Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok untuk mendisiplinkan anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Al-Ikhlas Kelurahan Kejaksaan Taman Sari Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan bahwa proses bimbingan kelompok yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak panti sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tahapan bimbingan kelompok. Bimbingan kelompok yang dilaksanakan juga sudah sesuai dengan asas-asas bimbingan kelompok. Sudah ada asas kerahasiaan, keterbukaan, kesukarelaan, dan kenormatifan. Efektivitas setelah dilakukan bimbingan kelompok pada anak asuh belum terlihat perubahan secara signifikan dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Hal itu dilihat dari perilaku sebagian anak-anak yang berada di lingkungan panti yang masih melanggar peraturan. Hanya terdapat tiga orang anak yang terlihat perubahannya setelah mengikuti bimbingan kelompok.

Abstract

Adolescence is the transition of children to adulthood. The transition from the period of children to adulthood triggers many problems faced by adolescents. Therefore, adolescents need education as a basis for meeting the needs needed in order to respond and respond to problems as well as a basis in character formation. But in certain conditions teenagers are faced with educational problems that have taken root, namely the problem of dropping out of school. This is where the role of the government provides solutions and provides alternatives for teenagers who experience dropouts. Adolescent dropouts are given guidance and coaching through non-formal educational institutions or social institutions, one of which is in PSBR Yogyakarta. PSBR is one of the UPT that has the task and function of providing coaching for teenagers out of school. The coaching is done by providing various guidance, one of which is mental guidance and training in various skills needed for teenagers to drop out of school in order to have life skills . This research aims to explore the problems of adolescents dropping out of school and find out the pattern of mental guidance provided by PSBR in order to improve the life skills of adolescents out of school with a qualitative research approach. The study findings found that adolescents who drop out of school have difficulty in adjusting, health problems, religious problems, problems playing a role in society and problems of leisure. Efforts to improve the life skills of teenage dropouts are done through mental guidance and skill guidance.

Abstract

Abstract is written concisely that includes This research is entitled "The Problems of Parents in Learning Assistance for Children with Disabilities During the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMALB ABC YKAB Pulisen Boyolali (Analysis of Islamic Family Guidance and Counseling)". This research is motivated by the circumstances of parents who are currently required to accompany their children's learning. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government has decided to teach online. This study used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is one of the research procedures that produces descriptive data in the form of spoken or written behavior of the people being observed. This study aims to understand social phenomena more objectively. Qualitative research is used to gain a deep understanding of the phenomenon so that a theory will be obtained. This research is descriptive, namely the data collected in the form of words. The results of this study indicate that various problems that emerged, after the researchers conducted research on the learning assistance of children with disabilities at SMALB ABC YKAB Pulisen Boyolali during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the busyness of parents, economic difficulties, low parental education, and boredom of children in study. The analysis of the problems of parental assistance in children's learning uses the theoretical basis of the Islamic family counseling function, namely the religious function. This is a very important initial foundation for children so that children have peace of mind, inner peace when facing various kinds of problems. When parents have a strong religious foundation, the problems that arise when mentoring children's learning during the Covid-19 period can be avoided.

Abstract

Abstract This paper aims to describe the principles and techniques that can be developed through the cognitive behavioral therapy approach with Islamic Sprituality. Integrating Islamic values into the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach is expected to help adolescents who experience social anxiety that does not lead to unwanted conditions such as depression ad so on. There are several Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions for Islamic sprituality by integrating Islamic Values, which can be done by utilizing Islamic religious resources such as religious practices, opposing irrational thoughts, interpreting verses of the Qur’an and contemplative prayers. This is an effort to raise awareness of the wrong way of thinking and behavior in the pattern of social life. Social anxiety is a condition that causes individuals to be ashamed and afraid and have negative thoughts when dealing with social situations. This condition occurs as a result of cognitive and affective responses that cannot be controlled properly which then makes individuals avoid themselves from social interactions. KEYWORD: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Islamic Sprituality, Social, Anxiety. Abstrak Tulisan ini tujuannya untuk mendeskripsikan terkait prinsip dan teknik yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy dengan spritualitas Islam. Mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam pada pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy diharapkan agar membantu remaja yang mengalami kecemasan sosial agar tidak mengarah kepada kondisi yang tidak diinginkan seperti depresi dan lain sebagainya. Ada beberapa intervensi Cognitive Behavioral Therapy spritualitas Islam dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dapat dilakukan dengan cara memanfaatkan sumber daya agama Islam seperti praktek keagamaan, menentang pikiran tidak rasional, memakni ayat al-Qur’an dan do’a secara kontempatif. Hal ini sebagai upaya untuk menyadarkan cara beprikir serta perilaku yang keliru pada pola kehidupan sosialnya. Adapun kecemasan sosial suatu kondisi yang menyebabkan individu malu dan takut serta memiliki pikiran yang negatif ketika akan berhadapan dengan situasi sosial. Kondisi ini terjadi akibat dari respon kognisi dan afeksi tidak dapat terkendali dengan baik yang kemudian membuat individu menghindari dirinya dari interaksi sosial. Abstract

