Monetary policy is a crucial tool used by central banks to control key economic variables such as interest rates and economic stability. This study aims to explore the impact of monetary policy on interest rates and economic stability across various countries. Utilizing data from multiple periods and applying econometric analysis methods, this research finds that changes in monetary policy significantly affect interest rates and, in turn, impact economic stability. The results indicate that tight monetary policy, characterized by increased interest rates, tends to reduce inflation but may slow down economic growth in the short term. Conversely, loose monetary policy, with lower interest rates, can stimulate economic growth but risks increasing inflation. This study also highlights the importance of clear and credible communication from central banks to minimize uncertainty in financial markets and support economic stability. In conclusion, monetary policy plays a significant role in determining interest rates and maintaining economic stability. Central banks need to consider broader economic conditions and adopt a flexible and responsive approach to changes in both domestic and global economies.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh penempatan kerja, pelatihan, loyalitas dan reward Motivasi pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP 3 Medan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu Pegawai tetap PT. PLN (Persero) UP 3 Medan sebanyak 135 orang dengan metode sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil 101 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penempatn kerja, loyalitas pelatihan, loyalitas dan reward secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Medan.

This research aims to find out how much influence the exterior design and taste have on purchasing decisions at Cafe Kokoro. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is Cafe Kokoro. The technique for determining the number of samples used in this study uses the Slovin formula and amounts to 150 respondents. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through library research and field research which is carried out systematically based on the research objectives. The analysis method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2). The results of the t test show that the Exterior Design variable 16.076> t table 1.655 and the Taste variable has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Cafe Kokoro where t count 2.644> t table 1.655. The results of the F test show that Fcount 156.293 > Ftable 2.34, which means that the independent variables, namely Exterior Design and Taste, simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely the Purchase Decision at Cafe Kokoro. The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) show that 68% of the Purchase Decision variable at Cafe Kokoro is influenced by the Exterior Design and Taste variables, while the remaining 32% is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model such as Excellent Service, Service Quality and Price which are not discussed in this study

This study aims to determine the effect of capital intensity and inventory intensity on tax avoidance in automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research method uses quantitative data types and data sources are secondary data sources. The unit of analysis and observation in this study is the automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with a population of 13 companies. From the population, selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 9 companies for 5 periods, namely the period 2018 - 2022, totaling 45 samples. The results of the study partially show that capital intensity has a tcount value 0.05, namely with a value of 0.180> 0.05, inventory intensity has a tcount value> ttable with a value of 7.055> 2.02269 and a significant value <0.05, namely with a value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the study simultaneously show that capital intensity and inventory intensity have a value of Fcount> Ftable with a value of 97,573> 3.24 and a significant value of <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.837 or 83.7%, which means that the tax avoidance variable can be explained by capital intensity and inventory intensity, the rest is 16.3%, the tax avoidance variable can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as leverage, sales growth, company size, corporate social responsibility disclosure.

This study aims to determine the motivation and direct financial compensation on employee morale with work conflict as a Moderate variable at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagut. In this study, an associative research type with a quantitative approach is used. The population and sample in this study are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagut with a sample of 135 employees. The results of this study show that the variables of Motivation and Financial Compensation have a significant influence on Work Morevole. For the Work Conflict variable which acts as a moderation variable, in this study the Work Conflict variable is Unable to moderate significantly between the Motivation and Financial Compensation for Work Morale variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Motivation on Business Success on Multipurpose Forklifts, determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Business Success on Multipurpose Forklifts, determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Business Success on Multipurpose Forklifts. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or numbers. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents, secondary data was obtained from data and literature relating to the problems discussed. In this study, the population is the forklift business in Multi-Use Forklift as many as 30 respondents. By using a saturated sample, the number of samples obtained is 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurship Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on Business Success on Multipurpose Forklifts.In conclusion, monetary policy plays a significant role in determining interest rates and maintaining economic stability. Central banks need to consider broader economic conditions and adopt a flexible and responsive approach to changes in both domestic and global economies.

This study aims to determine work knowledge and compensation for performance with work motivation as a moderation variable at PT Herfinta Farm And Plantation. In this study using a type of associative research witha quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study, namely employees of PT. Herfinta Farm andPlantation with a sample of 100 employees. The results in this study show that the variables of work knowledgeand compensation have a significant influence on performance. For work motivation variables that act asmoderation variables, in this study work motivation variables are able to moderate significantly between workknowledge variables but work motivation is not able to moderate compensation on performance.

This research was conducted by PT. Bank Sumut Medan Coordinating Branch is one of the government banks operating in the banking sector. The aim of the research is to analyze and find out whether PT. Bank Sumut has implemented an internalcontrol system correctly and on target in an effort to provide people's business credit to prospective debtors in accordance with the credit policies and procedures applicable in the company. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the typeand source of research data is secondary data obtained from the company. Data collection techniques are documentation, observation and interviews, while data analysis techniques are qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that PT. Bank Sumut Medan Coordinating Branch has implemented a good and smooth internal control system based on COSO principles, so that every credit given to a prospective debtor must meet the requirements and follow the applicable procedures of filling in complete and correct data using the form provided. PT. Bank Sumut also monitors all debtors who have received credit disbursement from the beginning of the credit agreement until the end of the credit term. The advice that can be conveyed is that for the future, leaders should provide more practical and sophisticated facilities for prospective debtors who wish to submit credit applications by filling them out digitally in accordance with current needs and technological developments so as to provide convenience and practicality for both parties.

The development of civil servants' (ASN) competencies through digital technology has become imperative in the era of globalization and digitalization, aligning with the Indonesian government's vision to realize a world-class bureaucracy. This study aims to analyze the strategy of employee competency development through digital technology in the Pekanbaru City Government, focusing on factors influencing the effectiveness of this strategy and its impact on employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, this research involved 100 civil servant respondents in the Pekanbaru City Government. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables and mediation effects. The study concludes that the strategy of employee competency development through digital technology is an effective approach to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness in the Pekanbaru City Government. Key recommendations include focusing on improving the quality of e-learning programs, investing in technological infrastructure and enhancing employees' digital competencies, and strengthening organizational support. These findings provide an empirical foundation for developing policies and practices for digital technology-based civil servant competency development in the era of bureaucratic transformation.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance on the productivity and loyalty of employees in the Pekanbaru City Government. In the modern era with increasingly complex work demands, understanding work-life balance has become crucial in governmental human resource management. Employing a quantitative approach, this research involved 100 respondents from the Pekanbaru City Government. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, measuring perceptions of work-life balance, productivity, and employee loyalty. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. The results show that work-life balance has a significant positive effect on both productivity (β = 0.688, p < 0.001) and employee loyalty (β = 0.688, p < 0.001). Work-life balance explains 52.4% of the variance in employee productivity and loyalty (R² = 0.524). A very strong correlation was also found between productivity and employee loyalty (r = 1.000, p < 0.01). The levels of work-life balance (M = 4.37, SD = 0.92), productivity (M = 4.51, SD = 0.78), and employee loyalty (M = 4.51, SD = 0.78) were generally quite high. This study concludes that work-life balance is a key factor in improving productivity and loyalty of local government employees. Practical implications include the importance of developing policies and programs that support work-life balance to enhance organizational performance and the quality of public services.
