<![CDATA[Lack of knowledge is one of the factors that causes individuals to commit violence, namely bullying. Bullying is a repeated negative behavior that intends to cause displeasure or hurt by another person, either one or several people, directly against someone who is unable to fight it. According to Yahya and Ahmad (2005) in (Nathania et al., 2022) on a 2004 survey conducted by the Japanese Ministry of Education, it was stated that there were 24,898 cases of bullying of these cases occurring in private universities (PTS). The purpose of this literature review is to analyze the results of research analysis related to the level of knowledge of PGSD students at Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra about bullying behavior. <![CDATA[Online business models are becoming increasingly popular in today's digital era. However, not all online business models are successful and survive in the long term. Therefore, it is important for online business owners to evaluate the feasibility of their business model before deciding to launch or develop it further. This comparative study aims to provide online business owners with insight and inspiration in evaluating their own business model, as well as considering ways to develop or improve it. The online business models discussed in this comparative study include e-commerce, subscription services, online advertising, and affiliate marketing. Each of these business models is analyzed in terms of feasibility, advantages and disadvantages.Through this comparative study, it is hoped that online business owners can understand better about how to assess the feasibility of their online business model, and make better decisions in developing their business. By understanding the uniqueness and challenges of each online business model, business owners can choose the right business model for their business and increase the chances of success in the long term. The method that can be used is through qualitative methods, namely interviewing business owners, online surveys. Such data may include information about sales levels, revenue sources and other relevant factors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the influence of Islamic leadership and Islamic organizational culture on the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Binjai. The research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program as an intermediary. The results showed that simultaneously Islamic Leadership and Islamic Organizational Culture had a positive and significant influence on the performance of BSI KC Binjai employees. While partially, only Islamic leadership has a positive and significant influence, Islamic organizational culture does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In this model Islamic leadership and Islamic organizational culture can only explain employee performance by 54.9%, the rest is explained by other variables not included in this research model.]]>

<![CDATA[In the current digital era, information technology has been widely used for the development of the financial industry which encourages the growth of alternative financing for the business world, especially start-ups or novice business actors as a means of investment for the community. This is in line with the establishment of RI Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) which aims to realize clean, effective, transparent, accountable, as well as quality and reliable governance. One form of its activity is Crowdfunding Services Through Information Technology-Based Stock Offerings (Equity Crowdfunding), namely stock offering services carried out by issuers to sell shares directly to investors through an open network of electronic systems. This type of research is normative juridical with a statutory approach and legal principles. Using data sourced from secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials which are then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that with the existence of policies regarding the implementation of crowdfunding services through information technology-based stock offerings, the national economy accelerates because in transactions using electronic media that is more practical, makes it easier for people to make transactions, develops trade and the national economy, and realizes financial inclusion targeted by the government]]>

To reveal the above problems, the The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, exploring data, information about the Implementation of Article 27 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 24 Year 2013 concerning Population Administration (Study in Manau Sembilan Village II Subdistrict Padang Guci Hulu Kaur Regency by using the method of Field Risearch is a research conducted in the field with observation, interviews and documentation. observation, interviews and documentation. Then described analyzed, and discussed to answer the problem. The results of this study found that: 1. Islam does not prohibit the registration of children's births because the registration of children's births is not allowed. <![CDATA[The problem in Indonesia that is very difficult to overcome or resolve is poverty, especially in various regions of provinces. There are many ways to alleviate poverty, of which is zakat by setting aside a portion of assets for eight ashnaf groups. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of zakat maal management. This research uses qualitative methods by analyzing information sourced from interviews. Continues to increase from year to year and is managed properly in a trustworthy and professional manner. the zakat maal distribution programs carried out by BSI Maslahat are in accordance with the needs of the mustahik and the financial reports on the receipt and distribution of zakat finds experience a deficit/surplus. Recommendations of this research are: it is important to collect more detailed data so that the distribution of zakat funds is not misdirected and to provide guidance and supervision of the programs that have been implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to find out the principles of inclusive early childhood education as well as strategies to develop management planning for inclusive early childhood education so that children get maximum educational opportunities, and make it easier for institutions to implement inclusive early childhood principles according to children's needs. The method used is a qualitative research method with a library research approach (library study) with techniques and data analysis obtained from books, journals, articles, theses and other sources. The results of this study indicate that the principles and management of inclusive PAUD education must be considered properly in accordance with the strategies implemented, starting from identifying children's needs, children's potential, and obstacles that occur in children according to the principles and management of inclusive PAUD. This is very well taken care of so that its management runs according to the standard goals to be achieved by the Institution, seeing the many conditions of children with special needs by the government in Inclusive PAUD. Management or management of inclusive education in PAUD cannot be separated or cannot be separated from education management in general. ]]>

