Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of teaching experience, work ethics and teaching motivation on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this research were all employees, amounting to 55 teachers. Determination of the number of samples using a saturated sample (census). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows. The results showed that : 1) Teaching Experience had a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value of tcount (2.161) ttable (1.675) and the probability level of 0.035 0.05; 2) Work Ethics has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value of tcount (2.225) ttable (1.675) and probability value of 0.031 0.05; 3) Teaching Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value tcount (6.341) ttable (1.675) and probability value of 0.000 0.05; 4) Teaching experience, work ethic and teaching motivation are positive and significant to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sibolga, where the value of Fcount (24,977) Ftable (2,786) and probability 0,000 0.05. Teaching experience, work ethic and teaching motivation explain its influence on teacher performance by 57.1%, while the remaining 42.9% is requested by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of employee engagement on employee performance. How does the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance. How is the influence of work discipline on employee performance. How does the influence of employee engagement individual characteristics and work discipline on employee performance.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. To determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance. To influence the influence of work discipline on employee performance. To influence employee engagement individual characteristics and work discipline on employee performance.The sample in this study amounted to 47 people. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study explain that employee engagement has a positive and significant  effect  on  employee  performance.  Individual  characteristics  have  a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement of individual characteristics and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance.

Abstract

This research discusses about the influences of innovation, detail attention and output orientation on employees’ performance at Community and Village Empowerment of Asahan Regency. The aim of this research is to analyse influences of innovation, detail attention and output orientation both partially and simultaneously on employees’ performance at the office. This is a quantitative research with total sampling technique. Sample is 45 employees. Results show that each independent variable; innovation, detail attention and output orientation, partially influences employees’ performance positively and significantly. Innovation has tcount  value 3,795 and level of significance 0.000, detail attention has 4,188 and 0.010, and output orientation has 5,435 and 0.000. Simultaneously, innovation, detail attention and output orientation have significant and positive influences on employees’ performance at Community and Village Empowerment of Asahan Regency with Fcount value 45,204 and level of significance 0.000.

Abstract

Social welfare relates to social conditions, where social issues can be addressed satisfactorily, social needs can be fulfilled well, having a sense of security in life and freely open social opportunities. Social capital that exists in the community can enrich the community and can even minimize the chances of conflict. The type of contribution of the agricultural sector in Serdang District Bedagai is the largest produced by the commodity of food crops (BPS, 2014). Decision of farmers to grow crops because it is based on the needs of eating farmers ' families as well as the price of food ingredients are increasingly expensive. The high value of social capital that is owned by a region can help farmers in terms of production, distribution and innovation. Based on the explanation, researchers are interested in researching how big the social capital is on farmers in the district of Serba Jadi, then its influence on the productivity of existing farmers in the sub-district of Serdang Bedagai District. The role of capital can help increase agricultural productivity, but not many people acknowledge that the increase of human capital and social capital can raise the productivity of farmers, while the productivity of farmers in District Department of district Serdang Bedagai is low. This research aims to determine the influence of social capital both partially and simultaneously to the productivity of farmers in the subdistrict of Serdang Bedagai district.This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis techniques use double regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Variable Trust has no positive effect on farmer productivity (2) Participation variables have no positive effect on farmer productivity (3) network variables have no positive effect To farmer productivity (4) variable social norms positively and significantly influence on farmers ' productivity (5) Variable trust, participation, networking, and social norms positively influence together towards productivity Farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cafe design on increasing visitors to Cafe Rahayu Resto in Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sampling technique used is the random sampling method, which is taking samples from the population at random without regard to the existing strata in the population of 84 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. In the partial hypothesis test (t test) the cafe design variable has a positive and significant effect on increasing visitors with a t count t table (12.766 1.989) and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. The results of the determination test obtained an R Square value of 0.665, meaning that the variable increase in visitors can be explained by 66.5% by the cafe design variable, while the remaining 33.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The problems in research what is influence of job attitude on performance. What is influence of profession commitment on performance. What is influence of job motivation on performance. Abstract

A nation no longer relies on the superiority of natural wealth, but rather on the excellence of human resources, one of which is educators (teachers) who are able to answer challenges very quickly. Education is basically an effort to develop human resources, even though efforts to develop human resources. Problems regarding teacher performance are problems that will always be faced by the management of an organization, therefore management needs to know the factors that can affect teacher performance With withdrawal techniques sample in total sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 30 people Middle School 1 Junior High School Teacher Karang Baru District Karang Baru Aceh Tamiang District. There was a significant effect of Discipline on the performance of teachers in the Junior High School 1 Junior High School at 0.353 on teacher performance so that it can be concluded adequate discipline can determine Teacher performance will also be high even though there are other variables that support to see the results of the performance of a teacher -0.281 but it is significant to conclude that Compensation can have high results if the teacher has good Compensation. Teacher creativity influences teacher performance by 0.351 and this significant indicates that Creativity can improve performance, Discipline, Compensation and Creativity together - a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru First Middle School, is 24.6% while the remaining 75.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

One of the keys to a company's success is to depend on good employee performance and harmoniously intertwined directly or indirectly contribute to offices that include internal and external interests that are owned by offices. For this reason, in improving employee performance, it is necessary to manage changes and organizational culture that can affect performance, because many employees have different attitudes, different cultural backgrounds, and different understandings that can affect employee performance in an organization. For this reason, in improving employee performance, it is necessary to manage changes and organizational culture that can affect performance, because many employees have different attitudes, different cultural backgrounds, and different understandings that can affect employee performance in an organization. Based on the results of the equation, the following explanation can be described: Constant value of 46.243 means that if the overall value of the variable (Management of Change X1, Organizational Culture X2, Quality of Work X3) rises by 1a respectively, the value of Performance (Y) will rise to 46,243. Change Management by 0.220 means that if the Change Management value increases by 1a then the performance value will also increase by 0.220. A positive coefficient value means that Change Management has a positive influence on performance. Organizational Culture coefficient value of 0.543 means that if the Organizational Culture value increases by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.543. A positive coefficient value means that Organizational Culture has a positive influence on Performance. The coefficient of Work Quality value of 0.482 means that if the value of Work Quality rises by 1a, the value of performance will also increase by 0.482. A positive coefficient value gives the meaning that Work Quality has a positive influence on Performance.

Abstract

The problem of this research is: Do independence, organizational culture, and monitoring an effect on employee work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of independence, organizational culture, and supervision on employee work discipline. With the Total Sampling technique, the sample in this study was 65 people. Personal independence partially has a positive effect on employee work discipline; Organizational culture partially has a positive effect on employee work discipline; Supervision partially has a positive effect on employee work discipline; Personal independence, organizational culture and supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Leadership style and compensation are elements that can influence job satisfaction in order to improve employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinarmas Finance Medan. This type of research is  explanatory  research.  The  entire  population  is  sampled  in  the  study. Information retrieval of 123 employees who acted as respondents in the study was conducted using a questionnaire composed of five Likert scales. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination and simultaneous tests and partial tests. The results showed that leadership and compensation styles partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinarmas Finance Medan. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to increase employee confidence in leadership and work motivation of employees so that it can improve employee job satisfaction and achieve university goals
