Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendiskripsikan proses implementasi sistem rujukan ibu hamil dan ibu bersalin oleh bidan Polindes di wilayah Kecamatan Dampit dan faktor – faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pada proses tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan focus group discussion. Informan terdiri atas Kepala Puskesmas, Bidan dan pasien. Pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Analisa data dengan analisa isi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa jumlah rujukan cukup banyak, SOP sudah tersedia. Tujuan rujukan adalah Puskesmas/Rumah Sakit dan dokter spesialis. Kasus yang dirujuk mengacu pada standar penapisan 18 indikasi rujukan ibu bersalin. Perlengkapan yang dibawa bidan adalah set alat dan obat. Jalur rujukan dari polindes ke Puskesmas, ke Rumah sakit, ke dokter spsesialis, ke Puskesmas lalu ke rumah sakit. Pendampingnya bidan, keluarga dan sopir. Persiapan sebelum dirujuk adalah perlengkapan ibu, perlengkapan bayi, uang dan syarat-syarat administrasi. Alat transportasi menggunakan kendaraan milik pribadi, milik bidan, ambulan desa, ambulan Puskesmas, ambulan Rumah Sakit. Biaya menggunakan asuransi atau membayar tunai. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses rujukan meliputi: biaya, pasien, pengambilan keputusan, rumah sakit yang dituju, transportasi, kompetensi bidan, status domisili pasien dan kepercayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Sangatlah penting bagi suami dan ibu primigravida trimester III mengetahui tanda-tanda persalinan karena kematian ibu pada  masa kehamilan maupun saat atau setelah persalinan di dunia masih sangat tinggi hingga saat ini.Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan antara suami dengan ibu primigravida triemster III tentang tanda-tanda persalinan.Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi semua ibu primigravida trimester III dan suami yang periksa di BPM “SR” dengan jumlah 20 orang untuk suami dan 20 orang untuk ibu primigravida trimester III. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji Mann Whitney dengan SPSS.Hasil penelitian: Menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan suami dan  ibu primigravida trimester III sebagian besar dalam kategori tidak baik dan menurut hasil uji Mann Whitney terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan antara suami dengan ibu primigravida trimester II tentang tanda-tanda persalinan.Simpulan : Hal utama yang membedakan pengetahuan antara suami dengan ibu primigravida adalah sumber informasi, didapatkan ibu lebih banyak memperoleh informasi daripada suami. Sebagian besar suami tidak menemani istrinya untuk kunjungan antenatal. Diharapkan suami bisa meluangkan waktu di hari sabtu maupun minggu untuk menemani istrinya untuk kunjungan antenatal.

Abstract

The KIA handbook is a guideline to broaden the knowledge of pregnant women about newborn care. Baby care that is carried out by the mother correctly and appropriately will ensure a healthy life for the baby. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of KIA books and the readiness of primigravida pregnant women in caring for newborns at the Kedungkandang Public Health Center, Malang City. The correlative analytic study design used a cross-sectional approach, with the population of all TM III primigravida pregnant women who made repeat visits in June-July 2020, taken by total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Spearman's Rho Test. The results showed that a small portion of the primigravida pregnant women (11.1%) used the MCH handbook, the majority 74.1% used the medium category, and a small portion (14.8%) used the low category. while the results of the readiness of primigravida pregnant women in the care of newborns were mostly (51.9%) ready, and almost half (48.1%) in the unprepared category. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of MCH handbooks and the readiness of primigravida pregnant women in caring for newborns (p-value 0.006). The higher the mother's use of the MCH handbook, the higher the mother's knowledge and the more prepared the mother is to take care of her newborn. Abstract

The success of implementing Exclusive Breastfeeding on working mothers is a very rewarding experience. The purpose of this study is to describe the experience of exclusive breastfeeding on working mothers. The type of this research is a qualitative study of phenomenology on 7 informants. The data was collected using in-depth interview. The results of the study found: (a) Exclusive breastfeeding processes for working mothers may be provided directly and indirectly, (b) factors affecting exclusive breastfeeding are support from health, family and co-workers teams, (c) exclusion of breastfeeding difficulties including reduced milk production, Nipple blisters, swollen breasts and limited facilities. Abstract

