Abstract

ABSTRAKAdapun tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah Untuk mengetahui cara penerapan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IX-D SMP Negeri 1 Stabat dan Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil berlajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui penerapan Proses Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (Class Action Research). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa  kelas IX-D  SMP Negeri 1 Stabat dengan jumlah siswa  34 orang dengan rincian 19 laki-lakidan 15 Perempuan. Data yang diperoleh selama proses penelitian meliputi data aktivitas guru mengajar, data aktivitas siswa  belajar, data hasil Belajar siswa. Data tersebut setelah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui aspek keberhasilan dan aspek kelemahan hasil yang sebenarnya berdasarkan indikator kinerja yang hendak dicapai. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Berbasis Multimedia, IPA

Abstract

In Selakau and Pemangkat, Sambas district, has the largest shrimp carts, particularly as Togok season, February to May. Everyday, each group of fishermen caught the shrimp for 50 kg to 1 tons. However, they faced some obstacles. In the rainy season, the catch was quickly decompose due to the absence of cool storage so that the shrimp are processed into solid pasta and pack it in a piece of newspaper, leaves or ordinary plastic. As the result, the durability and the quality of products are limited and had poor quality. Thus, the stakeholders, especially the local government be worried about the miss an opportunity to get added value in shrimp processed into a solid paste which could be taken by stakeholders of other regions through the innovation of a package which made the products more attractive with specific brands. This IbM tried to improve the self-sufficient and capable of group of fisherman and their women in solid paste of shrimp processing into powder which had the longer durability to get more added value. IbM was designed with training and practice. The results shown that solid paste of shrimp was processed into powder; polypropylene plastic packaging was used to get safety, durable, and hygienic products; the product had a label with an attractive design; certificate of training; PIRT license; some tool aids, i.e. The cool storage, impulse sealer power pack, vacuum sealer, digital scales, drying oven, hand plastic sealer, sieving, the lighters, seals, labels, cutting board, apron, etc.

Abstract

This Research Target is know and analyse the Policy Implementation of[is Solving of dispute Land Ground in Palu Town of this Research Type is research qualitative with the informan selected by the four of people. Data collecting use the technique interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data used by that is  (1) Editing (2) Subdividing (3) Interpretation Mean (4) Withdrawal of Conclusion and Suggestion. Result of Research (1) policy Implementation of solving of land;ground dispute in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from factor of standard and policy target not yet walked better, seen from time duration still in solving of dispute, so that society feel saturated in managing dispute and visit upon the office of Land;Ground of Palu Town. (2) policy Implementation is solving of land;ground dispute in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from Resource factor not yet walked better this matter is seen from there no fund prepared to the solving of dispute and also medium also not yet adequate. Like there no counter of denunciating of land;ground dispute. (3) policy Implementation is solving of land;ground dispute in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from factor comunicatioan, characteristic, political and economic social condition and also disposition factor not yet walked better, this matter is seen by that tren of dispute denunciating every year tend to increase later;then facility which disedikan not yet adequate  and also supported by result of interview with the informan conducted by a field telling not yet walked better

Abstract

ABSTRACT           Economic benefits as a reference in measuring the physical level of independent smallholders as a result of palm oil farmer’s. independent farm that are measured through the organizational aspects of planters and farm management and sustainable business enhancements lead to pros and cons of the situation in the field. These problems lead to the need to conduct research on independent farm in order to have knowledge and responsibility for economic sustainability. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of planters' organizations and farm management and the sustainable improvement of business to economic benefits, in 150 respondents who were selected purposively. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that the organizational factors of planters and garden management had no effect. However, the attributes of sustainable business improvement are the most important factors in economic benefits followed by post-harvest increases. Keywords: Economic benefits, Farmer’s organizations, Management, Sustainable improvement, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Abstract

Consumption transition of society move out on food pattern which inclined fat contains and high calorie as like fast food. More factor was influence consumer on fast food consumption behavior, that is psychological factor and quality dimensions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of psychological factors (learning, information processing, change of attitude and anxiety) and quality dimensions (price, flavor, packaging, service and brand) on fast food comsumption behaviour on 150 respondent by purposive sampling with descriptive method used analysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that pshycological factors do not affect on consumtion behavior. However, quality dimensions attribute is the primary factor on fast food consumtion behavior than followed by price, flavor, packaging, service and brand. The highest influence in service was consumer loyality. Thus, producer have to create some queue line so that making short time, and arrange room weather which more privacy without have to less room arrangement was avaible.

