Abstract

ABSTRAKSayuran merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki nilai komersial  tinggi serta memiliki potensi serapan pasar yang terus meningkat. Saat ini terdapat metode baru yaitu hidroponik dalam budidayaan sayuran. Hidroponik merupakan sistem budidaya yang menggunakan media air. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor sosial dan psikologis pada proses keputusan pembelian sayuran hidroponik. Pengambilan data menggunakan 150 responden yang diambil secara aksidental di 10 produsen hidroponik di Kota Pontianak. Data dianalisis menggunakan konjoin dengan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor sosial yang paling dominan pada proses keputusan pembelian adalah kelompok sosial  sedangkan dari faktor psikologis adalah keyakinan. Kata kunci: Sayuran, Hidroponik, Keputusan pembelian, Analisis konjoin, SPSS.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study the population of microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) on peat soil planted with maize with different water depths in Rasau Jaya Umum Village, Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency. This research was conducted in Rasau Jaya Umum Village, Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya District. Observations were made on land planted with corn plants. Furthermore, this research was conducted at the Soil Biology and Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University. This research takes place from March to August 2017, namely from land preparation to harvest. Soil samples used are disturbed soil samples, which are carried out according to the depth of the drainage water surface. Samples were taken when the plants were harvested and samples were taken around the roots of each row of plants. Variables observed were: number and type of bacteria, number and type of fungi, moisture content and soil porosity, C/N ratio of soil, soil pH value, soil temperature, maturity of peat, bulk density.The results showed that the type and number of bacteria and fungi in the study area on the land after planting were more than the number and type of bacteria on the location before planting. The moisture content and porosity of the soil at the location of the study showed that the higher the porosity of the soil, the lower the water content in the soil. The ratio of C / N ratios in all study locations has very high criteria. The research location with 30 cm drainage water depth has the highest C / N ratio at a sample depth of 30-60 cm. The pH value of the soil at the study site is very acidic. The type of soil belongs to the type of hemic peat. The highest soil temperature value at a location with a drainage water depth of 60 cm with a sample depth of 0-15 cm. Keywords: Bacteria, Corn, Fungi, Peat, Drainage

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi status hara dan rekomendasi pemupukan N (nitrogen), P (fosfor) dan K (kalium) pada sawah pasang surut untuk meningkatkan produksi padi di Desa Sepuk Tanjung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Sepuk Tanjung Kecamatan Sebawi Kabupaten Sambas. Kecamatan Sebawi memiliki luas 143,01km2. Luas lahan sawah yang akan diteliti ± 6 Ha. Hasil dari penelitian  ini menunjukan kan : pH pada lokasi A 3,28 sangat masam, B 3,36 sangat masam, C 3,29 sangat masam dan D 3,27 sangat masam dengan rata-rata 3,3 sangat masam, C-Organik pada lokasi A 2,99 sedang, B 2,96 sedang, C 3,57 tinggi dan D 6,27 sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 3,94 tinggi, N pada lokasi penelitian A 0,36, B 0,35, C 0,43 dan D 0,71 dengan rata-rata 0,46 sedang, Fosfor pada lokasi penelitian A 30,38 tinggi, B 25,61 sedang, C 23,36 sedangdan D 26,07 tinggi dengan rata-rata 26,35 tinggi, Kalium pada lokasi penelitian A 0,18 rendah, B 0,27 rendah, C 0,38 sedang dan D 0,40 sedang dengan rata-rata 0,30 sedang, Salinitas pada lokasi penelitian pada lokasi A 1,38 rendah, B 1,23 rendah, C 1,41 rendah dan D 1,20 rendah dengan rata-rata 1,30 rendah, kedalaman muka air tanah pada lokasi penelitian pada lokasi A 18,28 sangat dangkal B 24, 96 sangat dangkal, C 11,88 sangat dangkal dan D 7,38 sangat dangkal, hasil analisis Uji pirit pada lokasi A berbuih cepat dan berbau, B berbuih lambat, C berbuih cepat dan D berbuih lambat, Bobot isi pada lokasi A 0,89 rendah, B 0,94 sedang, C 0,89 rendah dan D 0,68 rendah.                       Kata kunci :padi, lahan sawah pasang surut, sifat kimia tanah.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the best media composition for the growth of palm oil seedlings in the pre nursery stage. This research was conducted  at the Tanjungpura University Faculty of Agriculture Research House. This research started on August 18, 2018 until November 13, 2018. The method in this  research was a completely randomized design consisting of 4 treatments of organic material : A (Soil + Duck Manure 50%: 50%), B (Soil + Cow Manure 50%: 50%), C (Soil + poultry Manure 50%: 50%), D (Soil + Goat Manure 50%: 50%), for each portion were repeated 6 times and 4 samples of plants. The variables observed in this research was heigh of plant, diameter of hump, volume of root, dry weight of shoot, and dry weight of root. Back on the finding of the experiment it could be deduced that palm oil plants at the pre nursery stage with various types of media composition were effect of variable of height of plant but there is no significant effect to the diameter of hump volume of root, dry weight of canopy, and dry weight of root.

