Abstract

Database design aims to create a database service borrowing and returning books in Library SMK Padang Panjang 1 based on Microsoft Access. The method used is the method of observation that is by studying the manual system previously used by the library. Literature is to look for books, papers, and articles from the internet that will be used to design a new system that will be created. The database design activity is as follows: First, create a table that consists of a group of students table, group table book, group transactions table and transaction table book group; second, create queries relationship between the book table and transaction table book; Third, create a form design that student data form, the form book data, and the form of the transaction; Fourth, create a report and report student book; fifth, to make the main menu database. With the database is expected to help the librarian in the service book borrowing and return quickly. Librarians can also present the data reported borrowing and returning books appropriately and accurately. Keywords: database; borrowing; repayment

Abstract

This paper describes the cross-reference in National Library and Archives of  West Sumatera. The procedure of storage for cross-reference, and the obstacle that has happened by using the cross-reference in National Library and Archives of West Sumatera. Therefore the institute aware about the problem that has  happened. The theory in this papers related to the archives that have contained meaning, purpose, advantages, and the types of archives. The methods that has used in writing this papers is the field observation and interviews with staff at the Library and Archieves of  West Sumatera. Analyzing the data were analyzed descriptively. Data retrieval is done by using an interview guide in the form of a question, a tool used for doing the interview using (pens, books, as well as camera and a voice recorder). The research object interview with Kasubbid of Repertoire of Services and Expansions of the agency named Mrs. Kiswati, SS. MPA in the National Library and Archieves in West Sumatera. Based on study, we can conclude the folowing: (1). the storage of archieves or document for cross reference has made by two storages area that are in its won box and its own folder. For filling a separate box or boxes of documents stored in filling cabinets, while a separate folder using hanging folders stored in filling cabinets and filling the storage cabinets; (2). The using of cross-reference in the National Library and Archieves of The West Sumatera as a reference or guidelines that has problem with two storage areas. In using of Cross-references depends on the archivists to decide an archieve that has needed the cross-refference or not; (3). Constraints in the use of the cross-reference in The National Library and Archives of  West Sumatera are: the use of cross-reference depends on how the person who do the cross-reference, the lack of human resource as specialized training in conducting cross-reference, other than that, the lack of coordination between the ares in National Library and Archieves in West Sumatera to appoint a cross-reference on archival paper, which in fact shows a cross only for files that have attachments such as photos, maps, blueprints, tapes, and films, as well as a lack of budget or funds to conduct the cross refference. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perberdaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional yang ditinjau dari gender (laki-laki dan perempuan) dan level sekolah (tinggi, sedang, rendah) di MTsN Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Jenis peneltian adalah eksperimen dan desain penelitian yang digunakan Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design dengan variabel bebas model PBL dan konvensional, variabel terikat adalah kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan variabel moderator adalah gender dan level sekolah dengan  jumlah sampel sebanyak 146 siswa. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan uji-t, uji-U dan uji ANOVA dua arah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang belajar dengan model PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang belajar dengan model konvensional di sekolah level tinggi, sedang dan rendah. (2) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa laki-laki dan perempuan yang belajar dengan  model PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang belajar dengan model konvensional.(3) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa perempuan lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki (4)  Tidak  terdapat  interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gender  dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. (5) Tidak  terdapat interaksi antara  model pembelajaran  dan level sekolah dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.Kata kunci: Gender, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, level sekolah, Problem Based Learning AbstractThis study aims to determine the difference in mathematical problem-solving abilities of students who obtain Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models with students who use conventional learning models in terms of gender (male and female) and school level (high, medium, low) in MTsN Tanah Datar District. This type of research is the experimental and research design used by the Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design with independent variables PBL and conventional models, the dependent variable is the ability to solve mathematical problems and the moderator variable is gender and school level with a total sample of 146 students. Data processing techniques using t-test, U-test and two-way ANOVA test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The mathematical problem-solving ability of students who learn with PBL models is higher than those who learn with conventional models in high, medium and low level schools. (2) Mathematical problem solving ability of male and female students learning with PBL models is higher than those learning with conventional models. (3) Mathematical problem solving abilities of female students are higher than male students (4) There is no interaction between learning models and gender in influencing students' mathematical problem solving abilities. (5) There is no interaction between learning models and school level in influencing students' mathematical problem solving abilities.Keywords: Gender, mathematical problem solving ability, school level, Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of speed of access and ease of system on the use of e-filing with the readiness of information technology as a variable moderation. The population used is the entire Individual Taxpayer in the KPP Mulyorejo Surabaya.Sampling technique uses purposive sampling, number of respondents are 100 individual taxpayers .Analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicate the speed of access, ease of system has a positive effect on the use of e-Filing, readiness of information technology cannot moderate the effect of speed of access to the use of e-Filing, and readiness of information technology moderates the effect of ease of system on the use of e-Filing

