The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of information technology and understanding of Government Accounting Standards on the quality of financial reports at the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service. The sampling procedure used in this study is non-probability with purposive sampling technique, namely employees related to financial statements. Based on these criteria, the sample in this study was 30 employees at the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service. Data collection methods using questionnaires and data analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The regression results show a positive influence between information technology and understanding of Government Accounting Standards on the quality of financial reports at the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service because the regression direction has a positive direction, namely Y = 2.062 + 0.436X1 + 0.670X2 + 5,504. Information technology has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service, because the significant value of 0.005 is smaller than 0.05. Understanding of Government Accounting Standards has a significant influence on the quality of financial reports at the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Information technology and understanding of Government Accounting Standards jointly have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.603. This means that information technology and understanding of Government Accounting Standards affect the quality of financial reports by 60.3% while the rest (100-60.3% = 43.3%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study..

The purpose of this study is to examine.whether there is an influence in the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch. Employee performance can be assessed as good and good if the implementation is in accordance with the desired goals or is able to meet the needs of a company, but to implement a maximum employee performance we need to pay attention to several aspects that can affect the good or bad of an employee's performance. Such as work environment factors and work motivation that must be considered so that the level of employee performance is maximum and company goals are met. The research sample this time amounted to 60 people from office employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch. This research data collection by filling out a questionnaire and the method of analysis is multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis obtained are Y = 5.553 + 0.267 (X1) + 0.592 (X2) + 3.671. This describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Work Motivation) on Y (Employee Performance). If the variables of Work Environment and Work Motivation increase, it will increase Employee Performance. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.623, this means that the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have an influence of 62.3% on Employee Performance (Y) while the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other variables not examined. The correlation value is 0.789, this explains that the relationship between the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) has a strong relationship. The results of the t test at a significant level of 0.05 explained that partially the Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables had a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bank Syraiah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch because the value is significantly less than 0.05. The results of the f test at a significant level of 0.05 explain that the variables of Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Syraiah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch because the value is significantly less than 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and communication on employee performance at the Satpol PP Office in South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study 44 employees who have become the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Satpol PP Office in South Bengkulu Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3,762 + 0,510X1 + 0,420X2. The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.487. This means that X1 (supervision) and X2 (communication) have an effect on performance (Y) by 48.7% while the remaining 51.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it indicates that together X1 (supervision) and X2 (communication) have a positive and significant effect together on performance (Y). Supervision has a positive and significant effect on performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on performance because the significant value is smaller than 0.05.

The sample in this study was 50 customers of Emi Salon of Seluma Regency. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 2.465 + 0.353X1 + 0.519 X2 + e, the coefficient of determination of adjust R square is 0.708. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (price), have a contribution to customer satisfaction (Y) of 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Service quality has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Emi Salon in Seluma Regency, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Price has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Emi Salon Seluma Regency, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Service quality and price have a significant effect simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Emi Salon of Seluma Regency, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05

Performance is a very important thing in the company's efforts to achieve goals (Rivai, 2015: 86). Therefore, the management of an agency must try to encourage its employees to work well so that they can achieve the best performance. To create employee performance, of course, there are several things that must be considered by the agency, such as work ability and motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability and work motivation on the civil servant performance at Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study was 36 civil servants at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed the regression value Y = 3.125 + 0.713X1 + 0.393X2 - with a positive regression direction, meaning that if work ability and job satisfaction increased, the performance of employees at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency would also increase. Work ability has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value of 0.005 is smaller than 0.05. Work ability and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Central Bengkulu Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.666. This means that work ability and work motivation affect performance by 66.6% while the rest (100-66.6% = 33.4%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

This research is an article that raises the performance of employees. In this study, it focuses more on what factors affect employee performance at the Semidang Alas Maras Sub-district Office, Seluma Regency, especially for individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors. The research method uses quantitative methods and data analysis with multiple linear regression test with SPSS for windows version 23 application. The results of data processing prove that there is a significant influence for individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors on the performance of the employees of the Semidang Alas Maras Subdistrict Office, Seluma Regency. The effect on the performance of the employees of the Semidang Alas Maras Sub-district Office, Seluma Regency, is seen from the beta coefficient value, namely the psychological factor has a standard beta coefficient value of 0.201, then followed by organizational factors which have a standard coefficient value of beta 0.129 while for individual factors has a standard coefficient value of beta 0.074 . From the analysis of the data produced, it can be concluded that psychological factors are the dominant factors that have the greatest influence on the tendency of employee performance at the Semidang Alas Maras Subdistrict Office, Seluma Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, service quality and product quality on customer decisions to save at Bank Mandiri Taspen Sub-Branch Office Manna Bengkulu Selatan. The sample in this study was 100 customers who saved at Bank Mandiri Taspen, Manna Bengkulu Selatan Sub-Branch Office. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show Y = 8.281 + 0.186X1 + 0.397 X2 + 0.235 X3 + e. Location has a significant influence on customer decisions to save at Bank Mandiri Taspen Sub-Branch Office Manna Bengkulu Selatan, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.018 which is smaller than 0.05. Service quality has a significant influence on customer decisions to save at Bank Mandiri Taspen, Manna Bengkulu Selatan Sub-Branch Office, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Product quality has a significant influence on customer decisions to save at Bank Mandiri Taspen, Manna Bengkulu Selatan Sub-Branch Office, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the Effectiveness Analysis of the Internal Audit of Receivables at PT. Raflesindo Surya Mandiri Bengkulu. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Answer Percentage obtained through scoring. The results of respondents' answers can say that the implementation of internal audit on the occurrence of all indicators is effective, and the effectiveness of internal audit on activities at PT Raflesindo Surya Mandiri is very important, the percentage is between 76- 100%.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency. Samples in the study were 106 employees as Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression equation that is Y = 8.771- 0.332X1 + 0.470X2 + 3.085 means that the workload has a negative regression direction, if the workload increases then the performance will decrease. The work environment has a positive direction, meaning that if the work environment is better, the employee's performance will increase. The result of the determination test is 0.515 or (51.5%). This shows that the workload and work environment affect employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency by 51.5%, while the rest (100 - 51.5% = 48.5%) are explained or influenced by other variables not examined. work and work environment together have an influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that a high workload for employees at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency will reduce employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency, with a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that a good work environment can improve employee performance.

The purpose of the study was to find out how the marketing strategy was carried out by the small business coffee powder owner Mak Pika in Sekalak village, Seluma Utara sub-district, Seluma sub-district. The sample in this study was 52 people consisting of 12 employees for internal factors and 40 people for external factors, namely customers from Mak Pika coffee powder. The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis consisting of an Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategic Factor Matrix (EFAS). Mak Pika's Small Business Strategy in Sekalak Village, North Seluma District, Seluma Regency supports an aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in the SWOT matrix. The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 2.02 while the weakness is 1.31, then the internal factor quadrant is 2.02 + 1.31 = 3.33 which means that the ability of Mak Pika's Small Business in Sekalak Village, North Seluma District, Seluma Regency in utilizing strengths and minimize internal weaknesses. The opportunities for this strategy are 1.96 and the threats are 1.47. Then the external factor quadrant is 1.96 +1.47 = 3.43, meaning that the high ability of Mak Pika Small Business in Sekalak Village, North Seluma District, Seluma Regency in taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming threats faced by companies in marketing ground coffee business.