Mental health is very influential in the welfare of life both physically and socially. People who are said to be mentally healthy are when they are free from various symptoms of mental illness. Symptoms of mental disorders include depression, fear, anxiety and so on. Mental health disorders can be prevented. Preventive action is by providing knowledge and awareness to the community, one of which is through social media. Mental Health Digital Platform Ibunda.Id campaigns for mental health using social media. This study aims to determine the technique of the Ibunda.Id digital platform in campaigning for mental health to the public through social media. The method used in this research is literature study and observation. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The results of the discussion found that the ibunda.id Digital Platform in campaigning for mental health applied Collaborative Techniques with various parties and utilized social media including Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and Websites. A verified Instagram account is one of the techniques for campaigning for mental health through social media using cool and unique content so that information can be easily conveyed clearly and accepted by the public. Mental health campaigned by the Ibunda.Id Digital Platform through social media is quite successful and has a good impact on the community

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesehatan mental dan dampaknya bagi masyarakat modern saat ini. Pemahaman kesehatan mental saat ini belum banyak disadari bagi individu maupun masyarakat sehingga berdampak kepada perubahan prilaku saat ini. Gangguan mental jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat, akan bertambah para dan pada akhirnya akan menimbulkan prilaku menyimpang bagi masyarakat modern saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka (literature review) dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber dari buku, artikel maupun data-data yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah memberikan gambaran bahwa control sosial dan sadar akan kesehatan mental dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat cenderung mengalami degradasi sehingga menyebabkan prilaku negative bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keberadaan anak penyandang disabilitas intelektual yang memerlukan strategi khusus untuk melatih kemandirian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penerapan strategi pengasuh dalam melatih kemandirian penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah dikumpul lalu dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan untuk melatih kemandirian penyandang disabilitas intelektual. Ada empat jenis area dalam pembentukan kemandirian. Yakni, bina diri, bina keterampilan, dan bina lingkungan dilakukan dengan empat strategi, yakni strategi peragaan, strategi pembiasaan, strategi pemberian latihan dan strategi penguatan. Interaksi yang terjadi secara langsung oleh pengasuh dalam setiap aktivitas sehari-hari seperti membersihkan tempat tidur, mandi, mencuci pakaian, makan, membersihkan tempat makan, melipat baju, dan berbusana. Serta keterampilan yang lain seperti membantik, melukis, bernyanyi, membuat gelang tangan, tote bag, dan bercocok tanam. Hal tersebut dilakukan sesuai dengan potensi, kemampuan, bakat dan minat yang dimiliki masing-masing penyandang disabilitas intelektual. Agar mereka mampu mandiri untuk menolong dirinya sendiri serta berkarya sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki. Kata kunci: Strategi, penyandang disabilitas intelektual, kemandirian. Abstract This research is motivated by the existence of children with intellectual disabilities who need special strategies to practice independence. This study aims to describe the implementation of the caregiver strategy in training the independence of persons with disabilities. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data was collected using unstructured interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the strategy used to train the independence of people with intellectual disabilities. There are four types of areas in the formation of independence. Namely, self-development, skills development, and environmental development are carried out with four strategies, namely demonstration strategies, habituation strategies, training strategies and strengthening strategies. Interactions that occur directly by caregivers in daily activities such as cleaning the bed, bathing, washing clothes, eating, cleaning the dining area, folding clothes, and dressing. As well as other skills such as batik, painting, singing, making bracelets, tote bags, and farming. This is done in accordance with the potential, abilities, talents and interests of each person with intellectual disability. So that they are able to be independent to help themselves and work according to their potential. Keywords: Strategy, people with intellectual disabilities, independence.

