Abstract

The formulation of problem in this research is there is influence leadership on employees performance. There is influence job characteristic on employees performance. There is controlling on employees performance. There is influence of leadership, job characteristic and controlling on employees performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of leadership on employees performance. For know influence and analize job characteristic on employees performance. For know influence and analize controlling on employees performance. For know influence and analize leadership, job characteristic and controlling on employees performance. The sample in this research is 31 employees, with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research result leadership influence positive and significant on employees performance. Job characteristic influence positive and significant to employees performance. Controlling influence positive and significant to employees performance. Leadership, job characteristic and controlling influence positive and significant to employees performance.

Abstract

Problem of this study how influence of job motivation on performance. How influence of leadership on performance. How influence ofwork attitude on performance. How influence job motivation, leadership and work attitude on performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of job motivation on performance. Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work placement, leadership style and career development simultaneously have a negative effect on employee burnout at Station Ninja Xpress Sibolga. This study aims to determine the effect of work placement, leadership style and career development on employee burnout at Station Ninja Xpress Sibolga. The sample in this study were employees at Station Ninja Xpress Sibolga, totaling 42 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate; Work placement partially has a negative effect on employee burnout; Leadership style partially has a negative effect on employee burnout; Career development partially has a negative effect on employee burnout; Work placement, leadership style and career development simultaneously have no positive and significant effect on employee burnout

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of education and training as well as career development simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Administrative Center of the Islamic University of North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the effect of education, training as well as career development simultaneously on the performance of the administrative center employees of the Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sample in this study were all 61 employees of the Administrative Center of the Islamic University of North Sumatra. The data analysis technique in this study was Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that education partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Partial training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Career development partially positive and significant effect on employee performance; Education, training and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How do training, compensation and emotional intelligence affect teacher performance. This study aims to determine how much influence training, compensation and emotional intelligence have on teacher performance. Sampling in this study using the Total Sampling technique, the sample in this study amounted to 33 people. The results of this study are; Partial training has a positive effect on teacher performance; Compensation partially has a positive effect on teacher performance; Emotional intelligence partially has a positive effect on teacher performance; Training, compensation and emotional intelligence have a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether discipline, HR competence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, HR competence and job characteristics on the work productivity employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. The sample in this study were all employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency, amounting to 56 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the supervision, work environment and The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the influence of managerial leadership, personnel information systems and organizational climate on lecturers' work productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial leadership, information systems personnel and organizational climate on the productivity of professors. With the total sampling technique samples in this study as many as 56 people. Managerial leadership partially has a positive effect on lecturers' work productivity; The information system partially has a positive effect on lecturers' work productivity; Organizational climate partially has a positive effect on lecturers' work productivity; Managerial leadership, information systems and organizational climate have a positive and positive effect on lecturers' work productivity.
