<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the problems of early childhood development in the era of disruption. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a library study approach. The results of the study found that the use of technology in this era of disruption raises problems which affect the development of early childhood. This happens because of the lack of assistance, supervision, direction and knowledge from parents and teachers on technological developments and conditions in the learning process for early childhood. This study suggests that in an effort to face the era of disruption, parents and educators must be able to master technology and be more creative and innovative in providing better and more appropriate education, assistance, and control for the education and teaching process of children.Keywords: Development; problematic; the era of disruption]]>

<![CDATA[Contemporary da'wah strategy is not easy to do by preachers, especially in the midle of minority communities and religious understanding is still very low. The da'i need intelligence so that there is no horizontal conflict. This study aimed to find out how contemporary da'wah strategies were in fostering religious life and the supporting factors and difficulties of contemporary da'wah strategies in fostering community life in Lau Gumba Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. This research method were Field Research (field study) and Library Research (library study). The field method was done by interview technique while the library method was based on primary data. The results of the research showed that the strategies used were: 1. Preaching through media and tools, such as used inFocus and PowerPoint slides to make it easier for people to understand the material. 2. Approached to religious leaders, village heads and customs with the understanding of religious moderation that upholded the values of religious tolerance. The difficulty in this strategy was : the understanding of religion was still low, while the supporting factor was the high motivation of the community to maintain religious harmony through a good understanding of religion.Keywords: Strategy, Da'wah, Contemporary]]>

<![CDATA[Teaching activities are less effective when they are not accompanied by media to support the process. Because the learning medium is a tool for delivering materials to students and making it easier in the learning process. Frequently in the online learning process there is saturation for students in listening to material presented by teachers, it results in grades that become less effective in the teaching activities. To overcome this is to prevent that from happening, one must take note of the creativity of an educator. Through the medium of learning the learning process will stimulate the students' morale. Without the material learning media to be presented is less explicit to students. One of the most effective mediums in classroom learning is the classroom. Classroom media are wet-based platches-designed to facilitate educators and student learning activities. Classroom applications are also free-use mixed-online learning applications. Classroom media also has an advantage and advantage compared with other learning media, which is a quick and comfortable classroom setting, efficient and time efficient, capable of increasing cooperation and communication, centralized data storage, efficient, and speedy sharing of resources. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the progressive rate of motor vehicle tax on local revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic at UPT. South Medan Samsat. To find out the transfer fee for local original income during the COVID-19 pandemic at UPT. South Medan Samsat. To find out the progressive rate motor vehicle tax and transfer fees on local revenue at UPT. Samsat, South Medan. This research uses associative research. The population and sample in this study were employees at the UPT office. South Medan Samsat as many as 100 people. The data collection technique used in this study was distributing questionnaires to employees at UPT. South Medan Samsat. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, testing in this study was carried out using SPSS version 22.0 software. The results of this study indicate that partially Progressive Tariff Motor Vehicle Tax has an effect on Regional Original Income at UPT.Samsat, South Medan. The Transfer Fee for Motorized Vehicles has an effect on Regional Original Income at UPT.Samsat, South Medan. <![CDATA[Mathematical modeling is the process of inferring a mathematical model of a phenomenon based on the assumptions used. The purpose of a mathematical model is to make decisions based on real situations by analyzing the model. This study aims to obtain a mathematical model of the income of Tomuan Holbung KUD in Asahan Regency, to determine the most dominant variable affecting income and to determine the perception of the Tomuan Holbung village community on income, the progress of KUD in the area. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques through literature study. Data analysis used linear regression analysis so that a mathematical model was obtained, namely Y = 228961 935 - 0.197x e. The constant is 228961935 which means if income (Y) does not exist or is zero (zero), then the SHU (Y) in the cooperative will decrease by Rp. 289,61,935. While the value of b (regression coefficient) shows a negative value of 0.197. The value of 0.197 means that if the income is zero then the SHU remains the same and each additional 1 sale reduces the SHU by 0.197.Keywords:Mathematical modeling, business income, KUD.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 (Corona Virus disase) has hit the world, since December 2019, first tested in the city of Wuhan, Hubei Province china. Due to the Covid-19 virus caused many impacts in all countries, not least in Indonesia. The Indonesian government imposes Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and requires that almost all activities be carried out at home. This has an impact on workers because of the psbb related to the income or wages of workers.Recently the City district government has set a minimum wage in 2022. As is known, the basis of setting the minimum wage is based on the Need for Decent Living (KHL) with attention to productivity and economic growth. The need for decent living is used as a basis for determining the minimum wage, which is calculated based on the needs of workers in meeting basic needs that include food, housing, clothing and education.During the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for living is increasing which is not proportional to the income of workers, this is due to the increase in the price of basic goods. In an educational democracy, the values contained in the implementation of educational practices and programs of an educational institution consist of several stakeholders such as educators, education staff, students, principals and school committees or the community in order to achieve the same goals as contained in the vision. and the mission of educational institutions. <![CDATA[The purpose of the study is to find out the communication of parents in motivating their children to follow learning at Tahfidz Khaizerani Dusun III Klambir V Kebun, Hamparan Perak District, especially in The Dusun Kapas I, II, III, to find out How Parents Provide Motivation to Children Following Learning at Tahfidz Khaizerani Kapas III Klambir V Kebun Hamparan Perak. This research was carried out for six months to obtain data and information researchers using qualitative approaches and collecting data through secondary and primary data by conducting observations and interviews With related parties. Study at the house Tahfiz Khaizarani is a village program that seeks to implement the eradication program of Arab illiteracy, which in practice is guided by students of the final semester of University Pembangunan of Panca Budi Islamic Religious Education Study Program, which is carried out for free, the implementation of this activity is carried out by students in turn and can be used as a form of practicum. The implementation of the field of children who study at the Tahfiz home has decreased in the last few months, for that there needs to be more profound research in finding the cause of the decline in santri following education. Parents establish patterns of communication with their children. The main thing that needs to be observed first is how parents try to know and understand the characteristics of each child. That way, parents indirectly already know the key to building communication patterns between parents and their children. <![CDATA[As Muslims, we already understand that the Qur'an is a guide and guide for the life of the people of the Seasons so that they are always on the straight and right path. To overcome the declining morality and character of children and away from the teachings of Islam, a substance that is very useful is needed to create a generation of children who are faithful, moral and knowledgeable. So what we have to do especially for parents is to educate them at the Daarul Huffadz Islamic Boarding School Medan, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The specific target to be achieved from this research is to provide input and encourage students to improve their morals so that they can become the next generation of a nation of faith and noble character. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, using a phenomenological approach and type of research. Data collection used in the study were interviews and observations. Furthermore, the activity plan is carried out through stages consisting of: data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and data verification. The results of the study explained that the students at the Daarul Huffadz Islamic Boarding School Medan, Serdang Bedagai Regency, God willing, all of them have the ability to memorize the Quran and have noble character.Keywords: Implementation, Hafiz Quran and Morals.]]>
