to provide knowledge on how to develop businesses and skills in making knitted handicraft products for mothers, Increase creativity for mothers to be able to develop knitted products for participants who take part in this training so that they can fill time by knitting which can later become income for mothers, and trainees can also calculate the cost of goods used as the basis for determining the selling price of knitted products according to their needs and tastes of the order. The method used in this activity is to conduct direct training through 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the report generation stage.Evaluation of the results of community service activities In this knitting training activity, mothers are guided on how to make knitting bags until they master and can produce at least one knitting product in the form of bags or wallets, then mothers will be given guidance on how to develop a knitting business in the community. including how to promote it through social media such as Facebook, Instragram, Whatsapp and others. Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aims to provide guidance to female recitation administrators to practice publis speaking, provide knowledge on how to develop public speaking abilities and skills, speaking skills everyone can appear in public. Ready to carry out so that this training can grow the courage of mothers to be able to appear in public, provide confidence that can affect the success and fluency of public speaking, and train mothers in controlling anxiety, stage fright before speaking in front general. The method used in this training activity includes 3 stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and report preparation stage. The evaluation results in this training provide an opportunity for mothers to practice speaking in front of participants, even though some are still nervous, trembling, and speaking skills can also broaden your network. When you speak in public well, people can be amazed and want to talk to you. This can be a good opportunity to build new relationships to open up various opportunities. Abstract

                This study aims to analyze and explain the factors of Product Quality, Price and Promotion that affect the Consumer Satisfaction of Smartphone Asus Students of the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program, University of Surakarta. This research approach is a quantitative approach, because this research is presented with numbers. The sample in this study were 80 students from the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta University Management Study Program. The analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS VERSION 16.0 for windows.The results of the statistical analysis of this study where the Simple Linear Regression Test has shown: Y = 9.503 - 1,652 X1 + 1,231 X2 + 0.944 X3. T test results obtained: Product Quality (X1) obtained a significant coefficient of 0.001 with the value of t count> value of t table (-3.390> 1.991) thus Product Quality (X1) has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Price (X2) obtained a significant coefficient of 0,000 with a value of t arithmetic> value of t table (7.258> 1.991) thus Price (X2) had a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Promotion (X3) obtained a significant coefficient of 0.031 with a value of t arithmetic> value of t table (2,200> 1,991) thus Promotion (X3) has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the F Test obtained an Fcount of 23,329 with a Significant of 0,000. The calculated F value> F table (23,329> 4.01) can thus be concluded that Product Quality (X1), Price (X2) and Promotion Variable (X3) has a positive effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y).From the calculation results it is known the amount of adjusted Determination Coefficient (R Square) is 0.577. This means that 57.7% of Customer Satisfaction can be explained by three variables of Quality, Price and Promotion, while the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how much influence the health and safety of employees so that it affects employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Frasta Survey Indonesia or more specifically Singa Gembara Village, North Sangatta District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province, and this research was carried out in June 2021. The sampling in this study used 55 respondents, the data collection technique was through a distributed questionnaire. to respondents, and the research variables are Health (X1), Safety (X2), Performance (Y). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with a significance level of 10%. Researchers used SPSS Version 25 tools. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that employee performance is influenced by health and safety variables. The result of determination (R2) uses the adjusted r square value, because it uses a regression with more than one independent variable, which is 0.618, which means that the health variable and work safety variable are able to explain employee performance by 61.8% while the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other variables not examined. From the calculation results of the F test and t test, it can be seen that the health variable and the occupational safety variable simultaneously affect the employee's performance and the most dominant variable is the work safety variable.

Abstract

This title of this research is ANALYSIS OF MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGY (Case Study of Marketing Communication Strategy Merchandise at Kedai Digital 8 Solo). This research examines marketing communication strategy in increasing merchandise product sales at Kedai Digital 8 Solo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, qualitative descriptive method is research that describe the object under study based on facts that exist in the field. Data are presented using primary data and secondary data through structured interview, observation, and documentation, then analyzed with qualitative data analysis. Based on the analysis of this research, results show: (a) Kedai Digital 8 Solo apply advertising and direct marketing as marketing communication strategies, (b) The advertising using media Brochures, banners / MMTs and social media, (c) The direct marketing using letter / proposal submitted to individuals and companies/agencies, (d) Advertising via social media (online) is done on a regular basis as it is more effective and efficient than direct advertising, (e) Direct marketing through letter/proposal medium is done Periodically at least once a year or even rarely

Abstract

In this study, the authors have goals to be achieved in this study are 1) Knowing and explaining the significant influence of products on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 2) Knowing and explaining the significant influence of price on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 3) Knowing and explaining the significant effect of promotion on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 4) Knowing and explaining the significant influence of place/distribution channel on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 5) Knowing and explaining the significant influence of products, prices, promotions, and distribution channels on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo               The hypotheses in this study are 1) Products have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 2) Price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 3) Promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 4) Distribution channels have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo; 5) Products, prices, promotions, and places/distribution channels have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through e-commerce at STIA ASUH MITRA Solo            The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that 1) the product has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.074>0) and the probability value is (0.048<0.05; 2). Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.266>0) and the probability value is (0.002 < 0.05 3). Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.146>0) and the probability value is (0.021<0.05 4). Distribution channels have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. It is proven by the coefficient value is positive (0.259>0) and the probability value is (0.002<0.05).

Abstract

Abstract The first activity carried out in this service activity was observation to determine problems in activities at PT Bali Moda Busana. Observations are only focused on the production department and some management staff. Based on the observations that have been made, it is found that the working environment at PT Bali Moda Busana, has the potential for physical hazards and the workers have not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at work which allows work accidents. The expected results in service activities are that employees in the production department have more knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Based on the results of this service activity in the form of counseling, training and mentoring that has been carried out; employees of the production department, to acquire knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), then implement it in daily work, as the motto of work “Savety 1st”  Kata Kunci:  K3, APD, karyawan

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aims to improve quality and productivity at Kaliboto Green Institute, an institution that focuses on goat farming, fish farming, and fermented animal feed processing, through the implementation of innovation-based Human Resource Management (HRM). The program is designed to strengthen employee skills, improve operational efficiency, and encourage innovation in the production process. The activity implementation method consists of several stages, namely preparation, training, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The preparation stage includes coordination with stakeholders and development of training materials. In the training phase, employees are provided with knowledge and skills in applying innovative HRM techniques. Implementation involves the direct application of the management practices that have been taught. Monitoring is conducted periodically to evaluate the implementation and its impact. The results of these activities showed a significant improvement in employee skills, especially in terms of time management, resource management, and problem solving. Operational efficiency also improved, as evidenced by reduced production time and improved end-product quality. In addition, there was increased innovation in the livestock and farming processes, such as the adoption of new technologies and more efficient management methods. Evaluation of the activities revealed several challenges faced, including resistance to change from some employees and limited resources to support long-term implementation. Based on the results, it is recommended to conduct capacity building on an ongoing basis and increase support from management to ensure the sustainability of the program. The program has also had a positive impact on the welfare of the local community and can serve as a model for the development of other small and medium enterprises.
