Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the potential for financial distress in airlines at Indonesia. The object of this research is the airlines listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), namely PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk and PT. AirAsia Indonesia Tbk. The data used is in the form of financial reports that have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the website (www.idx.co.id) in the first quarter of 2020 – third quarter of 2020. The data analysis technique uses the Altman Z Score in predicting potential financial distress. The results of the study found that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk and PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk were in financial distress or in an unhealthy financial condition, and were classified as companies that have the potential to experience bankruptcy. Research shows that PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk has a higher potential for bankruptcy than PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effect of investment, risk based capital and audit commitee on firm performance in Insurance Companies on Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2020. The number of samples in this study are 9 Insurance Companies which are listed on the IDX and have completed data obtained by porpousive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the company's Annual Report. The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study find that investment has a positive and significant effect on firm performance, while risk based capital and audit commite have no significant effect firm performance.

Abstract

        This study aims to analyze the influence of the factors that affect the performanceofState Vocational School teachers in North Aceh Regency. Work ability factors, compensation for teacher performance and organizational culture, work motivation and review the mediating effects of organizational culture variables, work motivation. The data used in this study were 156 public vocational school teachers in North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method used is structural analysis with Structural Equation Modeling using the Amos Version 20 program. The results showed that the variable work ability, compensation significantly influence teacher performance as well as organizational culture variables, work motivation mediates the three exogenous variables (work ability, compensation and organizational culture, work motivation) with endogenous variables (teacher performance) partially. The recommendation that can be given is that leaders need to foster an attitude of loyalty towards the institution so that teachers have commitment, motivation and cultural values to be able to improve work for their performance. Keywords:  Work ability, Compensation, Organizational culture, Work Motivation, Teacher    Performance

Abstract

This study aims to observe the influnce of communication and leadership style to motivation and job satisfaction of employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. This research is a quantitative research described by description. The instrument of data collection is a questioner. The sample of this research is 123 employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. Data analysis method used is AMOS-22 program with SEM and Sobel test model. The result of data analysis get some findings as follows those are communication has a positive and significant effect to motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to motivation, communication has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation mediates fully the influence between communication to job satisfaction, motivation mediates partially the influence between leadership style to job satisfaction. Keywords: Communication, Leadership Style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the Factors Affecting Asset Management in Lhokseumawe City Government. The data used in this study are primary data of 102 respondents. Data analysis method in this research uses structural equation model with the help of analysis of moment structure. The results showed that, regional apparatus, regulations, accounting information systems and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on asset management in the Lhokseumawe City Government. Abstract

: This study aims to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture through organization commitmen and its impact on employee performance to the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 67 employees of the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Data analysis method used is path analysis and processed with the help of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The result of the research shows that there is influence of competence and organizational culture to organization commitmen, and there is also influence of competence and organizational commitment toward employee performance, however organization culture is not influuence  of employee performan PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Furthermore, the results of the study found that organization commitmen variables mediate the absolute (full mediation) relationship of competence to the employee performance at the  PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training and empowerment of the competence and performance of teachers in UPTD-PK Dewantara. The data used in this research are as many as 152 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara, SMA Negeri 2 Dewantara and SMK Negeri 1 Dewantara. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS-20 (Analysis of Moment Structure). The results showed that training and empowerment have a significant influence on competence. Training, empowerment and competence have a significant effect on performance. Competence mediates in full mediation the effect of training on performance. Competence mediates partially mediation in the effect of empowering performance. Keywords: Training, Empowerment, Competence, Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThe research conducted to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment and organizational culture on the employee performance and to examine the moderation effect of organizational culture. The sample of this research was 120 permanent employees at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Branch of Bener Meriah and Branch of Takengon. The tool of analysis was Path analysis with SEM (stuctural equation modeling) method by using Amos. The research result partially indicated that leadership style and organizational commitment influenced positively and significantly on organizational culture, performance and organizational culture appearancely mediated leadership style with performance and organizational culture appearancely mediated organizational commitment with performance.             Keyword:        Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of personality, organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher performance in high schools in Indra Makmur District, North Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study were 126 teachers obtained by saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21 software. The results of this study found that directly, personality and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational culture has no significant effect. Furthermore, the results of the study found that personality and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive effect on teacher performance, but organizational culture had a negative effect and organizational commitment had no significant effect. The results of the mediation effect test found that organizational citizenship behavior is able to fully mediate the influence of organizational culture and personality on performance, but not to be a mediator on the effect of organizational commitment on theacher performance.Keywords      :    Personality, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commintment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Theacher Performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja personil Polri di Polres Lhokseumawe. Banyaknya responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 176 personil Polri yang bertugas di Polres Lhokseumawe. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan softwere AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara langsung, kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja personil, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja personil. Hasil pengujian efek mediasi menemukan bahwa komitmen organisasi memediasi secara parsial pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja personil, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja personil Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Personil
