Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop strategies that can be applied in the development of local food diversification in West Kalimantan. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Variables examined included internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) in the development of local food diversification in West Kalimantan. Data analysis were conducted in qualitative descriptive to describe the pattern of food consumption in West Kalimantan and continued with a SWOT analysis to carry out the development strategy of the local food diversification in West Kalimantan. The analysis result showed that the strategy for the development of local food diversification in West Kalimantan is SO strategy (Strengths - Opportunities) those are: 1) the increase in synergy between the government and the micro, small and medium enterprises for the development of local food products, 2) the utilization of communications and market information system in improving the marketing of local food products on micro, small and medium enterprises, and 3) the utilization of unutilized agricultural land to improve the quality and quantity of local food products.

Abstract

The analysis showed that the strategy for the development of local food diversification in West Kalimantan is SO strategy (Strengths - Opportunities), namely: 1) increase the synergy between the government and the micro, small and medium enterprises for the development of food products locally, 2) the use of communications and systems market information in improving the marketing of local food products on micro, small and medium enterprises, and 3) utilization of unutilized agricultural land to improve the quality and quantity of local food products.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun strategi yang bisa diterapkan dalam upaya pengembangan diversifikasi pangan lokal di Kalimantan Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) serta faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dalam pengembangan diversifikasi pangan lokal di Kalimantan Barat. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan pola konsumsi pangan masyarakat Kalimantan Barat dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis SWOT untuk melakukan penyusunan strategi pengembangan diversifikasi pangan lokal di Kalimantan Barat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang bisa diterapkan untuk pengembangan diversifikasi pangan lokal di Kalimantan Barat yaitu strategi SO (Strengths Opportunities), yaitu peningkatan sinergi antara pemerintah dengan pelaku sektor UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) untuk pengembangan produk pangan lokal, pemanfaatan komunikasi dan sistem informasi pasar dalam meningkatkan pemasaran hasil produk pangan lokal sektor UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah), serta pemanfaatan lahan pertanian yang belum termanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk pangan lokal.

Abstract

Development of agriculture mechanization in Sambas Regency is needed in order to support the increased of rice production. Technically, agricultural mechanization is expected to increase the productivity of the land and, economically, it is expected to increase farmers' income. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of tractor usage on income and availability of labor in rice farming. This research was conducted in Sambas Regency, using survey method. The results showed that the use of tractors for soil processing significantly increased the productivity and income of rice farming. The use of tractors on soil treatment has increased productivity by 667 kg/ha. The use of tractors on land treatment also increased revenues by Rp.2.843.400,-/ha, although raising the cost. In-house labor and farming families are available for soil cultivation, but farmers generally prefer to use the tractors for soil treatment. The use of tractors has reduced the use of labor, thus accelerating land preparation and planting activities. Farmers who do not use tractors because of environmental factors farming, namely the unavailability of irrigation.