<![CDATA[Komunikasi Islam ialah proses bagaimana seseorang pendakwah berfungsi sebagai komunikator, berkongsi pengalaman dan maklumat dengan pendengar.Komunikasi Islam berasaskan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang bersumberkan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Ini kerana segala sesuatu yang berhubung dengan proses komunikasi, sama ada secara prinsip, kaedah, mesej, matlamat dan media hendaklah berasaskan panduan wahyu dan sunnah Rasulullah S.A.W. Akan tetapi, cabaran yang timbul dalam kalangan pendakwah dalam sesi menyampaikan dakwah terhadap pelatih yang penerimaan pelatih yang berbeza mengikut pendekatan komunikasi yang berbeza,samada dari caranya mahupun bentuknya. Oleh itu, artikel ini bertujuan mengenalpasti keberkesanan komunikasi dakwah terhadap pelatih di Pusat Pemulihan Darul Islah. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif dengan edaran soal selidik terhadap pelatih yang yang menjadi subjek kajian. Hasil kajian mendapati kaedah komunikasi yang digunapakai diterima baik oleh pelatih dengan bahasa yang mudah difahami dan adanya komunikasi dua hala. Kajian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap usaha mempertingkatkan kualiti pendakwahan dalam kalangan pendakwah supaya pelatih di Darul Islah dapat mengamalkan ajaran Islam dengan sebenar. ]]>

<![CDATA[The school operational assistance fund (BOS) program arose due to the compensation program for reducing fuel subsidies, The distribution of the BOS program has fought a significant war in accelerating the achievement of the 9-year compulsory education program and then developed up to 15 years. Therefore, starting in 2009 the government has changed the objectives, approach and orientation of the BOS program, from expanding access to improving quality. There are many reports about the nation's children who have dropped out of school because of the absence of fees. This raises many questions why they dropped out of school even though the government has provided school operational assistance funds, this fund is allocated to underprivileged people, this is what indicates that this school operational assistance fund has been done a lot by schools that receive BOS funds that are distributed to underprivileged students. In addition to the news, the author here makes preliminary observations where the author gets things that are stuck about the BOS fund itself in the author's village. There is one school that in the view of the author of the school is far from being called perfection. The school does not have a library.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose of writing this articleiadalahito analyze Liquidity Risk Management in Islamic Banking. This type of research includes library research. Furthermore, it is analyzed using the content analysis method. The data sources used are journals, as primary data sources and other supporting books related to the object of research as secondary data sources. The results showed that the liquidity risk of Islamic banks is the same as other financial services. Liquidity risk is the risk resulting from the Bank's inability to fulfill maturing obligations from high-quality cash flow sources and/or liquid instruments that can be used as collateral, without disrupting the Bank's activities and financial condition. Therefore, estimating liquidity needs is complex. Banks must estimate liquidity needs and find ways to meet all funding needs in times of need. Bank liquidity needs come from two needs. Liquidity risk itself can be interpreted as the risk of the bank's inability to provide immediate liquidation at a fair price.]]>
