Abstract

In many ways, trust is seen as the basis for relationships with consumers. The importance of a sense of trust, will be as important as building the business itself. Hence, trust is one measure by which the business objectives can be further achieved. This research proposes and tests a model of brand trust that includes both its antecedents and its consequences. The model is rooted in a causal approach and features established brand trust  constructs. This study was conducted by quantitative approeaches, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The results show that BSI is considered a preferred brand and as such consumers appear to be loyal and want to spread the word of mouth to another customer. Futhermore, the leader need to consider this antecedent as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty in the future

Abstract

Traditional gender roles state that women should prioritize caring for their families and maintaining their homes, while men should prioritize their work. The number of couples balancing two careers has steadily increased over the last few decades. Married women who work put in more hours taking care of their kids and taking care of the house than their working husbands. Traditional women's roles have changed over time, but they still reflect a one-way relationship between work and family. Women have a harder time juggling the demands of family and work. Women find it more difficult to give up their family responsibilities, even when they are employed. It is against this backdrop that this study examined the implications of work-family conflict for women at the workplace. This study is theoretical in nature and relied on context analysis. The study concluded that both work-family conflict and family-work conflict had positive relationships with job tension and the number of hours worked, and both types of conflict had negative relationships with organizational commitment, job satisfaction, life satisfaction, and turnover intention. The lack of sensitive, responsive, and consistent care from overworked parents or substitute providers can lead to decreased cognitive and social skills and can promote attachment insecurity in children, research is still unclear about the effects this time sacrifice may have on children. Therefore, flexibility in the workplace is necessary to reduce distress, including changes in appetite, aches and pains related to tension, and difficulty falling and staying asleep in women.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a fundamental theoretical understanding of the basic concepts of innovation, as well as an understanding of the goals, forms, challenges, strategies, to the targets of innovation in education. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data was collected using documentation, which means searching literature on six research topics; 1). Understanding educational innovation; 2). Purpose of innovation; 3). Forms of innovation in education; 4). Challenges of educational innovation; 5). Education innovation strategy; 6). Target innovation in education. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach, as well as data collected with documentation techniques. This research resulted in the result that educational innovation is needed in relation to the phenomenon of the times. In the era of the 21st century, it has a positive and negative impact on the world of education. This negative impact is an opposition for the world of education to prepare appropriate strategies to create innovations both from teachers, students, curriculum, and the goals of education itself.

Abstract

The banking sector is a key foundation of the Indonesian economic system. The stability and contribution of this sector are significantly influenced by bank financial performance and the dynamics of banking stocks in the capital market. Based on this, this study aims to investigate the effect of banking financial performance, as measured by the loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR) and return on assets (ROA), on stock returns. This study also includes the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) as a moderating variable to assess whether CAR strengthens or weakens the relationship between LDR and ROA on stock returns. The research sample consists of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020 to 2024. The analytical method used is multiple regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. The analysis results show that ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, with a t-statistic of 2.00, which is significant at the 5% level. Furthermore, CAR is proven to moderate the relationship between ROA and stock returns, indicated by a t-statistic of -1.9, which is also significant at the 5% level. In contrast, LDR did not show a significant effect on stock returns, and CAR failed to moderate the relationship between LDR and stock returns.

Abstract

Port-sector reform has value only insofar as it results in measurable improvements in service performance. This study evaluates the application of change management in the merger of Harbormaster and Port Authority functions at one operational unit (UPT), where the intended integration goals have empirically not been consistently achieved. Using a constructivist qualitative approach with a single-case study design, data were collected through 30 semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and a review of 68 documents; analysis followed the Miles–Huberman interactive cycle with NVivo-assisted open–axial–selective coding, and validation through triangulation, member checking, and an audit trail. Core findings indicate a misalignment in the management of Ability-Motivation-Opportunity (AMO) improvements across Lewin’s stages: during unfreeze, policy urgency was established but communication remained largely one-way and passive resistance persisted; during change, procedure harmonization via bridge SOPs, competence-based redeployment, and digital quick wins progressed, yet participation was not well structured, competency mismatches persisted, and complaint handling lacked standardization; during refreeze, work began on a unified SOP and cross-agency KPIs, but standardization and cultural internalization were not yet stable. We conclude that the absence of a systematic change architecture and the lack of formal change agents have stalled integration at administrative unification. The study recommends an “integrated change framework” comprising a guiding coalition, finalization of a unified SOP linked to KPI–reward systems, competency certification for critical roles, high-involvement work practices, and a closed-loop feedback cycle to ensure the sustainable institutionalization of new practices.

This study examines the relationship between AI-driven personalization and purchasing decisions with consumer trust as a mediator among students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of all students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. A total of 150 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using reliability and validity tests with structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that AI-driven personalization influences purchasing decisions with consumer trust as a mediator. High consumer trust can influence the use of AI-driven personalization and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study examines a cassava chips MSME in Gunung Sindur to identify the business model innovation gap between pure product orientation and service integration, as well as to formulate a realistic Product–Service System (PSS) configuration to enhance competitiveness. Using a qualitative-case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, field observations, and structured questionnaires, and then analyzed using a PSS matrix to determine the existing position and potential for service development. The results show that the business is still operating as a pure product, but the owner wants to add services such as delivery, consignment sales, and a mini-marketplace. Among the alternatives evaluated, Product Pooling emerged as the most feasible option because it can add value and expand market reach without requiring significant investment; meanwhile, delivery services and a pay-per-unit scheme are not yet feasible due to limited resources and infrastructure. These findings provide a practical basis for developing PSS strategies for local food MSMEs by emphasizing collaboration among players and enhancing service capabilities.
