Abstract

Jhon Motor is a workshop engaged in the sale of spare parts and also service. So far, the service system at Jhon Motor is still done manually, by means of consumers coming directly to the service area or calling Customer Service to set a booking service schedule. However, the problem that often occurs is when the service schedule is full or full, consumers who come directly cannot do service on the same day because they have to reschedule for service. In addition, there are some consumers who cannot contact Customer Service, because of the many incoming calls to make a booking service. The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor is made using the PHP and Java programming languages, with a MySQL database. The software used for making the application is Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2019, Android Studio, and XAMPP. The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor is a medium or container that can be used to assist the booking service process at Jhon Motor, which is still done conventionally. The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor has 2 interfaces, namely web-based (accessed by the Jhon Motor administrator) and Android-based (accessed by consumers who want to book service). The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor also has 1 (one) database server, so that whatever is processed in a web-based application, the information on the Android application automatically changes. Based on the results of tests carried out both offline and online, web-based applications can process data properly and smoothly, and Android-based applications successfully display service fee information and can make booking services.

Abstract

Multimedia is one of the existing information technology products. Multimedia has the power to attract interest in which multimedia combines various media sources such as text, images, sound, animation, and video and so on. Multimedia can be used in the fields of marketing, industry, commerce, entertainment, and education. Therefore, the writer will make an animated video as a promotion for the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu using the Adobe After Effects CS6 application and assisted by the Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6 applications. With the creation of promotional media for the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Dehasen Bengkulu in the form of animated videos, it is intended that it can help or be an alternative to promote the departments are in the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Dehasen Bengkulu to the public.

Abstract

Winni Farma pharmacy is one of the pharmacies whose drug inventory data processing still uses the conventional system, where inventory management activities are still carried out manually which are recapitulated every month. The process of recording transaction data reports on the sale of incoming goods, outgoing goods and orders that are still using Microsoft Excel. By using Microsoft Excel, many obstacles are found that cause the work process to be ineffective and efficient. To overcome this problem, a drug inventory system program was created at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. With the aim that the management of drug inventory management is more accurate, orderly and easier to search for drug stock data, while indirectly increasing work performance and effectiveness at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. The research method that the researcher uses in making this application is from a manual or conventional system to a system development (electronic system) using the waterfall model. The waterfall system development method is a sequence of activities or activities carried out in system development starting from problem determination, actual system analysis, new system analysis, design, system implementation and testing. The software used in making this application is using Visual Basic.Net application. and supported by a Microsoft Access database with the results obtained in accordance with expectations and the use of the program has been implemented.

Abstract

SMP PGRI Bengkulu City is one of the schools in Bengkulu Province. In the process of managing academic data, most of them are still done manually and have also used office application packages in managing data, namely Microsoft Excel. The problem that often occurs is the absence of an integrated system that is able to manage academic data as a whole, so that data management takes a long time. The Academic Administration Information System for Junior High School (SMP) PGRI Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The features contained in the Academic Information System are operator data processing, student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, student grade data, teacher data recap, student data recap, subject data recap per class, grade recap per subject. In this academic information system, there are 3 access rights, namely Operator, Teacher, and Student, each of which has different features. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Academic Information System at the PGRI Bengkulu City Junior High School (SMP) has been running as it should.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this research are: 1). Creating a Decision Support System (SPK) in receiving scholarships using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method 2). The SPK made to determine scholarship recipients is in the form of providing assistance free of committee fees. The research method used in this research is from a conventional system to a computer system in the form of an Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The software used in making a Decision Support System (DSS) in receiving scholarships uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method using the PHP programming language and mySQL database. The criteria in the scholarship recipient data through the Analytical Hierarchy Process method consist of report cards, academic scores and non-academic scores. The results of the Decision Support System are in the form of ranking students (students) based on the calculation of criteria and student alternatives that are calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method.

