Tounge tie is a variation of the anatomy of the tongue frenulum, the frenulum being shorter and thicker than normal shape. This incident is experienced in many infants (General & General, 2013). Based on a preliminary study conducted at the Jember Clinic Hospital in August 2019, it was found that 20% of 45 baby births had tongue tie. This study aims to determine the relationship between tongue tie classification and billirubin levels of newborns at the Jember Regency Private Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The population of 22 infants aged 0-7 days in January 2020 to April 2020 and obtained a sample of 22 babies using the incidental sampling technique. Data collection instruments using the patient's medical record file. Measuring instruments used are intervals and nominal with Spearman rho analysis using 2 tails significance with a confidence level of 95% (? = 0.050). The results showed a significant value <0.050 (0,000 <0.050) which means that there was a significant relationship between the tongue tie classification variable and the variable billirubin content. For health workers, especially midwives need to improve the ability to identify babies with tongue tie to prevent the increase in billirubin levels in newborns. Genital personal hygine is an important part because if a girl is not enough to maintain the cleanliness of her reproductive organs, there is a risk of infection in the reproductive organs. The introduction of personal hygiene needs to be given starting early, one of them with the storytelling method. The purpose of this study was to determine personal hygiene behavior before and after storytelling was given. The method used is a one group pretest-post test. Respondents in this study were 34 female students at SDN Junrejo 01 Batu, selected by purposive sampling. Data collected using a questionnaire that has been designed to test its validity and reliability. The results showed that before storytelling 64.7% of students had behaviors in the poor category and 35.3% in the moderate category. After storytelling, 70.6% of students had behaviors in the category and 26.5% were in the moderate category, and 3% in the poor category. The results of statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed p value <0.001 which means that there is an influence of the storytelling method on the increase in personal genital hygiene behavior at SDN Junrejo 01 Batu. Provision of health education needs to be done by health workers periodically as an effort to promote reproductive health in adolescents so that adolescents can behave properly in maintaining reproductive health. Sectio caesarea is the removal of the fetus through the abdominal wall incision (laparotomy) and uterine wall (hysterectomy). During the postoperative period, the nursing process is directed to stabilize the patient's physiological balance and relieve pain. Physiological reactions to pain include autonomic nerve responses such as breathing speed, increased pulse and increased heart rate. Musik therapy as a nonpharmacological therapy can relieve pain because when given musik, the midbrain releases beta endorphin hormone which can eliminate pain neurotransmitters. This study aims to examine the literature, articles and documents of research findings that identify the effectiveness of musik therapy for pain reduction in post sectio cesarean mothers. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach and type of literature study research. Data collection by literature review was obtained through Google Scholar by typing keywords, sources published in 2011 to 2018. 13900 research articles were obtained, identification, screening, eligibility. 10 relevant research articles were obtained. Journal review results found that from 10 journals that have been analyzed show the influence of musik therapy on pain management in Sectio Caesarea postoperative patients with strong asymp sig correlation. In accordance with the journal analysis, respondents' pain reduction was assessed based on the NRS pain scale so as to produce homogeneous data. It is recommended that musik therapy as an independent intervention in nursing and maternity obstetrics can be implemented to reduce pain in post-sectional Caesarean patients.

Abstract The risk of preeclampsia labor threatens the safety of the mother and fetus. Proper handling is needed to reduce the risk of this incident. Referral preeclampsia patients did not receive full dose of MgSO4 in the treatment at the first health facility. This causes complications to become a severe condition that is accompanied by seizures at any time and increases the risk of maternal or fetal death. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk of giving a full dose of MgSO4 as an initial full dose of preeclampsia patients in caesarean section delivery. The research design is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach, with a population of 100 mothers of preeclampsia patients who gave birth to Sectio Caesaria and not Sectio Caesaria, sampling using saturated sampling with a total sample of 100 preeclampsia patients who met the inclusion criteria. The research instrument used the patient's medical records, then the data were analyzed using the Chi square test for the one-sided hypothesis and to find out the risk (Odds Ratio) of exposure to the case at a 95% confidence level using a 2x2 table showing the risk of SC in PE patients who were given MgSO4 not full dose is greater than PE patients who are given full dose of MgSO4. Dysmenorrhea is a menstrual disorder characterized by lower abdominal pain and even back pain that is often experienced by young women. This is due to increased levels of prostaglandins, causing the uterus to contract. One way that can be done with non-pharmacological therapy, namely effleurage massage (massage). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of effleurage massage on the intensity of primary dysmenorrhea pain. One Group Pretest-Postest research design with a sample of 22 respondents who experienced primary dysmenorrhea. The instruments used were SOP effleurage massage and observation sheets with Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The results of the analysis with the Wilcoxon test showed that there were differences in the level of pain intensity of dysmenorrhea before and after it was given (p-value <0.001). Effleurage massage provides an effect in the form of reducing pain by modulating the pain that arises by breaking pain receptors into relaxation and encouraging the release of endorphins. Effleurage massage can be used as a way to reduce the pain of dysmenorrhea because it is proven to be easy, effective, free of cost, and without side effects. The rate of growth and development delays at the preschool age is still quite high. This will pose risks at later stages of growth and development. At preschool age, it can be said as a period of child socialization. One of the factors that influence the social development of children is parenting. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting and social development of preschool-aged children (4-6 years). This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 38 respondents selected by simple random sampling. Collecting data on parenting variables using a structured questionnaire and social development using a Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS) questionnaire. Data analysis using Goodman and Kruskal Tau. The results showed that most parents applied democratic parenting (92.11%) and preschoolers had social development above the average (76.32%). The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between parenting patterns and children's social development (p-value of 0.001). Parents have an important role in nurturing and educating children to become socially mature individuals. Monitoring of children's social development needs to be done to diagnose developmental problems so that early treatment can be carried out and minimize the impact of delays in social development.
