Abstract

In research on statistical modeling, researchers generally use sample-based data, but in a less frequent proportion, there are also researchers who use population-based data. For this second group, the researcher should not use the p-value as a basis for deciding the effect between variables, because this method is only suitable for sample-based modeling. For modeling using population-based data, researchers cannot use p-values, so meaningfulness should be used to determine the influence between variables. In this case, the minimum value of the path coefficient that is considered meaningful is 0 . Keywords: modeling; path analysis; population-based; meaningfulness

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe, understand, and analyze the implementation of the assessment in the spiritual attitudes in madrasas? This question is detailed into several units of questions about principles, purposes, indicators, techniques, and the utilization of spiritual attitude assessment in madrasas. This study used a qualitative approach, taking three cases on the research subject or three madrasas in Lamongan Regency. The instruments used in this research were structured and unstructured interviews, document studies, and observations. As for data validation in this study, triangulation of data sources and methods was used, which were then analyzed. The authors' findings on the assessment of spiritual attitudes in madrasas could be concluded that attitude assessment was carried out using the implicit method, measuring without asking students directly. This was developed to overcome bias and pretense. In principle, according to As Syaibani's philosophy of Islamic education, the result of education is an interaction between science, charity, and faith. The assessment purposes according to the Assessment as Learning (AaL) approach, assessment as muhasabah, education, and motivation. The indicators and assessment criteria were in three aspects including ritualistic, experiential, and consequential, or the spiritual, insaniyyah, and kauniyyah dimensions, while the instrument used was a non-test instrument, which was used for performance or behavior assessment, as for the management and utilization elements of the results. The assessment used more ethical references or Value Reference Assessment with the assumption that human nature was good, education functions to develop nature. Abstract

Jember Regency is one of the coffee center areas in East Java. The increasing consumption of coffee has led to the proliferation of coffee shops in the Jember Regency. The importance of a relationship for a coffee shop or shop will facilitate the dissemination of information about the current development of coffee. Forum Barista Nusantara is a networked coffee community as a forum for coffee shops/shops to serve and mix coffee according to their respective competencies. This study aims to obtain data, process, and analyze mapping service performance and communication patterns in the networked coffee shop community in Jember Regency. The research method used is the analytical descriptive method. Data analysis techniques use spatial analysis and analysis of nearby neighbors as well as analysis of communication patterns. The results showed that in the Spatial Distribution of networked coffee shops in the Jember Regency there were 40 samples of shops spread across the Jember Regency. The performance of coffee shop services based on ratings on Google Maps shows that coffee shops in the Sumbersari District area have good performance with an average performance rating of 4.5-5 stars. The distribution pattern of coffee shops in Jember Regency through the analysis of nearby neighbors processed from QGIS software version 3.16 can be known to tend to group (cluster) because the distance between one coffee shop and another coffee shop is close together. Abstract

Elections are one form of demonization of the democratic system. Where the implementation of General Elections must be done carefully, and minimize some of the mistakes that exist. However, nowadays it has been found that there are dead citizens who are included in the voter list in Surabaya. The existence of these problems has certainly drawn criticism from the people at the Election Committee in Surabaya, considering that these problems can lead to fraud in the general election. If observed, basically the Surabaya Election Commission has carried out its duties properly and under existing laws and regulations. Where voter data collection carried out by the Surabaya Election Commission was carried out in several stages, including requesting population data from the Surabaya Civil Registry Office; Mapping and distribution of the Election Site conducted by the Election Committee; Updating and Verification conducted by Election Surveyor; Published to the public by sticking it in the place in the Sub District Office; and designated as the Permanent Voters List. So after observing in-depth three factors that cause these problems to emerge, including regulatory factors; family factors that died less orderly administration; and economic factors Keywords: citizens mortality, voter list

Abstract

Many important problems in engineering, physics and the social sciences, when formed in mathematical form, require the determination of a function that satisfies one or more derivative of an unknown function. Such an equation is called a Differential Equation. One of the differential equations we know is Newton's Law. One obvious clarification is to look at whether an unknown function depends on one or more independent variables, when only one is called a Partial Differential Equation. In this article will be discussed differential equations with separate variables (can be separated) to be able to solve in physics problems. Keywords: equation; variable; differential

Abstract

In line with the era of reform that develops in society with its various demands, it needs to be addressed positively by multiple parties. Nurses and midwives are the central factors that drive organizational dynamics, so the facilities and infrastructure owned by the organization will be dynamic if they are appropriately managed by nurses and midwives who have high quality. Nurses and midwives are essential assets that must be maintained by companies mainly engaged in service services that rely on the level of performance of nurses and midwives in the company. The method used in this study was the cross-sectional approach. The total population was 167 employees. The author used his sample of respondents, as many as 62.5/62 nurse and midwife respondents. Independent variables were work motivation and transformtional leadrship style, while dependent was employee performance. Data were collected using questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results, the equation was Y = 9.883 + 0.346 X1 + 0.323 X2, when X1 = work motivation, X2 = transformational leadership style, Y = employee performance, a = constant, b = coefficient. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work motivation and transformational leadership style are determinants of the performance of nurses and midwives at Budiasih Mother and Child Hospital, Serang, Indonesia. Keywords: professional ethics; motivation; transformational; performance; nurses; midwives
