Abstract

AbstractThis research is aimed to produce media booklet design in chemical bonding study, to produce end product of booklet media in chemical bond study, to describe booklet media implementation on chemical bond material and to describe the result of chemical bond learning by using booklet media in SMA Negeri 1 Galing. This research is research development of booklet media with meggunakan development stage of Borg and Gall, with subject of research is class X student which amounted to 28 students. Stages of development of booklet media dilakkuan namely Research and information collecting, planing, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision, Operational field testing and Final product revision. This research uses qualitative approach. From the results of questionnaires validation of media experts and validation of material experts, and student questionnaires about the media booklet, that the media booklet learning chemical bonding well used in learning chemical bonds. The results showed that the value of learning results obtained a value average of 77.14. High learning results show that learning booklets can be used in chemical bonding materials. Key words:Pengembangan, Hasil Belajar, Media Booklet, Ikatan Kimia.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to know the influence of the influence of learning style and learning motivation on students’ learning result in subject on tenth grade students of SMK KRISTENI IMMANUEL II Sungai Raya. The method used in this research was descriptive-quantitative. This is a correlation research. The number of the sample is 68 students. The data was collected by using indirect communication technique (influence of learning style and learning motivation-questionnaire), direct communication technique (directive interview) and direct observation technique (directive observation). The result of this research showed that there is the positive influence of the influence of learning style to the learning motivation of the tenth grade students of SMK KRISTEN IMMANUEL II Sungai Raya It is indicated by the number 2,746 which showed that there is an influence of the independent variable to dependent variable. When it is compared with T table on the significance level of 0,05 at 1998. So it is greater than T table or 2,746 > 1,998, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The magnitude of the influence of adversity quotient on student motivation by 29,3% while the rest influenced by other factors are not described in this study. So the conclusion is the adversity quotient has significant impact on the learning motivation of the students the tenth grade students of SMK KRISTEN IMMANUEL II Sungai Raya. Keywords: learning style, Learning Motivation, learning result

Abstract

Abstract This research was background caused of there is no documentation about when gambus instrument being apart of Malay music ensemble at Sanggau city. The purpose of this research was to description about history of gambus on malay ensemble music at Sanggau City and how the developed of gambus in malay music ansamble from past to the present. The method that used was descriptive method with qualitative form. The approaching of research was historically. Data source used primer data. Data research was the interview result, observation result, and documentation result about history of gambus instrument on malay music ensemble. The result of this research was an efforts that did in historical investigation  of gambus instrument on malay music ensemble by meet with the informant who was a musician of malay music ensemble, description the history about gambus instrument being apart of malay music ensemble, and to description of gambus instrument development on malay music ensemble.      Keyword: History, Gambus, Malay Music ensemble

Abstract

AbstrakThe success of the learning process can’t be separated from the ability of teachers to apply learning models. Learning models that are often applied by classroom teachers are conventional learning models that tend to minimize student involvement. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of cooperative learning model of group investigation on student learning outcomes in the subjects of civic education in class X SMK Negeri 1 Muara Pawan Ketapang. The method used in this research is an experimental method of quantitative approach. The research design in this research is the true experimental design method, which is the pretest posttest control group design model. The population is 30 students and 1 teacher. Results of experimental class study X ATP (Plantation Crop Agribusiness) average value = 80.84. Control class X ATPH average value of learning outcomes under KKM (Criterion Minimum Completion) 75 that is = 73,34. The conclusion is the result of student learning using cooperative learning model of group investigation better than student learning result using conventional learning model.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Investigation Group Design, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the form of error and factors that cause the students’ erorrs on the concept of redox rections in grade X of sma negeri 5 pontianak. A descriptive method was employed in this study. As many as 30 students participated as the subjects. The tool of data collecting are essay test and interview guidelines. The result were obtained the average of errors in understanding essential concepts is 21%, whice consist of gain and loss  oxygen concept, reduction and oxidation concept, reduction and oxidation based on changes of oxidation number, oxidation number of polyatomic ion, and concept of reducing agents and oxidizers. The average of erorrs in understanding the relation between concepts is 27%, which consist of electron configuration with atomic charge concept, electron configuration with ion bond, concept of index with ion bond, and oxidation number with concept of index. The erorrs in using the concept to problem solving is 3%, that was using concept of oxidation number of neutral compound to polyatomic ion. The internal factor of students’ erorrs is students were not paying attention to the teacher in learning process, students’ note were not complete, students have difficulties in understanding the material, difficulties in arranging the learning time. In the other hand, there is external factor which is the teacher was not really clear in explaining the teaching material. Keywords: Students’ Erorr, Cause of Erorr, Redox Reaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the steps of problem solving in fraction material in the form of story questions which the students did with high, moderate and low level of capability based on O’Neil steps. Method of the research in qualitative descriptive in the form of case study. The participant of the research is 24 students of 7th grade in SMP Kristen Kanaan Kubu Raya 2016/2017. The result of test analysis shows that the steps of problem solving which the students did very in the use of problem solving steps in every question. Besides that, not all of the student from every level applied this O’Neil steps. However, the steps of problem solving by the hight group students appeared to be better than the moderate and low level students. Likewise, the process of problem solving by the moderate level students appeared to be better than the low level students.Keywords: Problem Solving Capability, O’Neil Steps

Abstract

AbstractChinese Hanyu Pinyin learning is a crucial step during the Chinese language learning. Indonesian students learning Hanyu Pinyin pronunciation would be affected by the Indonesian mother tongue ,and can meet with different kinds of difficulties,  especially the pronunciation of  the Blade-alveolars  z, c, s, and the Retro flexes zh, ch, sh, r. In view of the above, we madea survey on the Blade-alveolars  z, c, s, and the Retro flexes zh, ch, sh, r,among the students from the Pontianak middle  school of  Indonesia.  In the essay, we use the method of experimental research and  statistical analysis to analyze  the Chinese letter   z, c, s, and zh, ch, sh, r. In the research result, the students whose mother tongue is Indonesian will be affected by their mother tongue during pronouncing  the Chinese letter z, c, s, and zh, ch, sh, r. As a Chinese teacher teaching in Indonesia ,we should practice more and find more methods in the process of  teaching the Hanyu Pinyin, and  strengthen the using of it.And  I wish the essay can help during the study of Chinse whose mother tongue is Indonesia.                                                                                       Keywords: Chinese initials, Blade-alveolars, Retro-flexes, Experimental research method

Abstract

Abstract This study was aimed to determine the process of implementation of learning and improvement of students’ learning outcomes with guided inquiry learning model assisted video on the material of the Respiratory System at class VIII B of SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak. The method was the class action research, while subject of this research was all of students of class VIII B SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017 which consists of 38 students. This study was conducted in two cycles which each cycle consists of four stages namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques were the measurement, observation, interview, documentation, with the instrument of written test of multiple choices that consists of 20 questions and observation sheet of learning process. The results of data analysis showed that the implementation of guided inquiry learning model can improve students’ learning outcomes, the students’ improvement is 71.05% in the first cycle and 89.47% in the second cycle. The implementation of learning process in the first cycle was 95% and the second cycle was 100%. Thus it can be said that the students’ learning outcomes and learning implementation process had achieved the expected performance indicators.Keywords: Guided inquiry learning, learning outcomes, respiratory system