Abstract

 Social benefits are a reference in measuring the state of social relations as a result of independent oil palm plantations measured through sustainable aspects of business improvement and environmental management and monitoring raises the pros and cons of independent smallholders. These problems trigger the need for education of independent smallholders to have the knowledge and responsibility for the continuity of social benefits. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of sustainable business improvement as well as the management and monitoring of independent smallholder oil palm farmers' environment on social benefits. The respondents were selected purposively. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel software research results showed that environmental management and monitoring had a positive effect on social benefits, with the most affected indicators being fire prevention and prevention, followed by report notes, implementation reports, environmental permits, documentation of rare animals & plants , the existence of rare animals & plants. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sea mud and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of melon plants and to find out the interaction between sea mud and NPK fertilizers against growth and melon yield in peat soil. The research was carried out from January to May 2018, in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University. The method used is a Complete Accurate Design (CRD) of two factors consisting of sea mud (l) with 4 levels namely l0 = 0 kg / plant, l1 = 0.6 kg / plant, l2 = 1.2 kg / plant, l3 = 1.8 kg / plant and NPK fertilizer factor (p) with 3 levels, namely p0 = 16.5 g / plant, p1 = 22.5 g / plant, p2 28.5 g / plant. Observation variables include, number of leaves, amount of chlorophyll, number of flowers, weight of dried plants, fruit diameter and weight. The results showed that the application of 1.2 kg of sea mud/plant was the best for growth and yield of melons in peatlands and NPK fertilizers of 22.5 g / plant was the best dose for dried plants variable, and there was an interaction between of sea mud and NPK fertilizer on variable amounts of chlorophyll and dry weight of melon plants in peat soil. Keywords: melons, NPK, peat, sea mud

Abstract

The research aimed were to obstain the best dose of interaction between lime and guano on the growth and yield of  okra grown on peat soil. The research was carried out at the research garden of the Faculty Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, starting from October until December 2018. The experimental was in factorial design of experiment was on completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors namely lime (a) and guano (b). Lime consist of 3 treatment levels,  namely a1 (49 g lime/polybag), a2 (66 g lime/polybag) and a3 (83 g lime/polybag), and guano consist of 3 levels of treatment namely, b1 (45 g guano/polybag), b2 (90 g guano/polybag) dan b3 (135 g guano/polybag), there are 9 treatment combinations with 3 replications and each replication consists of 4 sample plants. The combination of treatments were to is a1b1, a1b2, a1b3, a2b1, a2b2, a2b3, a3b1, a3b2, and a3b3. The variables observed in this study were plant height (cm), root volume (cm3), plant dry weight (g), fruit numbers per plant (fruit), fruit weight per plant (g)  and average weight per fruit (g). The results showed that there were no interaction doses between lime and guano was found, but the effective doses were able to increase the growth and yield of okra namely 66 g lime/polybag and 90 g guano/polybag.Keyword : guano, lime, okra, peat soil

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk, mobilitas, dan didukung pertumbuhan industri pangan menyebabkan sebagian masyarakat lebih memilih produk pangan praktis, termasuk produk daging olahan daripada bentuk segarnya. Akan tetapi, mayoritas konsumen tidak menyadari adanya bahaya yang terkandung pada produk daging olahan yang mereka konsumsi karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi produk, seperti label halal dan komposisi, termasuk jenis dan takaran zat tambahan yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh keyakinan, suasana hati, dan pengalaman terhadap pemilihan olahan daging yang mengandung zat aditif kepada 150 responden secara purposive sampling dengan model Structural Ecuation Model ( SEM ) menggunakan LISREL 8.8. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan (agama, kebiasaan, dan opini) dan pengalaman (food neophobia) berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi produk daging olahan, kecuali suasana hati. Oleh karena itu,sebaiknya konsumen lebih memperhatikan informasi produk seperti kehalalan dan komposisi bahan yang digunakan agar dapat mengawasi dan mengontrol pemberiannya di rumah.

Abstract

  This study aims were to determine the effect of the best dose of Mucuna sp for the growth and yield of Chinese cabbage on alluvial soil. This research was conducted from April 2018 to May 2018 at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatments with 4 replications and each replication consisted of 4 samples. The treatment were of: 800g / polybag Bocation Mucuna sp; 1,200g / polybag Bocation ;Mucuna Sp, 1,600g / polybag Bocation Mucuna sp;2000g / polybag Bocation Mucuna sp, 2,400g / polybag . Bocation Mucuna sp, 2,800g / polybag Bocation Mucuna Sp. Variables observed in this study were the number of leaves (strands), greenish leaf content (spad unit), leaf area (cm2), root volume (cm3), fresh weight (g), and dry weight (g). The results indieated  that opplication statically, there were no significant  of Mucunasp  various dose used  did not increase the growth and yield of Chinese cabbage statically, there were no significant difference a mong treatment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of plants spacing and waiting for rice varieties on the growth and yield of rice plants using the SRI method and their interactions. The study was carried out in Kalimas Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, Kubu Raya District, on tidal land. This study was conducted the month of May 2018 to August 2018, using a divided plot design consisting of plant spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm, 30 cm x 30 cm, and 40 cm x 40 cm as sub plots and superior rice varieties Situbagendit and Inpari 32 as a main plot. Each treatment was repeated 4 times, with 5 sample plants per map. The observation variables in this study were plant height, maximum number of tillers, number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, percentage of filled grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains of grain, weight of grain per clump and weight of grain per plot.               The results showed that the treatment of spacing significantly affected the variable number of productive tillers and weight of grain per clump. The results of the analysis of the diversity of superior rice varieties had a significant effect on panicle length and the percentage of grain content and the interaction of the two treatments had no significant effect. Effective spacing is found at a spacing of 40 cm x 40 cm, and the best superior rice varieties are found in the Situbagendit variety. Keywords: Inpari 32 varieties, plants spacing, rice, Situbagendit varieties, SRI method