Abstract

This study aims to produce Macromedia flash-based teaching materials in IT-based statistical data analysis courses that are tested validity. The form of research carried out is research development under the term Research and Development (R&D). This research was conducted at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UIR Academic Year 2018/2019 in sixth-semester students. The research subjects in this study were sixth-semester students of UIP Mathematics FKIP. Based on the 4-D development model, the researcher made the design of this development procedure consisting of only 3 stages, namely defining, planning, and developing. The deployment stage (disseminated) was not carried out due to time and cost limitations. The data collection instrument in this study was a validation sheet of learning tools. The data analysis technique is an analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis that describes the validity of Macromedia flash-based teaching materials on IT-based statistical data analysis courses. From the research results obtained validity of Macromedia flash-based teaching materials meets the category of very valid with an average total of 87,955. Based on the research results it can be concluded that research has produced Macromedia flash-based teaching materials in valid IT-based statistical data analysis courses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital intensity and inventory intensity on tax avoidance in automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research method uses quantitative data types and data sources are secondary data sources. The unit of analysis and observation in this study is the automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with a population of 13 companies. From the population, selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 9 companies for 5 periods, namely the period 2018 - 2022, totaling 45 samples. The results of the study partially show that capital intensity has a tcount value <ttable with a value of 1.366 <2.02269 and a significant value> 0.05, namely with a value of 0.180> 0.05, inventory intensity has a tcount value> ttable with a value of 7.055> 2.02269 and a significant value <0.05, namely with a value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the study simultaneously show that capital intensity and inventory intensity have a value of Fcount> Ftable with a value of 97,573> 3.24 and a significant value of <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.837 or 83.7%, which means that the tax avoidance variable can be explained by capital intensity and inventory intensity, the rest is 16.3%, the tax avoidance variable can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as leverage, sales growth, company size, corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh strategi guru PAI dalam mengatasi problematika kegiatan keagamaan yaitu kegiatan shalat zuhur berjamaah dan kegiatan Muhadharah. Berdasarkan fenomena-fenomena yang peneliti temukan bahwa masih banyak terjadi problematika pada kegiatan keagamaan. Pada saat kegiatan shalat zuhur berjamaah, ternyata masih banyak siswa-siswi yang telat untuk melaksanakan shalat, padahal kalau dilihat dari waktu yang diberikan dari pihak sekolah, sekitar 30 menit untuk waktu berwhudu’nya. Fenomena lainnya terjadi pada saat kegiatan Muhadharah, masih banyak siswa-siswi yang tidak lengkap memenuhi agenda Muhadharah yaitu Al-Qur’an dan buku catatan Muhadharah. Penelitian ini menggunakn jenis Field Research dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan cara observasi serta  wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membuktikan bahwasanya untuk shalat zuhur berjamaah strategi yang dipakai oleh guru PAI yaitu melakukan pengawasan dan pengamatan, pemanggilan, peneguran, pengarahan serta juga nasehat kepada siswa-siswi.Untuk kegiatan Muhadharah strategi yang digunakan yaitu melakukan pengecekan mulai dari Al-Qur’an, buku agenda Muhadharah, pemisahan tempat duduk bagi siswa-siswi yang berbicara pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan Muhadharah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the Experience and Ethics of Auditors Against Audit Quality. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is Public Accounting Firm Dra. Meilina Pangaribuan MM, Public Accounting Firm Drs Katio & Partners and Public Accountant Firm and Joachim Poltak Lian & Partners as many as 30 auditors. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is a saturated sample and amounting to 30 auditors. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires conducted regularly based on research objectives. The results showed Independence variable did not affect Quality Audit while Professionalism of Auditor affected Quality Audit at Public Accounting Firm in Medan. F test results show that Independence and Professionalism of Auditor variables affect Audit Quality at Public Accountant Firm in Medan. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the Quality Audit variable can be explained by the variables of Experience and Ethics of Auditor, while the remaining Quality Audit variables can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as competence, objectivity, integrity, etc

Abstract

Teenagers frequently underestimate and disregard personal hygiene, which has a negative impact on health. The aim of this study was to analyze self-attitude towards skin health in adolescents. This study employs descriptive analytic techniques. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique, namely probability sampling with the Spearman test statistic. A sample of 36 teenage respondents in the Mulyorejo Baru area, Surabaya City. The results showed that 0 respondents (0%) had good self-esteem with good skin health, 1 respondent (2.8%) had good self-esteem with good skin health, had a good attitude towards health bad skin as much as 0 respondents (0%). Then, for students with adequate self-esteem and good skin health, there were as many as 23 respondents (63,9%), adequate self-esteem with moderate skin health, as many as 6 respondents (16,7%), and adequate self-esteem with bad skin health, there were as many as 0 respondents (0%). From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the self-esteem of adolescents in the Mulyorejo Baru area, Surabaya City and skin health does not have a significant relationship based on the Spearman test p: 0,294.

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat dibutuhkan siswa di sekolah agar terhindar dari berbagaipenyakit. salah satunya adalah Cuci Tangan dengan sabun dan air bersih juga jajanan yang sehat,Membuang sampah pada tempatnya, Merawat kebersihan mulut dan gigi, Stop pada tindakanbullying. untuk mendukung hal tersebut perlu kerjasama yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan orangtua. siswa berpeluang besar untuk melaksanakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di sekolah tapikenyataannya justru terbalik tidak mencuci tangan sebelum makan, tidak merawat kebersihanmulut dan gigi, tidak membuang sampah pada tempatnya, melakukan bullying pada temannyadisekolah, dengan resiko minimnya PHBS tidak terkontrol disekolah dan bisa mengancamkesehatan anak. Belum tersedianya tempat cuci tangan dan penyediaan air bersih di sekolah,kurangnya pengetahuan kebersihan pada mulutnya dan gigi, membuang sampah dengansembarangan, dan masih meningatnya tindakan bullying sehingga dapat membunuh mental padaanak. PHBS sangat penting bagi anak dan perlu diperkenalkan pada siswa juga wali muridsehingga ada kesinambungan kontrol yang baik antara pihak seolah dan wali murid. Maka, perludiadakan Komunikasi, Edukasi dan Penyuluhan baik kepada siswa maupun wali murid sertamemberikan poster PHBS Dalam wadah parenting yang diadakan oleh Asistensi MengajarDisekolah SD Al Ulum Islamic School bekerjasama dengan Institut Kesehatan PayungNegeri memberi Kesadaran siswa dalam menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat (mencucitangan yang baik dan benar, menjaga kebersihan mulut dan gigi, mengurangi tindakanbullying, serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya) sehingga terbentuk generasi sehat dancerdas.
