Abstract

Back pain is one of the discomforts of pregnant women in the form of pain that occurs in the lumbosacral area. One way to reduce discomfort is exercise during pregnancy, one of which is yoga. Yoga in pregnancy describes specific postures and techniques that are beneficial to expectant mothers and help relieve discomfort caused by bodily changes during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of yoga exercise on back pain for pregnant women with TM III. This literature study was obtained from searching scientific research articles from the 2010-2020 range using Google Schoolar. The results of the literature study obtained 244 articles, which after the identification, screening, and eligibility process from 244 articles there were 9 articles that matched the researcher's inclusion criteria. From these 9 journals, it can be concluded that yoga exercise is effective in reducing back pain for pregnant women with TM III. Yoga exercise can produce endorphins that trigger feelings of comfort, pleasure, and happiness produced by the central nervous system and pituitary gland, endorphins function to relieve pain because these hormones can block opioid receptors which can block pain-conducting signals. Abstract

The puerperium period is the initial period of breastfeeding and is a determinant of the success of exclusive breastfeeding, but there are still many formula feedings because breast milk does not come out immediately at the first puerperium. Rolling back massage is a method of overcoming barriers to breastfeeding at the beginning of birth, which is to speed up the timing of breastfeeding. The study aimed to analyze the effect of back massage on the timing of breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers. This type of pre-experimental research used intact-group comparison design, a population of 30 nursing mothers, using purposive sampling technique according to inclusion criteria, research instruments using observation sheets and SOPs. Divided into 2 groups, the observation and treatment groups, the treatment group who received back massage for 2-3 minutes twice a day. The results showed that the group that was given the back massage technique had a mean value of 11 while the group that was not given a back massage had a mean value of 19. This means that those who are given a rolling back massage when breastfeeding is faster than those who are not given a rolling back massage. Analysis of the data using the Mann Whitney test obtained a p-value of 0.028 which indicates that there is an effect of rolling back massage on the timing of breastfeeding. Midwives can provide a back massage technique for mothers who do not immediately come out of breast milk at the beginning of birth, so that the time to release breast milk is faster. Abstract

The low rate of exclusive breastfeeding can be caused by various factors, including those from the mother, baby, and the environment. Mother's factors for not breastfeeding include the mother's self-confidence to breastfeed (Breastfeeding Self Efficacy). Four factors that influence breastfeeding self-efficacy are breastfeeding experience, observing other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and physical and emotional conditions. This study aims to describe the breastfeeding self-efficacy factors contained in the article under study. This literature study was obtained from searching scientific research articles from the 2010-2020 range using Google Schoolar. The results of the literature study obtained 48 articles, which after the identification, screening, and eligibility processes were carried out from 48 articles there were 7 articles that matched the inclusion criteria of the researcher. From the 7 articles studied, it was found that breastfeeding experience factors, observations of other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and physical and emotional conditions were related to Breastfeeding Self Efficacy. And of these 3 factors, verbal persuasion is the most dominant influencing, because persuasion in the form of support and enthusiasm will solve the problems faced can inspire breastfeeding mothers to be persistent and strong in increasing their self-efficacy Keywords : Breastfeeding, self efficacy, postpartum mothers

Abstract

Hepatitis B is an infectious disease that is a major health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. This disease can attack pregnant women and can affect the fetus they are carrying. This study aims to identify the chance of hepatitis B incidence based on the characteristics of pregnant women with HBsAg positive at dr. H. Koesnadi Bonsowoso. This research is a descriptive quantitative analytic study, with a population of HBsAg Positive pregnant women in 2019 with a sample size of 76 mothers who were taken using a total sampling technique. Collecting data using secondary data from the medical records of dr. H Koesnadi Bondowoso. The results showed that the characteristics of pregnant women with positive HBsAg had the highest chance in the age group 20-34 years (82.9%), mothers who do not work (75%), husbands who work as private employees (40.8%), mothers who do not have a history of surgery (82.9%), and in multigravidas (64.5%), it is concluded that mothers aged 20-34 years, do not work, have no history of surgery, are multigravida, and have husbands who work as private employees have a high chance of getting Hepatitis B in pregnancy. Screening efforts for pregnant women are needed to reduce the risk of transmission from mother to fetus. Pre-pregnancy screening efforts also need to be done on husband and wife to reduce the risk of transmission between partners. Keywords: Hepatitis B, HBsAg, Characteristics of Pregnant Women

Abstract

Use of contraception plays an important role in reducing maternal mortality, especially for high risk fertile age women (FAW), but from several surveys the frequency of use of non-long-term contraceptive methods (non LCM) is still more dominant. Internal factors that play a role in decision-making behavior in the use of contraceptive methods are self efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of self efficacy with the use of contraceptive methods in high risk FAW. Analytic survey research design with cross sectional approach, with a population of 222 respondents, sampling using simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 56 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used Yate’s Correction test. The results showed there was a relationship between self efficacy and the use of contraceptive methods at high risk FAW (p value 0.046), so it was concluded that the higher the self efficacy then FAW would choose the LCM method. Integrated efforts are needed to change the belief that high-risk FAW has a higher risk of complications, so it is necessary to use the non LCM contraception to prepare for a healthy pregnancy. Abstract

The prevalence of anemia caused by iron deficiency is still a problem for adolescent girls in Kediri Regency. Based on data at SMA 1 Mojo, it is known that there were 85 students suffering from anemia in 2019 and from 2020 to January there were 32 students. This study uses a reminder application used as a reminder of the time to take blood-added tablets. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the use of an Android application-based reminder to drink blood-added tablets on the compliance of anemic adolescents in SMA 1 Mojo, Kediri Regency. The research design used one group pretest-posttest. A sample of 30 students was selected by simple random sampling. The results showed that the mean of pretest compliance was 3.2 and the average posttest was 6.5. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test showed that there was a significant difference in adherence before and after being given a reminder application (p-value <0.001). This increase in compliance occurs because of the reminder application as a reminder to consume blood-added tablets according to the time recommended by health workers. Keywords: anemia adolescent, reminder application, compliance