Abstract

Kasus Bullying di sekolah harus menjadi perhatian semua kalangan terutama Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang memiliki kapasitas di bidang keilmuannya. Dalam rentang tahun 2016-2020 KPAI telah menerima setidaknya 480 kasus yang Bullying disekolah. baru-baru ini juga kasus Bullying telah membuat siswa SD di Tasikmalaya meninggal Dunia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan konsep diri korban Bullying di sekolah melalui layanan konseling Individual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan melakukan wawancara konseling dengan SB sebagai salah satu korban bullying di SMK Negeri 1 Sigli dengan dampak yang berat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian, reduksi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa layanan konseling Individual memiliki pengaruh terhadap meningkatnya konsep diri SB sebagai korban Bullying. Pada awal pelaksanaan konseling SB masih menunjukkan sikap yang merasa rendah diri, tidak percaya diri dan menarik diri dari lingkungan. Pasca dilaksanakan konseling individual SB mulai membuka diri, memiliki semangat untuk berjuang dan mulai memiliki kepercayaan terhadap lingkungan sosialnya.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted with the aim of determining the implementation of counseling motivational interviewing techniques provided by counseling guidance teachers to students who have problems with self-actualization that are not appropriate in acting or behaving in accordance with the demands of school conditions, as well as students who actualize themselves do not show proper student requirements in the school environment. In addition, the purpose of this research is to provide an overview of counseling motivational interviewing techniques provided by counseling guidance teachers in helping and motivating students to change their self-actualization to better self-actualization. This research method uses a qualitative approach to produce descriptive through the method of collecting data on interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects in this study were counseling guidance teachers of MAN 4 Bantul Yogyakarta. For data analysis, this research goes through four processes, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that counseling through motivational interviewing techniques is an effective counseling technique approach used to strengthen students' self-actualization. After being given motivational interviewing counseling, students can feel the changes in themselves and students are able to actualize themselves for the better in accordance with the conditions of the MAN 4 Bantul Yogyakarta students. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi konseling teknik motivational interviewing yang diberikan oleh guru bimbingan konseling kepada siswa yang memiliki permasalahan aktualisasi diri yang kurang tepat dalam bertindak maupun berperilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan tuntutan kondisi sekolah, serta siswa yang mengaktualisasikan dirinya tidak menunjukkan semestinya keharusan siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu juga, tujuan penelitan ini untuk memberikan gambaran konseling teknik motivational interviewing yang diberikan guru bimbingan konseling dalam membantu dan memotivasi siswa agar dapat merubah aktualsisasi diri mereka kepada pengaktualisasian diri yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif guna menghasilkan secara deskriptif dengan melalui metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan konseling MAN 4 Bantul Yogyakarta. Untuk analisis data penelitian ini melalui empat proses yakni, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling melalui teknik motivational interviewing merupakan suatu pendekatan teknik konseling yang efektif digunakan untuk menguatkan aktualisasi diri siswa. Setelah diberikan konseling motivational interviewing siswa dapat merasakan perubahan pada dirinya dan siswa mampu mengaktualisasikan dirinya menjadi lebih baik yang sesuai dengan kondisi seharusnya siswa MAN 4 Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi hafalan Al Quran santriwati Tahfizul Qur’an An-Naajihaat kota Pangkalpinang, yang mencakup konsep pelaksanaan dan faktor penghambat bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi menghafal Al Qur’an. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konsep pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi hafalan Al Qur’an melalui tahapan memberikan dorongan emosional (emosional stimulation) dan fungsi eksekutif (excecuative function). Faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan motivasi menghafal Al Qur’an adalah belum adanya keiginan yang kuat dalam diri (pesimis), factor lingkungan (pemalas), dan factor latar belakang pendidikan yang bukan berbasis islami.
