Abstract

This study aims to determine the intrinsic value contained in a company's stock, in which the studied company is a company incorporated into consumer goods industry sector. This study uses descriptive and fundamental analysis topdown with a price-earnings ratio (PER). The results showed the company's stock thirteenth consumer goods industry sector can be used as an investment destination for investors. Then based on the results of the valuation of stocks with price-earnings ratio (PER), the average company in the consumer goods industry sector in 2012 to 2015 in a state where the intrinsic value is less than the market price (overvalued) and generally companies that have undervalued happens to companies that have assets (small), while companies that have large assets (big) generally in condition overvalued. So the investment decisions that should be done is to buy shares of companies that have assets (small). Keywords: Intrinsic Value, Fundamental Analysis topdown, Price Earning Ratio (PER).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the listed financial performance to value of the firm on manufacture enterprises on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The practice of good corporate governance is used in this study is the proportion of independent commissioners, while financial performance variables are used in this study are current ratios, debt to equity ratio and return on assets. Object of this study is a company that has been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The samples used in this study were 11 companies with observations period of 3 years by using purposive sampling method. This study used case study method. Abstract

Logam Mulia atau emas mempunyai berbagai aspek yang menyentuh kebutuhan manusia disamping memiliki nilai estetis yang tinggi juga merupakan jenis investasi yang nilainya stabil, likuid, dan aman secara riil. Logam Mulia emas adalah salah satu produk PT Pegadaian (Persero). Dalam upaya memasarkan pentingnya investasi emas kepada masyarakat luas diperlukanlah pengetahuan produk serta kegiatan promosi dalam meningkatkan kinerja penjualan emas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian ini adalah kausalitas, karena penelitian ini bermaksud menjelaskan variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah nasabah logam emas mulia di PT Pegadaian Pontianak sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dan promosi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.  Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Produk, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, consumer value, and brand image to the iPhone purchasing decision. Respondents in this study were students in the Tanjungpura University, Pontianak who using iPhone. Type of this research is using survey method and the nature of causality. The technique of data collected is using questionnaires with nonprobability Sampling technique by means of purposive sampling. The population in this study is the students of  Tanjungpura University, Pontianak force in 2014 that uses the iPhone, and samples were taken for study as many as 100 people. Data analysis technique used is the homepage regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. The findings of this study indicate that the variable quality of the product, consumer value, and brand image have significant and positive impact on the purchase decision. 33.7% variable purchase decision can be explained by the NII in the independent variables, while the variables remaining 66.3% is explained by other variables outside of this research. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response and reaction of respondents to the research variables test and analyze the influence of occupational health and safety on the performance of the production employees of PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa Desa Mega Timur. The study design used in this study is causal design and population in this study is the production employees of PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa many as 41 respondents with sampling using saturation sampling as many as 41 respondents. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection and data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to measure the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable is the occupational health (X1) and safety (X2) as the independent variable and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of occupational health and safety program and performance of employees in the production department of PT.Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa Desa Mega Timur in good condition. Abstract

Pengaruh High Performance Work Practice Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Steadfast Marine PontianakOleh:Putri Mutiara Sari ABSTRAKSI            PT. Steadfast Marine Pontianak adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang usaha industri kapal dan perahu. Perusahaan ini pada kegiatannya seantiasa fokus pada proses pembangunan kapal, perbaikan kapal dan pemeliharaan kapal dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek kinerja yang tinggi untuk menciptakan kondisi dimana tenaga kerja dapat terlibat secara langsung dalam organisasi dan bekerja keras untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh High Performance Work Practice dalam dimensi Performance Appraisal, Person-Organization Fit dan Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian lapangan PT. Steadfast Marine Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel berjumlah 156 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan metode disproportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari analisis data yang dilakukan dengan regresi liniear berganda bahwa ada pengaruh Performance Appraisal, Person-Organization Fit dan Servant Leadership secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan PT. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel salah satu variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah budaya organisasi, Budaya organisasi mengacu kepada sistem makna bersama yang dianut oleh anggota-anggota organisasi yang membedakan organsasi itu dari organisasi lain. Selain dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan juga dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja sebagai keadaan ideal dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tugas sesuai aturan dalam rangka mendukung optimalisasi kerja.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Djantin Unit Sambas. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Sumber Djantin Unit Sambas yang berjumlah 62 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang karyawan PT Sumber Djantin Unit Sambas Dalam melakukan pengumpulan datanya didapatkan melalui kuesioner dan terknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Djantin Unit Sambas. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan disiplin disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 31,8% (rendah), sementara sisanya sebesar 68,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Indonesian movie it’s in very unique condition, Indonesian Ethnocentrism Tendencies is quite high but because the quality is having condition that some of genre showing high quality, but some others have lower quality, so there isn’t stagnant condition that affect the customer demand to repurchase intention in cinema. This research aims at analyzing the effect of ethnocentrism toward perceived quality and repurchase intention of Indonesian movie that exclusively happening in Pontianak city. The sample is selected by using random sampling method. The result of this research shows that Consumer Ethnocentrism Tendencies have positive and significant effect towards Repurchase Intention, but perceived quality have positive but not significant effect toward repurchase intention when become an intervening variable between consumer ethnocentrism tendencies variable.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Food and Beverage Company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Manufacturing company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2015 there is a population of 18 companies, in the amount there were 14 companies meeting the criteria established research sample. Analyzed using descriptive statistics, regression analysis and classical assumption with 20:00 SPSS for windows.   This study examined about the factors that affect the company's capital structure Food and Beverage Industry Sector Consumer Goods Manufacturing in companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2015 . Eighteen companies Food and Beverage Sector Consumer Goods Industry on Manufacturing company, fourteen companies that meet the criteria to be tested . This study found three independent variables in the test is Return on Assets ( ROA ) , Firm Size ( company size ) and Price Earning Ratio ( PER ) , while the dependent variable is the Debt to Assets Ratio ( DAR ) .   The results partially (t test) showed that Profitability (Return On Assets), Firm Size (company size) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) positive and significant impact on the Capital Structure (Debt to Assets Ratio), while the simultaneous testing (Testing F) showed that Profitability (Return on Assets), Firm Size (company size) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) positive and significant impact on the Capital Structure (Debt to Assets Ratio).   Keywords : Profitability (Return On Assets), Firm Size (company size) and Price Earning Ratio (PER), Capital Structure (Debt To Assets Ratio).

Abstract

Financial distress is the company's financial condition in the stage of decline before liquidation or bankruptcy of the company (Ali, 2009). In general, financial distress is a condition where companies experience financial difficulties and are threatened with bankruptcy. Then the condition of financial distress needs to be watched out for the company.This study aims to examine the effect of the Altman Z-SCORE ratio, namely the ratio of Net Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Retained Earning to Total Assets (RETA), Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (EBITTA), and Book Value of Equity to Total Liability (BVETL) to Financial Distress proxied by Z-Score Modification at the Rural Bank of West Kalimantan Province and to find out the condition of financial distress in each bank calculated by the modified Altman Z-score method. This study took a five-year observation period, from 2012 to 2016, where the number of samples used was as many as 15 companies crediting the rural banks of West Kalimantan Province. This study examines the regression relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable with multiple linear regression.