Abstract

Sumber daya alam suatu desa yang sudah mulai kritis / habis dapat menurunkan pendapatan masyarakatnya. Penurunan pendapatan akan berdampak buruk pada kondisi sosial ekonomi desa. Sehingga kerjasama antara desa dengan perusahaan yang dijembatani oleh pemerintah melalui program plasma untuk kelapa sawit diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan desa tersebut. Adapun kesejahteraan pada hakekatnya terdiri dari dua dimensi yaitu kesejahteraan secara ekonomi dan secara sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga petani kebun plasma kelapa sawit PT. Prakarsa Tani Sejati di Desa Muara Jekak Kecamatan Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil secara acak sederhana. Untuk menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan digunakan pentahapan kesejahteraan BKKBN dan kriteria kemiskinan setara beras (Sayogyo). Adapun hubungan antar variabel diuji dengan koefisiensi kontingensi. Hasil analisis tingkat kesejahteraan dari 38 petani sampel berdasarkan tahap kesejahteraan BKKBN yaitu Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap I sebanyak 15 petani, Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap II sebanyak 1 petani, Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap III sebanyak 16 petani, Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap III+ sebanyak 6 petani. Pengukuran dengan status kemiskinan setara beras yaitu 5 petani termasuk dalam kelompok cukup dan 33 petani termasuk dalam kelompok kaya. Tahap kesejahteraan keluarga BKKBN memiliki hubungan dengan umur petani, pendidikan petani, pengalaman bertani, umur keluarga, kriteria setara beras dan ukuran keluarga petani.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap buah jeruk siam Pontianak (Citrus microcarpa) berdasarkan atribut rasa buah, ukuran buah dan warna kulit buah. Responden diambil pada 10 (sepuluh) lokasi pemasaran buah jeruk siam Pontianak (Citrus microcarpa) di Kecamatan Ngabang Kabupaten Landak dengan jumlah sebanyak 75 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang menjadi preferensi konsumen terhadap buah jeruk siam Pontianak (Citrus microcarpa) adalah buah dengan rasa yang manis sedikit asam, berukuran grade B dan berwarna kulit kuning kehijauan. Nilai tingkat kepentingan relatif preferensi konsumen terhadap buah jeruk siam Pontianak secara berturut-turut adalah atribut rasa buah, warna kulit buah dan ukuran buah.   Kata Kunci: Jeruk siam Pontianak, Analisis Konjoin, Preferensi Konsumen, Atribut Produk   ANALYSIS OF CONSUMER PREFERENCE FOR CITRUS FRUIT “SIAM PONTIANAK” (Citrus microcarpa) By Dwi Januarti1, Eva Dolorosa1, Imelda1 1)Agribussiness Department of Agriculture Faculty,University of Tanjungpura     The main aim of this study was to investigate consumer preferences for extrinsic attributes of citrus fruit siam Pontianak (Citrus microcarpa), based on attributes of the flavours, size and color of citrus peel. A sample of 75 consumers of citrus fruit “Siam Pontianak” was recruited in Ngabang Sub District Landak Regency. Conjoint analysis were applied to analyse data. Results show that the most preferred products for the consumer sample as a whole were a citrus fruit with a sweet taste slightly sour, grade B sized and peel colored of greenish yellow, while  the relative importance of each attribute were the fruit flavours, color of citrus peel and size of the fruit. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finasial tambak ikan kerapu sunu di Kecamatan Bunguran Barat Kabupaten Natuna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani ikan yang menjadi pengusaha budidaya ikan kerapu di Kabupaten Kecamatan Bunguran Barat Natuna dengan jumlah 30 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuisioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Ikan Kerapu Kecamatan Bunguran Kabupaten Natuna menunjukan nilai rata-rata NPV usaha perikanan ikan kerapu sebesar Rp.16.462.976.32 bernilai positif, sehingga membuktikan bahwa usaha penangkapan ikan ini layak diteruskan. Rata-rata nilai IRR usaha ikan kerapu sebesar 38% nilai tersebut lebih besar dari discount factor 12 % sehingga usaha perikanan ini layak untuk diteruskan. Nilai B/C ratio rata-rata pada usaha ikan kerapu sebesar 2,20, nilai tersebut lebih besar dari satu sehingga usaha keramba kerapu layak diusahakan Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan usaha ikan kerapu di Kecamatan Bunguran Barat layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBroiler chicken meat is the most popular meat of the Pontianak community and can be found in traditional markets and modern markets. The way these two type of markets are in maintaining customers is by knowing the level of customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers will certainly make a repeat purchase and can become a regular customer. The Purpose of this study was to determine the suitability between the level of importance of service attributes by consumers and the level of performance provided by retailers/seller (Flamboyan Market and Freshmart Supermarket), so that it can be known the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the seller and provide recommendations for alternative improvements. The method used are CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method which are processed using Microsoft Excel software and SPSS Statistic Ver.22.. Questionnaires were distributed were 96 questionnaires, which were given to 48 Flamboyan market respondens and 48 Freshmart Supermarket respondents. The result of CSI method shows a level of customer satisfaction of 74,42% or categorized “satisfied” for the Flamboyan market, and 81,27% or categorized “very satisfied” for the Freshmart Supermarket. The result of IPA method shows that some attributes in both places are in various quadrants that require various treatments, such as : need to be increased, reduced, or maintained.Keywords : Broiler Chicken Meat, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), Customer Satisfaction,  IPA (Importance Performance Analysis).

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the financial feasibility level of oil palm farming in Mukok District, Sanggau District. The location of the research was chosen purposely in Semanggis Raya Village, Mukok Sub-district, Sanggau District which is palm oil production center and which is characterized by the high number of production and farmer that are making efforts to palm oil compared with other villages existing in Mukok Sub-district.The number of samples from 40 oil palm farmer. The analysis used is NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate Of Return), B / C Ratio, PP (Payback Period), Sensitivity. The results of the study NPV as much as Rp 82.184.124,62, Net B/C Ratio as much 4,35 and IRR as much 29% and PP for 6 years 4 months. Sensitivity analysis shows is there is an increase of operational cost (fertilizer price) equal to 2,47% and if there is a decrease of benefit equal to 0,51% of oil palm farming in Semanggis Raya village of Mukok distric of Sanggau regency is feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

Ecotourism is nature-based tourism that is related to education and understanding of the natural environment and managed with sustainable principles. Ecotourism visitors also need satisfaction when visiting an ecotourism, ecotourism managers must be able to understand the needs of visitors and try to fulfill them so that visitors can achieve satisfaction and will have a positive impact on increasing the number of visitors. The research objective is to measure the level of visitors satisfaction on Mempawah Mangrove Park ecotourism. The research was conducted in the Mempawah Mangrove Park area, Pasir Village, Mempawah Hilir Subdistrict, Mempawah District. The sampling method was used accidental sampling with a sample of 96 respondents. The analytical method used to is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The CSI results are of 74,89 % means that visitors are satisfied with the performance of Mempawah Mangrove Park