Abstract

Kontribusi Pangan Rekayasa Genetik (PRG) sebagai sumber daya tinggi untuk mengatasi masalah kekurangan pangan masih menimbulkan pro dan kontra terhadap risiko yang ditimbulkan. Permasalahan tersebut memicu untuk perlu dilakukannya edukasi terhadap masyarakat sebagai konsumen agar dapat memiliki pengetahuan yang jelas dan benar terhadap produk dari hasil rekayasa genetika. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh nilai individu dan mutu produk terhadap produk PRG, pada 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Lisrel versi 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu produk berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumen, dengan indikator paling dipengaruhi adalah daya tahan produk, diikuti dengan ketersediaan produk, kemasan, kemudahan penggunaan, kandungan gizi, dan proses produksi. Hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan produsen untuk lebih memperhatikan mutu produk PRG melalui ketahanan dan daya simpan yang cukup lama, jaminan keamanan bahan baku, jaminan kandungan gizi, jaminan perizinan produk, serta eksklusifitas kenyamanan dan ketertarikan yang dapat membentuk loyalitas konsumen. Jika penggunaan bahan baku PRG yang melebihi ambang batas di atas 5%, maka produsen wajib mencantumkan keterangan pada label kemasan.Kata Kunci: mutu produk, nilai individu, perilaku konsumen, PRG, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Abstract

ABSTRACTEnvironmental benefits as a reference in measuring the physical condition and quality of environment as a result of palm oil farmer’s measured through legality and management environment monitoring. Palm oil plantations are claimed to be one of the causes of environmental degradation. These problems trigger the need to research on palm oil farmer’s to find out the conditions in the field related to the influence of self-help palm oil farmer’s on the environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of legality and management environment monitoring of palm oil farmer’s on environmental benefits, in 150 respondents selected purposively. Data analysis using by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of the research prove that the management environment monitoring of the plantation environment has a positive effect on environmental benefits, with the most affected indicators being fire prevention and control. This can increase independent palm oil farmer’s to maintain the sustainability of environmental benefits. Keywords: Environment Benefits, Legality, Management Environmental Monitoring, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Abstract

Pesatnya arus globalisasi membawa pengaruh budaya luar, ditandai dengan lifestyle, fashion, kulturisasi budaya sampai makanan cepat saji. Makanan cepat saji menjadi semakin populer dan lebih diminati oleh masyarakat perkotaan dikarenakan mobilitas masyarakat yang semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor psikologis dan nilai terhadap pemilihan makanan cepat saji di Kota Pontianak. Metode survei dengan sampel 150 responden secara purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan estimasi maximum likelihood (MLE) dengan software LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian menujukkan faktor nilai berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan makanan sedangkan faktor psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan makanan. Keluarga mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi. Pemasar dapat menerapkan strategi 4P yang dikhususkan untuk keluarga. Seperti promosi paket makan keluarga dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau.Kata Kunci : Faktor Psikologis, Makanan Cepat Saji, Nilai, Pemilihan Makanan, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor eksternal (budaya dan sosial), internal (pribadi dan psikologis) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kopi indocafe di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei digunakan terhadap 150 responden secara purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan merupakan warga Kota Pontianak yang pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi produk, memiliki pendidikan yang cukup, memiliki pekerjaan dan penghasilan serta berusia 17 tahun keatas. Cara memperoleh data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan soffware LISREL 8.80 serta confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing nilai faktor muatan pada variabel teramati sudah mencerminkan variabel latennya, budaya dan psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sosial dan pribadi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Kopi Indocafe, Faktor Internal dan Eksternal, Keputusan Pembelian, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk, mobilitas, dan didukung pertumbuhan industri pangan menyebabkan sebagian masyarakat lebih memilih produk pangan praktis, termasuk produk daging olahan daripada bentuk segarnya. Akan tetapi, mayoritas konsumen tidak menyadari adanya bahaya yang terkandung pada produk daging olahan yang mereka konsumsi karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi produk, seperti label halal dan komposisi, termasuk jenis dan takaran zat tambahan yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh keyakinan, suasana hati, dan pengalaman terhadap pemilihan olahan daging yang mengandung zat aditif kepada 150 responden secara purposive sampling dengan model Structural Ecuation Model ( SEM ) menggunakan LISREL 8.8. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan (agama, kebiasaan, dan opini) dan pengalaman (food neophobia) berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi produk daging olahan, kecuali suasana hati. Oleh karena itu,sebaiknya konsumen lebih memperhatikan informasi produk seperti kehalalan dan komposisi bahan yang digunakan agar dapat mengawasi dan mengontrol pemberiannya di rumah.
