Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quality Of Work Life (QWL) terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menilai efek mediasi dari motivasi intrinsik dan kepuasan kerja antara Quality Of Work Life (QWL) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) KPRK Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, karena sampling dilakukan untuk semua anggota populasi yaitu sebesar 115 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan metode SEM (pemodelan persamaan struktural) menggunakan Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing- masing variabel Quality Of Work Life (QWL), motivasi intrinsik dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi intrinsik memediasi Quality Of Work Life (QWL) dengan variabel kinerja karyawan secara parsial mediasi dan variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi Quality Of Work Life (QWL) dengan kinerja karyawan secara full mediasi. Kata Kunci: Quality Of Work Life (QWL), Motivasi Intrinsik, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of regional independence ratio, regional effectiveness ratio, regional efficiency ratio and regional income growth ratio on economic growth. The research data used is a combination of cross sections with time series in 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province during 2014-2018, which is obtained from the Budget Realization Report (LRA) issued by the Directorate General of Regional Financial Balance, Ministry of Finance (DJPK Kemenkeu). The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression with Eviews 9 assistance.The results of this study prove that regional independence ratio, regional effectiveness ratio and regional efficiency ratio have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while regional income growth ratio has no significant effect on economic growth in Regencies / Cities in Aceh Province Keywords:   Regional Independence Ratio, regional effectiveness ratio, regional efficiency ratio , regional income growth ratio and economics growth

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product excellence and brand trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 144 respondents, who are the retail customers of non-subsidized urea fertilizer of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in the North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results find that brand trust significantly influences customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, but product excellence does not significantly influence customer satisfaction and Retail customer loyalty of non-subsidized urea fertilizer of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, customer satisfaction mediates the influence of brand trust on retail customer satisfaction of non-subsidized urea fertilizer of  PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in the North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the leaders of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda to increase customer loyalty, it is necessary to pay attention to the efforts for growing and increasing brand trust in customers by creating positive perceptions of costumers about the benefits that can be given by the products/brands so that they are confident in using non-subsidized urea fertilizer of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda in North Aceh Regency Keywords:             product excellence, brand trust, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Tranformational Leader and Transaktional Leader throuch Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and its impact on the employee Organization Commitment of Sekretarit DPRK of Bireuen District.The data used in this reseach is primer data with 70 responden. Analisis methode using path analisys withStatistical Pacge for for Social Science (SPSS). The result showed Transformational Leader and Transactional Leader affect on Ornazational Commitment. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have significant positive effect on Ornizational Commitment. Abstract

ABSTRAKThe teacher is one of the most important components in improving the intelligence of the nation's children. Teacher performance is an important factor in realizing these goals. Efforts to improve teacher performance are one of the priorities of the country. This study aims to determine the effect of transactional and transformational leadership styles on teacher performance through job satisfaction. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 144 teachers at the State Vocational High School (SMK) in North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze data is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Method with the Amos device. The results found that transactional leadership and transformational leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance and job satisfaction has a direct effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, it was found that job satisfaction mediated the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on the performance of North Aceh District Vocational School teachers. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that school leaders or principals, to improve teacher performance, need to maintain the application of transactional and transformational leadership styles and give priority to increasing job satisfaction.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Regional Original Revenue, Balancing Funds, Special Autonomy Funds, and poverty levels on the level of local financial independence. The research data used is a combination of cross section with time series in 23 regencies / cities in Aceh Province during 2013-2018, obtained from the Budget Realization Report (LRA) issued by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance (DJPK Ministry of Finance). The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression with the help of Eviews 9. The results of this study prove that the Regional Original Revenue has a positive and significant effect on the level of regional financial independence, while the balance funds and special autonomy funds have a negative and significant effect on the level of regional financial independence. The poverty does not significantly influence the level of regional financial independence. Keywords :  Regional Original Revenue, Balancing Fund, Special Autonomy Funds, Poverty Levels and Financial Independency Ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru dengan lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 140 responden yaitu guru yang mengajar pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Struktural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Selanjutnya ditemukan Budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Selanjutnya ditemukan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja memediasi secara penuh pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan kepada pimpinan atau kepala sekolah di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara agar dapat memberikan perhatian dan prioritas dalam melembagakan budaya organisasi dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the school environment, teacher professional competence on student achievement through learning motivation as an intervening variable at SMAN 2 Seulimeum Aceh Besar District. This study used two stages of sampling, namely the Proportionate stratified random sampling technique and the simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling) , which amounted to 156 students . The analysis tool uses the SEM ( structural equation modeling ) A MOS method . the study result showed that variables school environment positive and significant effect on student achievement and motivation, professional competence of teachers and a significant positive effect on student achievement and motivation, and learning motivation also has a positive and significant effect on student achievement . To me see mediation analysis of the school environment and teachers' professional competence and a significant positive effect is partially mediated the achievements of students of SMAN 2 Seulimeum Aceh Besar district.Keywords: school environment , professional competence of teachers , motivation to learn , and student achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable on Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. The number of samples in this study are 28 Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange that provide regular dividends during the 2014-2018 period. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the company's Annual Report. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study found that profitability, leverage and dividend policy had a positive and significant effect on firm value, but liquidity had no significant effect on firm value. The moderating effect proves that the dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of the company, where the dividend policy belongs to the type of variable Quacy Moderator.Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Dividend Policy and Company Value
