Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to analyze the influence of Lifestyle (X) on Interest in Buying (Y) Vivo smartphones in the people of Jaharun B Village, Dusun 1, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency with a total sample of 97 people. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire given to each respondent. The data is processed using SPSS 20. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression (b) of 0.737 and it can be concluded that Lifestyle has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest. Which means that if the Lifestyle is increasing, the Buying Interest will increase by 0.737. Based on the t test, it is known that tcount ttable is 11,037 1,661. So it can be stated that there is a real influence between Lifestyle and Interest in Buying Vivo smartphones in the Jaharun B Village Community, Dusun 1, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency, and the relationship is proven to be significant. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R square) it can be said that the Lifestyle variable (X) has an effect on the Purchase Interest variable (Y) of 0.562 or with a percentage of 56.2% and the remaining 43.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by research this.

Abstract

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How does the effect of commitment, on employee performance at the North Sumatra I DGT Regional Office? How does the influence of employee behavior on employee performance? How does the influence of employee work ability on employee performance? How does the influence of supervision on employee performance? How big is the influence of commitment, employee behavior, work ability and supervision on employee performance at the North Sumatra I DGT Regional Office? . The purpose of this research is: To analyze and determine the effect of commitment to employee performance partially, to determine the effect of employee behavior on employee performance partially, to determine the effect of employee ability to work partially on employee performance, to determine the effect of partial supervision on employee performance, to know the effect of commitment, employee behavior and supervision of employee performance at the North Sumatra DGT Regional Office I. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that there was a significant influence between commitment to employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (3.107 1.67) at n = 76 with a significance level of 95%, there was a significant effect between employee behavior on performance employees, because according to the results of t analysis t-table (5.306 1.67) at n = 76 with a significance level of 95%, there is a significant influence between work ability on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis t-table (2,161 1.65) at n = 76 with a significance level of 95%, There is a significant influence between supervision on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis t-table (3,434 1.67) at n = 76 with a level significant 95%, F-count value F table (17.950 2.72) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect of commitment, employee behavior, supervision, the performance of large employees influence by 28.8%. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The problem of this research is: How does the motivation, organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. With the probability sampling technique determined by the Slovin  formula,  the  sample in  this  study  was 64  people.  The motivation variable partially has a positive influence on employee performance; The organizational  culture variable partially  has  a  positive influence on  employee performance; The work discipline variable partially has a positive influence on employee performance; Motivation, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously   have   a   positive   and   significant   influence   on   employee performance.

Abstract

The object of this research is PT. Surgika Alkesindo Medan. Some problems that occur at PT. Surgika Alkesindo Medan namely the quality of the products offered is not in accordance with the desires of consumers and also the price of the products offered is less affordable because it is relatively expensive and not in accordance with the quality of the products provided and promotions made to Suture Gloves products are still less effective and efficient and tend to monotonous. Increasing product quality and reducing prices and increasing promotions are expected to improve consumer purchasing decisions. Theories used in this research are theories related to product quality, price and promotion. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection methods are done by interview, questionnaire and study documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population is the average of all consumers who make purchases on Suture Gloves products at least once at PT. Surgika Alkesindo Medan, amounting to 127 consumers. Determination of the sample in this study using random sampling with a sample withdrawal using the formula Slovin 95% obtained as many as 96 respondents of the study sample. The results of the hypothesis show that product quality, price and promotion simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and price is the most dominant factor influencing purchase decisions. Determination test results, namely Adjusted R Square of 0.523 means that 52.3% of the purchase decision variable can be explained by variables of product quality, price and promotion.The conclusions in this study are simultaneously and partially the quality of products, prices and promotions have   a   positive   and   significant   effect   on   purchasing   decisions   at   PT.   Surgika   Alkesindo   Medan.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this thesis is whether there is an effect of using funds to increase the profit of micro business customers of PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Setia Budi Branch, is there any effect of the amount of credit on increasing the profit of micro business customers of PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Setia Budi Branch, is there any effect of credit burden on increasing the profit of micro business customers of PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Setia Budi Branch, is there any effect of the procedure on increasing the profit of micro business customers of PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Setia Budi Branch. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of funds, the amount of credit, credit burden, and procedures to increase the profit of micro business customers of PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Setia Budi Branch. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 69 KUR customers from PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Setia Budi Branch. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of funds has no effect on increasing the profit of micro business customers of PT. Bank Bukopin Medan Setia Budi Branch. The amount of credit has a significant positive effect on increasing the profit of micro business customers of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Medan Wahidin. Abstract

The study is grounded by the decreasing of hand body Citra top brand in 3 (three) years a row which indicates the occurance phenomenon of consumer switching from hand body lotion Citra to other hand body lotion. This phenomenon is ussually called brand switching. Therefore, the problem in this study is “what are the factors that influence consumer switching from hand body lotion to another hand body lotion brand”. This study examined two independent variables; there are consumer dissatisfaction, competitor’s advertising toward brand switch behavior. The purpose of this study is to find the influence of the independent variables toward brand switching behavior. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive methods and quantitative methods. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires, measuring using a likert scale and processed systematically using the Statistical For Product and Service solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The test used in this study is validity test, reliabiliy test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, t test, f test, and determination. Consumer dissatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand switching behavior because that is 2.326 1.993. Competitor advertising has a positive and significant effect on brand switching behavior because  that is 4.163 1.993. Consumer dissastifaction and competitor advertising simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on brand switching behavior because  that is 38.061 3.11 and a significant level for the F test equal to 0.000 0.05 means that consumer dissatisfaction and competitor advertising have a positive and significant effect on brand switching behavior. Based on the overall result of the study, it can be concluded that partially and simultaneously consumer dissatifaction and cocompetitor advertisor have a positive and significant effect on brand switching behavior in product hand body lotion Citra.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of human relations, work discipline and work environment on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this research were all employees, amounting to 81 people. Determination of the number of samples using a saturated sample (census). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows. The results showed that : 1) Human relations had a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal; 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal; 3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal; 4) Human relations, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Human relations, work discipline and work environment have the ability to explain its effect on employee performance variables of 64.0%, while the remaining 36.0% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Problem of this study is how influence of job attitude on performance. How influence of  self ability on performance. How influence of job stress on   performance. How influence job attitude, self ability and job stress on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of job attitude on   performance. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate job attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Self ability variable has a positive and significant effect on  performance. Job stress variable has a positive and no significant effect on   performance.  Job attitude,  self ability and job stress variable has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: How is the influence of work facilities, role conflict, work motivation and emotional intelligence partially and concurrently on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi? Research objectives: To determine the effect of work facilities, role conflict, motivation and emotional intelligence partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of work facilities, role conflict, work motivation and emotional intelligence partially and jointly on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The study was conducted at the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Service Office Jalan Sutoyo Number 32 Rambung Tebing Tinggi, with a population of 83 people, and a study sample. of 82 people.Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (1.953 1.67) at n = 82 at 95% significance level. Role conflict has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office of Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (0.112 ˂ 1.67) at n = 82 at 95% significance level. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tebing Tinggi Primary Tax Office employee, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (3.53 1.67) at n = 82 with a significant level of 95%. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office of Tebing Tinggi, this is supported by the results of thitung analysis t-table (4.01 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%.Value of F-count F table (138,565 2,48) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, role conflict, work motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office .
