Abstract

This research is to identify and explain the analysis of the effect of liquidity (current rasio, quick rasio, cash rasio) of the profit growth in the mining company listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2012 - 2014. The type of study used by researchers is associative. The number of the population that is 41 companies. The sampling method used is sampling purposive sampling basis.

Abstract

Tax is one of the state revenues used to finance Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN). This research was conducted to analyze the effect of tax amnesty, taxpayer compliance and tax audit on tax revenues in KPP Pratama Lubuk Pakam. Research uses causality methods, with primary data, using a questionnaire. The population of this research is taxpayers in KPP Pratama Lubuk Pakam. The research data analysis technique uses a regression model. The results of the study, it shows that tax amnesty does not have a significant effect on tax revenue, taxpayer compliance has a significant effect on tax revenue, and tax audit does not have a significant effect on tax revenue in KPP Pratama Lubuk Pakam. In coefficient of determination, the value of adjusted coefficient R square (R2) is equal to 0.082 indicates that tax revenue in KPP Pratama Lubuk Pakam can be explained by tax amnesty, taxpayer compliance and tax audit 8.2% and the remaining 91.8% explained by variable others that are not examined.

Abstract

The effect of interpersonal communication, motivation, self-efficacy and organizational culture on employee performance at the Medan City Tax and Retribution Management Agency partially. The total population in this study amounted to 249 people, and using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 153 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on the employee performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on the employee performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Motivation has no effect on employee performance at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Teamwork has no effect on the performance of agencies in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi keadilan organisasi dalam memediasi social capital dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap OCB pada pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 135 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh maka diperoleh sampel sebesar jumlah keseluruhan pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah statistik dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner pada seluruh pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara. Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara. Social Capital berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Keadilan Organisasi pada pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Keadilan Organisasi pada pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai PPKS Sumatera Utara

This study aims to determine the effect of brand understanding, brand influence and brand credibility on the selection of private universities in electronic word of mouth, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study was 100 with a sample of 100 respondents using a sampling technique, namely probability sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of person job fit and person organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated organizational commitment to PPKS Medan employees. The population in this study was 135 people, using saturated sample techniques, samples were obtained as large as the total number of Medan PPKS employees. The analytical technique used is path analysis. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is statistics with data retrieval techniques through questionnaires on all employees of PPKS Medan. The results showed that person job fit had a positive and significant effect on OCB (t count 3,752 and significance 0.000<0.05). Person organization fit positively and significantly affects OCB (t count 4,731 and significance 0.000<0.05). Person job fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (t count 6,196 and significance 0.000<0.05). Person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (t count 13,306 and significance 0.000<0.05). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB (t calculate 4,449 and significance 0.000<0.05). Organizational commitment has an effect on mediating person job fit against OCB (direct influence value 0.159 < indirect influence 0.210). Organizational commitment has no effect on mediating person organization fit against OCB (direct influence value 0.225 > 0.007).

Abstract

The aim of this research which done at PT. Perkebunan North Sumatera wasto determinedthe effected of organizational commitment on work productivity and the impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The population is employees who work in the company as many as 135 people, sampling with a census sample so that the number of samples is 135 respondents. Collecting data with surveys and data analysis techniques with class assumptions and hypotheses. The results showed that partially organizational commitment has a significant effect on work productivity and organizational citizenship behavior and work productivity has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneously organizational commitment and employee productivity have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The correlation between organizational commitment and employee productivity is said to be sufficient on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. North Sumatra Plantation.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study where the population in this study was 709 employees and the sampling in this study used the slovin formula where the sampling was only 5% of the total population, namely 256 respondents. The study used a survey method for distributing questionnaires in order to find out the results of this study. The results of this study are the influence of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of civil servants (Y) with a constant value of 4.732 where these results are searched by using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and processed with SPSS, as for the hypothesis In this study, H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected because of the significant influence between leadership style and work discipline on the performance of civil servants with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This Research is based on the high operational costs incurred by the company in carrying out business activities so that PT. Pacific Medan Industri need to make efficiency. This directly puts pressure on employees. Excessive workloads and poor communication between leaders and employees cause work stress which results in the desire of employees to leave the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workoverload on work stress and turnover intention through leadership support as a moderating variable at PT. Pacific Medan Industri.This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with regression methods, single test and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to 105 respondents. Based on the test result, it was found that work overload had no significant effect on work stress, work overload had a significant positive effect on turnover in intention, work stress mediated work overload on turnover intention and leadersip support doesn’t moderated work stress on turnover intention