Abstract

In communication technology, voice communication is something that will be a very important part, because currently voice communication is considered the most practical communication. Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital is one of the Government Hospitals engaged in the health sector in Bengkulu Province. So far in communicating, Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital is still simple and communication media is still limited. Communication media between officers still uses HT and HP, because only a few rooms use telephones. The purpose of this research is to build a VoIP network at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital so that it can facilitate communication at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital. VoIP implementation at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital is made using Mikrotik RB951 and Trixbox which is placed on a computer that will be used as a server. The Zoiper application is installed on each computer in each treatment room and other agencies. The functionality of this VoIP network makes it easier and can help the Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital in communicating. This system has been tested and the results are satisfactory as desired, although there are still obstacles in the practice of using it

Abstract

Chickens are the most widely bred livestock because of the many benefits and advantages. As with other livestock, chickens have various types of diseases. For some breeders who want to raise chickens, especially ordinary people, they are faced with several problems, one of which is disease. To diagnose the disease, the symptoms that appear on the chicken's body are needed. Seriousness and fast action are needed before it's too late and suffers losses. Therefore, the purpose of this program is to assist farmers in obtaining some information about chickens. The sooner chicken disease is detected, the sooner they can prevent it. An expert system for diagnosing chicken diseases using the Case Base Reasoning method at the Bengkulu City Office of Animal Husbandry and Health was built using the PHP programming language and MySQLi database. The application is divided into two parts, namely the general user page and the administrator or operator special admin page. The results show that the diagnosis results from the selected symptoms, the application also displays the possibility of other diseases detected based on these symptoms. In addition, there are also details of the disease, along with suggestions that must be done by farmers to the sick chickens. In addition to diagnosing diseases, this expert system application can also provide information about chicken diseases and how to handle them, as well as in all disease and symptom relationships between data from sources and the application is appropriate.

Abstract

This study aims to create an expert system application to diagnose periodontal disease in humans using the Certainty Factor Method. Periodontal is a dental disease that causes tooth loss due to inflammation from bacteria that results in progressive damage to the supporting tissues of the teeth. The problem that often occurs is the lack of knowledge and limited sources of information causing low public awareness of efforts to prevent and even treat dental and oral diseases. The MySQL database can accommodate patient information and data who consult with an expert system that can provide convenience for patients to consult about periodontal disease. From the results of the system program on the users, it was found that the average results of respondents' answers which reached 53% answered strongly agree, 26% answered agree, 14% answered less agree and only 7% of respondents answered disagreed. So from the results of data processing, it can be concluded that this system is feasible to use. Because more than half of the respondents agree that this system is suitable to use.

Abstract

This study aims to diagnose disease in lovebirds using the Certainty Factor Algorithm. Lovebird is a type of bird that is much favored by the public. Lovebird is known as a race bird that has a unique song. However, the lack of knowledge of treatment for lovebirds if they are sick. Therefore, an expert system was designed to diagnose lovebird disease with the Certainty Factor method. This expert system is expected to be used by bird lovers. Love Bird. This expert system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult about lovebird diseases online. The research method used by the author is the waterfall method. The application of the Certainty Factor method in this Lovebird expert system can be used in determining Lovebird disease. So that this expert system can be used as a tool in diagnosing disease in Lovebird. The MySQL database can accommodate information and data from users who consult with this expert system. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the expert system for diagnosing Lovebird disease can provide convenience for users to consult about Lovebird disease.

Abstract

School is an academic institution with the main task of providing education and developing science, technology, and art. The purpose of education is not only to develop knowledge, but also to form personality, independence, social skills, and good character. Therefore, various programs are designed and implemented to realize these educational goals, especially in the context of character building by making a school code of conduct, but it is possible for students to often violate the rules of school discipline, so a decision maker application is needed. to determine students who commit violations and will be given guidance by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The application used was Visual Studio 2010 programming language and the research method used in this study is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is able to analyze the needs that are needed to find out the weaknesses of the old system, then make a design from the design and proceed with making a new system design. The result of the research is a decision support system based on the calculation data of SAW method, 30 students who commit violations will produce 3 students who get the highest violation scores so that coaching will be carried out.
