<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of service and product quality on customer loyalty of Telkomsel Provider in Sukabumi City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data through survey technique. The research location is in the city of Sukabumi, West Java. The number of research respondents may be 99 providers of Telkomsel users with a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument (questionnaire) using the validity test and reliability test. The test uses multiple hypothesis analysis, which consists of the T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable (X1) partially does not have a significant effect on the customer loyalty variable (Y) Telkomsel provider, the product quality variable (X2) partially. simultaneous influence on customer loyalty (Y) Telkomsel provider and variables of service quality and product quality simultaneously affect customer loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[This analysis was conducted to see the performance of companies in the metal & allied product sub sector and chemical sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using financial ratio analysis. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data used is secondary data, in the form of financial statements for the period 2017-2018, which are published on the IDX website. The data used is the financial statements of 29 companies. Financial ratio analysis used is the current ratio, operating profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, earning power of total investment, debt to assets, debt to equity, total assets turnover, and fixed assets turnover. The result of analysis shows an increase and a decrease.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the postal mails and parcel income and financial services income affect net income. The research method uses non-probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling methods. The population and sample in this study are PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and the period of this study starting from 2008 to 2016. Data analysis method used is using a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, while for hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis. Result: That the postal mails and income package do not have a significant influence on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) net income, whereas financial services income has a significant influence on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) net income, and postal mails and parcel revenue and financial services revenue significantly influence the net income of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).]]>

<![CDATA[Shopee on National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas) 12.12.2020 recorded the highest sales record of one million products in one minute, and 12 million products in 24 minutes. This study aims to examine purchasing decisions at Shopee.co.id when viewed from the influence of product quality and promotions carried out. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, namely students in Sukabumi City. The test instruments include validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing and F test. The results of this study found that product quality and promotion had no effect, either partially or simultaneously, on purchasing decisions at Shopee students in Sukabumi City. It is not easy to ensure the quality of the products that come after shopping online. Massive promotional activities carried out by various platforms create many choices for potential consumers to make purchasing decisions]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on firm value. The population of this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The research sample was selected using certain criteria, so that 13 companies were selected as the company sample. Data analysis was performed by using multiple linear regression test using SPSS version 20 statistical test tool. The results showed that partially DER had a negative effect on firm value. An increase in DER increases interest expense and lowers profitability. The decline in profitability reduces investors' interest in investing and will have an impact on decreasing stock prices. LDER partially has no effect on firm value. Investors are critical of the use of long-term debt funds, so the ups and downs of the LDER are not always followed by the ups and downs of the PBV.]]>

<![CDATA[Leaders have a very decisive role in achieving success and failure in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of KONI officials in Sukabumi Regency. The research approach used is quantitative associative. Research subjects or respondents amounted to 31 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire with 20 statement items. The results showed that leadership style had no effect on the performance of KONI officials in Sukabumi Regency. Based on the respondents' responses, it was found that in a certain situation the leadership style was able to influence the performance of the management for the better, but in general or overall the effect was not significant.]]>

<![CDATA[Digifoto Sukabumi sebagai salah satu perusahan jasa harus mampu memberikan layanan foto yang berkualitas agar konsumen merasa puas sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan yang meningkat dari hasil penggunaan jasa yang terus berulang-ulang dari konsumen itu sendiri. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut membutuhkan komunikasi yang baik antar pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi kelompok terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengujian asosiatif dan penjelasan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 133 konsumen Digifoto Sukabumi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear (uji t), uji koefisien korelasi, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji regresi linear menemukan bahwa komunikasi kelompok berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan Digifoto Sukabumi. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi menemukan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara komunikasi kelompok dengan kinerja perusahaan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel komunikasi kelompok sebesar 50,60%, sementara sisanya yaitu sebesar 49,40% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor di luar penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam dunia pekerjaan, ketika work-life balance tidak diseimbangkan, maka hal itu akan berdampak pada kinerja yang buruk dan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengujian asosiatif dan penjelasan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah responden karyawan di Digifoto Sukabumi berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana (uji t), uji koefisien kolerasi, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Digifoto Sukabumi. Digifoto Sukabumi dapat membantu karyawan dalam menyeimbangkan peran di tempat kerja dan keluarga dengan cara memberikan dukungan yang diperlukan karyawan untuk mempertahankan work-life balance mereka.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan teknologi melahirkan teknologi transportasi online yang mempertemukan penumpang sebagai pengguna jasa dengan supir dan mobil sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi dengan mudah via smartphone. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga sejauh ini dianggap menjadi faktor pertimbangan penting bagi konsumen untuk memilih salah satu diantara beberapa penyedia jasa ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pengguna Grab di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini berdasarkan tingkat eksplanasinya digolongkan dalam penelitian asosiatif dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah pengguna layanan jasa ojeg online Grab-Bike. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 100 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna Grab di Kota Sukabumi. Pengguna merasa nyaman dengan keramahan dan etika pengendara Grab-Bike, namun masih menilai waktu pelayanan belum optimal sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan. Harga jasa Grab-Bike sesuai dengan manfaat yang dirasakan, namun masih belum lebih murah dibanding pesaing, sehingga pelanggan masih dapat berpindah-pindah ke jasa ojeg online lain.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hal ini dilakukan agar penulis dan yang berkepentingan dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dipengaruhi pendapatan asli daerah. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui dan memahaminya. Populasi berjumlah 27 kota dan kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat, dan seluruhnya diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh PAD terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tren realisasi PAD dari setiap pemerintah daerah dari tahun ke tahun memang terus mengalami peningkatan, tapi peningkatan ini tidak serta merta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan daerah. Hal ini terjadi karena masih banyak faktor-faktor lain yang lebih memengaruhi kinerja keuangan daerah ini.]]>