Biofertilizer is a living microorganism material that is useful for increasing soil fertility and the quality of a plant's production. VP3 biofertilizer is a liquid biofertilizer formulation made from vermiwash as a carrier, molasses, PEG, and 3 functional bacterial isolates. In this study, the VP3 biofertilizer will be enriched with Trichoderma viride FRP3. This study aims to determine the effect of giving VP3 biofertilizer enriched with Trichoderma viride FRP3 on yield and chlorophyll content in Soybean (Glycine max) leaves. This study was an experiment in polybags conducted at the Greenhouse using a Randomized Block Design consisting of 7 treatments, each treatment repeated 3 times and each replication using 4 plant samples. The variables observed included growth variables consisting of plant height, number of leaves and leaf area and leaf chlorophyll content. Data from observations on each plant parameter were then tested using analysis of variance F test with a level 5% significant, if there is a significant effect between treatments followed by Duncan's test at 5% level.The results showed that the application of VP3 biofertilizer enriched with Trichoderma viride FRP3 had no significant effect on plant growth parameters, because in general the treatment of N (m (using NPK fertilizer) showed high yields compared to other treatments, but the application of VP3 biological fertilizer enriched with Trichoderma viride FRP3 in the chlorophyll content of soybean leaves was able to compensate for the application of inorganic NPK fertilizer.

Abstract

Concrete is a composite material (mixture) of several materials whose basic binder consists of a combinationof fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water and different additives in a particular mixture. Sand and gravelare fillers that are used together with a binder and water to form a dense, hard mixture. Sand and gravel inthe Mentebah area, Kapuas Regency has the potential because they are easy to obtain.This study aims to compare and determine the value of the compressive strength of concrete produced fromconcrete using gravel and river stone as a substitute for fine aggregate and coarse aggregate from mentebah.The research was conducted on cylindrical specimens measuring 30 cm high and 15 cm in diameter. The testscarried out were testing the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7 days and 14 days. The test resultsat the age of 7 days for gravel and river stones cannot be used because they do not meet the procedures. Whilethe test results at the age of 14 days for gravel and river stones with sand and river stones broken have anaverage compressive strength of 16 MPa and 21.75 MPa.Keywords: Fine Aggregate (Sirtu), Coarse Aggregate (River Rock), Compressive Strength, Mentebah District

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in shaping a generation that is faithful, noble, and has a positive impact on society and Muslims in general. Harun al-Rashid, as one of the earliest thinkers, made a valuable contribution in this regard, with his concept of thought that is relevant to Islamic education today. This research aims to explain the concept of Harun Ar-Rashid's thoughts related to Islamic education and its relevance to the current context of Islamic education. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, exploring information from various sources such as literature, research reports, theses, dissertations, and electronic publications related to Harun Ar-Rashid's concept of thought on Islamic education and its relevance to the present. The results show that Harun al-Rashid's concept of Islamic education has significant inspirational value. A deep understanding of these concepts allows Islamic education to continue to develop and make a positive contribution amid the dynamics of modern times. In the midst of the complexity of the modern world, the values championed by Harun al-Rashid can be an important guideline in defining the role of Islamic education and achieving the expected noble goals.

Abstract

Blasphemy in the context of Quranic exegesis is a highly relevant topic in religious and Islamic legal discourse. This paper aims to examine the concept of blasphemy from the perspective of Quranic interpretation, as well as how the interpretation of verses related to religious insults can influence the understanding of Muslims regarding the limits of freedom of speech and religious practices. This research utilizes a qualitative method with a contextual exegesis approach to analyze the verses often associated with blasphemy. The findings indicate that the interpretation of these verses heavily depends on the historical and social context, as well as the jurisprudential approach used in understanding Islamic laws. Furthermore, this paper highlights the importance of tolerance and respect for differences in faith when addressing issues of blasphemy, and the need for a wise approach in interpreting sacred texts. Finally, the paper suggests the necessity of interfaith dialogue and a more inclusive approach in discussing issues of blasphemy to avoid conflict and maintain social harmony.

Abstract

Educational management plays a strategic role in determining the success of learning processes in various educational institutions. Evaluation and accountability are two interrelated key elements in shaping an effective, transparent, and sustainable education system. This study aims to develop an adaptive and responsive educational management concept to meet contemporary demands and provide strategic recommendations for educational institutions in improving learning quality. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design, this research finds that the integration of systematic evaluation and strong accountability is a fundamental aspect of educational management. Evaluation provides in-depth data on learning effectiveness, while accountability ensures that every component of the educational system takes responsibility for the outcomes achieved. Together, they significantly contribute to creating an educational management mechanism oriented toward continuous quality improvement.
