Abstract

Village Fund Allocation is funds originating from the APBN allocated to villages, used to finance village administration, implementation of village development, community development, and empowerment of village communities, in order to alleviate poverty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of village fund allocation for rural development, village community development, empowerment of rural communities and gross regional domestic product on the poverty level of districts / cities in Aceh Province. This research is quantitative using panel data consisting of cross-sectional data, namely 23 regencies / cities with 3-year time series data. Data analysis method is panel data regression using eviews tools. The results of the study showed that the allocation of village funds for village development and village community development had a negative effect on poverty levels. Whereas the allocation of village funds to empower rural communities and gross regional domestic products does not affect the level of poverty. This indicates that the use of village funds prioritizes village development. Furthermore, the overall results of the study indicate that all independent variables simultaneously have a simultaneous effect on the level of poverty. Village fund allocation should not only focus solely on village development. Because the development of the quality of human resources must also get the same portion as the allocation of village funds for development, so that with the advancement of development will be in line with improving the quality of good human resources. Keyword : Components, village funds, gross regional domestic products, poverty

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how much influence the individual characterstic and job characteristic through organization culture and its impact on job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 168 employee PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis used structure equation modeling (SEM) and processed with the help of the application Amos. The variables measured include individual characterstic and job characteristic effect toward organization culture of The PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. Based on the analysis of statistical test is individual characterstic and job characteristic and organization culture affect on the job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. The result organization culture variable effect of full mediated on individual characterstic and job characteristic toward to job satisfaction of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and communication competence on the performance of Conditional Cash TransfersCoordinatorsin North Aceh with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data with a total sample of 150 respondents. The sampling method used is the census method. The data analysis model used is SEM-AMOS. The results show that servant leadership does not affect job satisfaction and performance. Communication competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of servant leadership on performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction mediates the effect of communication competence on performance. The implications of this research is that Conditional Cash TransfersCoordinatorsin North Aceh should be able to improve the communication competency because it has the greatest influence on the Conditional Cash Transfers Coordinators performance in North Aceh Regency.Keywords:     servant leadership, communication competence, job satisfaction, employeeperformance

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the level of health of the Mambuin Credit Union Cooperative TP Prafi Manokwari Regency in 2014-2018 based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Number: 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2009 concerning aspects of capital, aspects of productive asset quality, aspects efficiency, aspects of liquidity, aspects of independence and growth, aspects of cooperative identity and management aspects. In this study data were collected through observation, documentation and interview methods. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative techniques guided by the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Number: 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The results showed that the health level of the 2014 Prafi Credit Union Cooperative in the 2014-2018 category was "Fairly Healthy".The results of the study that in 2014-2018 amounted to 66.31. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, if the score obtained is equal to or greater than 60 to smaller than 80 (60 ≤ x <80) it is categorized as "Fairly Healthy". The cooperative must equalize the mandatory savings for all members in order to increase their own capital

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Digital Leadership, Organizational Culture on Career Development through Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable at the Dinas PUPR Kota Lhokseumawe. The data used in this study were 121 employees using the Census method. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) tools. The results show that digital leadership has no effect on organizational commitment, but has a significant effect on employee career development. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment and employee career development. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a significant effect on the career development of Dinas PUPR Kota Lhokseumawe employees. Meanwhile, in indirect relationship testing, it was found that organizational commitment did not mediate the relationship between digital leadership and employee career development. But organizational commitment mediates the relationship between organizational culture and Career Development for Lhokseumawe City Public Works and Public Housing Service Employees.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of digital marketing on marketing performance, and examined the mediating effect of product innovation variable. The sample in this study was 160 entrepreneurs of SME business in Lhokseumawe City who focused on the field of fashion. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS. The results showed that digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance and the product innovation mediated between the digital marketing variable and the marketing performance.

Abstract

This article focuses on the relationship between leadership style and overall employee performance. Research on the relationship between leadership styles and employee performance continues to yield mixed results. The goal of this study was to determine the relationship between management style and overall employee performance by comparing the results of primary studies to these variables. The method employed is a conceptual analysis of numerous previous studies conducted over the last ten years. The findings confirmed that there is a widespread and fine correlation between leadership style and worker performance, particularly in the Indonesian context, where social members of the family are a concern in society. This implies that the leader must be capable of creating a favorable management style in order to inspire improved employee performance, despite the fact that this isn't the most important factor to consider.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically test and analyze the effect of village apparatus competence and the use of information technology on village fund management accountability through an internal control system. The respondents were 171 apparatus in Kecamatan Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara Regencies taken using Census sampling. The analysis used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21. The results of this study indicate that the competence of the village apparatus and the use of information technology have a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management. Meanwhile, the competence of the village apparatus and the use of information technology have a positive effect on the internal control system. The results show that the internal control system can mediate the competence of the village apparatus and the use of information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Kecamatan Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a guideline that must be implemented, with satisfaction the existence of the hospital can be maintained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with the technique of distributing questionnaires to a research sample of 32 patients. The analysis used is descriptive analysis of multiple linear regression (path analysis), R2 test, F test and T test. The results show that the overall dimensions of service quality have a significant positive influence on patient satisfaction, which means the better the quality of service starting from physical evidence Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy provided by the hospital will be able to increase patient satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on teacher performance and motivation. In addition, it also aims to see the role of motivation as a mediation between these relationships. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires, while the sampling technique is census. So the sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents at the State Junior High School in the District of Blang Mangat. The analytical method in this study is quantitative and the data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis which is operated through SEM Amos. The results of the study found that the work environment had no effect on motivation, while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on motivation. The work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, but work discipline has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, work motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between the work environment and teacher performance, but motivation fully mediates the relationship between work discipline and teacher performance
