Abstract

This study aims to determine the urgency of education and literacy of waqf in the Musthofawiyah Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding schools are one of the official institutions of Islamic education in Indonesia, as a place to study religious knowledge in understanding Islamic law in kaffah. Waqf as Islamic law is also studied at the pesantren but the problems encountered are education and literacy of waqf is very minimal, even almost It is not understood by the Santri except only understanding the general definition and the law alone, there is no contemporary waqf literacy as material in exploring the history, benefits and developments of success in managing waqf in accordance with the mandate of the law. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. And as for the results of this study is that education and literacy of waqf in the Mustofawiyah Islamic boarding school is very minimal, because the material of waqf is only obtained during additional recitation outside the classroom. Teachers do not understand the development of contemporary waqf, Santri do not get waqf literacy in the library as reading material in understanding contemporary waqf. The impact of the lack of knowledge of waqf is that there is no awareness of waqf and the willingness to do waqf, so that in Musthofawiyah there is no waqf movement. In this case, with the birth of the Indonesian Waqf Movement (GERAKIN), it is hoped that there will be cooperation with boarding school in the development of waqf education and literacy and become one of the curricula in the pesantren so that what the government hopes for the community to understand waqf departs from these students as social beings who will be in direct contact with the community through their preaching, in this case education and literacy of waqf is very important in Islamic boarding school to support the program of the Indonesian waqf body and the implementation of the boarding school as an official institution to carry out the mandate of the law on waqf. Keywords: Education Urgency, Waqf literacy in Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

The majority of causes of damage to children are due to parents ignoring them, and not teaching various obligations and religious teachings. Many of us also see around us parents or educators frighten children with superstition and other things that are prohibited by Sharia which can be a cause damage to the aqeedah which is the basis of Islam. Early childhood is the most important time for planting the foundation of true faith and teaching the Koran because at that time the nature of the child is still clean. When the creed has been firmly embedded in the heart, the child will become a figure of a faithful person with a strong personality, both in his attitude and deeds because he always feels under God's supervision, and minimizes children from doing bad deeds, such as saying dirty, deceiving, and others can make a useful generation for family, community and country.

Abstract

From the above outline, it can be concluded that the end-purpose of good characters for knowledge seeker is to give birth to civilized scholars, as was the idea of tadib of Prof. Al-Attas, namely civilized humans who apply manner in every aspect: having good characters towards God, oneself, the social environment, human relationship, language, nature, and knowledge. Having good characters towards knowledge will affect other objects. Intellectuals who have good characters towards knowledge will recognize and admit that people with knowledge have a higher and nobler position and the compulsary knowledge and law must be mastered first before other knowledge. Knowledge seekers with good characters can be expected to defend the law because there are so many deviations of knowledge that appear one after another, sometimes it is impossible to defend them except by the knowledge seekers. They are also generous in responding to the differences of opinion among scholars. Keywords: Noble Characters, Knowledge, Knowledge Seekers

: Working capital in Islamic finance basically, capital is not only in the form of money, but assets that are used for business purposes for dynamic turnover. working capital in general has a lower financial level compared to fixed asset investment. Because of that small working capital will further enhance the company. conversely, working capital that is too small will increase the risk of the company (especially liquidity risk). from a risk standpoint, higher working capital will benefit the company, because the risk is lower. and there are some imperfect conditions that make working capital decisions important, namely, transaction costs where transaction costs include two types namely explicit and implicit costs, and asynchronous activity. then working capital in Islamic finance is current capital that is used to support the company's daily operations so that the company can operate normally and smoothly.
