Abstract

This research explicitly tests the effect of work compensation and work discipline on the performance of generation Z employees at UD. Lotussan Stationari Semarang. This research is quantitative in nature, where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to UD employees. Lotussan Stationari, especially those categorized as generation Z with a sample size of 100 employees using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a statistical program. Based on the research, it can be found that there is an effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of generation Z employees at UD. Lotussan Stationari Semarang. In addition, based on the results of the simultaneous test, it was found that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of generation Z employees at UD. Lotussan Stationari Semarang.

Abstract

The demand for qualified and professional teachers at this time is a must for all educators. In carrying out their duties, teachers are obliged to plan learning, carry out quality learning processes, to produce quality generations in the future. This study aims to describe the importance of professionalism, teacher competence in Early Childhood Education and the quality of PAUD teacher education in Musi Rawas Regency. The things explored in this study are the importance of the role of teachers in improving the quality of learning in early childhood. The research techniques used in this study were observation, document studies, and in-depth interviews. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, namely an analysis that provides an overview of the things that have been studied. While the method used in this study was a qualitative analysis method. The analysis was carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity, researchers used triangulation techniques, namely by using various methods to collect the same data from various data sources. Data were obtained from Educators of the Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Teachers Association, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that for IGABA educators in Musi Rawas Regency, by the end of 2024, there will be 8 new certified educators and 10 out of 71 educators who have passed the PPG Administration, almost half of the teacher data are still many high school graduates and there are still a lack of graduate educators who are linear with early childhood education. To get good quality in early childhood education, educators should have a Diploma four (D-IV) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in early childhood education, and other education relevant to the early childhood education system, or psychology obtained from an accredited study program, and have a PAUD Teacher Professional Education (PPG) certificate from an accredited university.

Abstract

The concept of edupreneurship integrates education with entrepreneurship to create individuals who are not only skilled in the business world but also have strong character and ethics. Edupreneurship aims to develop entrepreneurial skills from an early age, teaching creativity, innovation, and the ability to identify business opportunities. In addition, this concept emphasizes the importance of sustainability and social contribution in entrepreneurship, so that the entrepreneurs produced do not only focus on material gain, but also have a positive impact on society. Through this education-based approach, edupreneurship encourages students to think critically, independently, and have high fighting spirit, while developing moral and ethical values that can be applied in the business world. Edupreneurship also plays an important role in equipping the younger generation with the skills needed to compete in an increasingly complex global market.

Abstract

Decision Number 8/Pdt.G/2020/Pn Lwk and Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3589 K/Pdt/2022), found legal uncertainty of Land Ownership Certificates that have strong evidence of land ownership but in court were declared invalid, The problems in this study are, namely How is the guarantee of legal certainty in the Laws and Regulations concerning Land Ownership Certificates, what is the Position of Land Ownership Certificates issued by the National Land Agency in proving civil cases, how are the legal considerations and decisions of the panel of judges regarding the evidentiary power of land ownership certificates in Decision Number 8/PDT.G/2020/PN LWK and Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia number 3589K/PDT/2022. Types of normative legal research (normative juridical) or library legal research., Normative juridical is research that refers to theories, doctrines, norms, principles, principles and legal rules contained in the legislation in Indonesia. The nature of the research used in this study is exploratory research (exploration or exploration), all collected, and conclusions drawn using deductive methods. The results of the study found that the legal certainty of land ownership certificates has an important role in the agrarian legal system in Indonesia. Through land registration and issuance of certificates, rights holders can obtain the legal certainty needed to protect their rights and prevent disputes. Land Ownership Certificates as evidence of letters have an important role in providing legal certainty and protection for rights holders. By meeting the requirements set, the certificate functions as strong evidence in the judicial process, the Decision of the Luwuk District Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia show the importance of legal certainty in land ownership. Land ownership certificates as proof of ownership must be based on accurate data and a legitimate process.

Abstract

Lembongan Island is one of the islands in Bali Province, located in Klungkung Regency, with tourism potential, one of which is culinary tourism. Lembongan Island is known for its natural beauty and rich marine resources, providing a significant opportunity to offer fresh and authentic seafood dishes to tourists. However, there are several weaknesses, such as limited menu variations and inconsistent service quality, that need to be addressed to enhance competitiveness. This research also identifies opportunities arising from the increasing interest of tourists in local culinary experiences and sustainability, as well as threats from climate change and competition with other destinations. By implementing appropriate strategies based on SWOT analysis, this study concludes that Lembongan Island has significant potential to develop as an attractive and sustainable seafood culinary tourism destination. The findings of this research are expected to provide guidance for stakeholders in formulating policies and strategies for culinary tourism development on the island.
