Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of waqf testaments for sharia insurance policies. Based on the Fatwa DSN MUI variation 106/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning the Benefits of Waqf Insurance and Funding Benefits in Sharia Life Insurance, it is regulated that the challenge for assets that may be waqf is 45% while in Waqf law it is 1/3 of wealth or Syirkah. This study uses a qualitative technique by using a literature study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of waqf wills in sharia insurance policies has not been fully implemented and well controlled..

Abstract

Aromania Parfumery is a distributor of imported and local perfumes/perfumes, both wholesale and retail, which has dozens of outlets spread throughout Indonesia. The packaging provided by Aromania Parfumery is 500 ml, 250 ml, 100 ml and 50 ml and provides refill/refill perfume. This study aims to determine how much influence satisfaction and trust have on purchase intention on Aromania Parfumery Kapuas products, Bengkulu City. In this study, data were obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to 100 people who were used as respondents, namely consumers who bought products at Aromania Parfumery Kapuas, Bengkulu City. Then the data analysis was carried out using quantitative data. Quantitative analysis includes instrument testing, Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test using the SPSS program, namely Y = 5.504 + 0.362 (X1) + 0.513 (X2). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) the value of R Square is 0.595 or 59.5%, where the coefficient of determination means that together the satisfaction and trust variables contribute to influencing purchase intention at Aromania Parfumery Kapuas Bengkulu City, while the rest is 0.405 or 40.5% is influenced by other variables outside the study which were not examined in this study. Testing the hypothesis using the t test and F test shows that the satisfaction (X1) and trust (X2) variables have a significant effect on purchase intention (Y), where the tcount value is greater than the ttable value, and the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value. This means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the marketing strategy of lantung leather craft at the Taste Shop of Bengkulu City in order to obtain maximum sales results. The samples in this study were internal samples (21 people) + external samples (30 people) = 51 people, namely customers from the Sari Rasa Store, Bengkulu City. The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis consisting of an Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategic Factor Matrix (EFAS). Based on the results of research on the marketing strategy of latung leather handicrafts, Based on the results of the discussion presented based on the results of previous studies, it can be concluded that the results of the SWOT analysis show that the internal strategic factor analysis summary (IFAS) / strengths and weaknesses of 3.16 and external strategic factor analysis summary (EFAS)/opportunities and threats of the Taste Shop business with a total of 3.41 from these results, it is better for the Taste Shop business to use the SO strategy, namely by utilizing all business strengths in order to seize and take advantage of existing opportunities optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study iswas to examine consumer protection and control of products circulating in Mandailing Natal Regency in consuming goods or services, the government issued a policy of regulating consumer rights through laws as the implementation of a properous state. As consumers we must know what products an services can be consumed properly. Consumers cannot be separated from the rights and obligations of a producer. In this case the producer is the party that makes or produces the product. And until now, there are still many business actors who deliberately sell produts that are no longer fit for circulation. This study uses a qualitative research method with  a descriptive approach. Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer protection states that consumer rights in relation to consumer protection for the distribution of health products are the right to comfort, security and safety in obtaining or using these health products. Consumers of health products have the right to correct, clear anda honest information regarding the conditions and guarantees of goods and consumers also have the right to have their opinions heard on the of health products.

Abstract

This study focuses on the management of corporate zakat on Islamic banking. The purpose of the study was to determine the management of the company's zakat on Islamic banking. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely a research method based on philosophy used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, collecting data using literature studies such as taking from clear and accurate reading sources. The result of this research is to understand the company's zakat management towards sharia banking.

Abstract

Sharia banking is currently on the rise and has become a reference for the public to invest their funds for various needs. For this reason, various Islamic banking products must be able to be understood by the public, one of which is the application of mudharabah contracts on savings products. This article discusses the analysis of the suitability of the Mudharabah Agreement in the Suka-Suka Savings Products at Bank Mega Syariah KCP Medan Katamso. This article uses qualitative research with data collection through direct interviews with stakeholders at Bank Mega Syariah KCP Medan Katamso. The results of this study are the application of the contract used in the Suka-suka Savings is the mudharabah muthlaqah contract, which is a form of cooperation between the shahibul maal (the owner of the funds) namely the customer and the mudharib (the fund manager) namely the bank, where the owner of the funds (shahibul maal) does not provide restrictions on mudharib in determining the type of business, time and area of business as long as it does not conflict with sharia principles and is in accordance with bank regulations.

Abstract

Basically, Marketing Mix is a marketing mix concept that puts forward elements such as promotion, price, place and product by considering the company's intended purpose, in which the implementation of a good and appropriate marketing mix will increase sales of both goods and services offered. qualitative research with case studies through a descriptive approach. The results of the study explain that the marketing mix for the Main Savings Products at Bank Mega Syariah Kcp Katamso can be categorized as successful this implementation is evidenced by the various successes of Bank Mega Syariah in getting customers both collectively and individually and this is inseparable on the performance of the operational and marketing teams who have implemented the marketing mix concept well, from the various efforts made by researchers, many have learned that something that is managed well, the results will also be good.

Abstract

Internal Audit is an independent assessment function made within an organization or company with the aim of testing and evaluating the number of varios activities carried out by the organization or company. With the aim of assisting the management of the organization in providing accountability in an effective form. Internal Audt activities are to provide recommendations and sses in order to improve the governance process of a company (Good Corporate Governance), in order to be able to achieve the goals and targets that have been previously set by te company. In the current era of globalization which has entered the 4.0 era, the developing business world has developed very rapidly. Therefore, in dealing with this, companies/business entities need to improve the implementation of Good Corporate Governance especially on the principles of transparency and accountability. The implementation of this matter is also influenced by the role of the internal auditor. The more the role of the Internal Auditor’s performance in the company, the more application of these two principles will be. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mega Syariah KC MEDAN. This company is company in a banking service. This research was conducted by taking data from the OJK and the website which focused on the application of the principle of accountability, and the role of internal auditors in supporting the implementation of these two principles. The research indicate that the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability has beeb going well, and the role of Internal Auditors has supported implementation of these two principles.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the main factors of work motivation of insurance agents. Insurance companies that are sometimes still underestimated by others, may be the most promising and productive job opportunities today. Certain births and deaths make insurance very suitable as a long-term investment for the family. In carrying out their duties, insurance agents are responsible for marketing and selling insurance services to cover losses caused by illness, car accidents, fires, earthquakes, and so on. In addition, the insurance agent serves as an intermediary for an agreement between the insured and the insurer which will later be regulated in the insurance agreement. This study uses observational research methods and literature studies and researchers find that agents have a great influence on the success of insurance companies for many years. Therefore, according to researchers, the work motivation of agents is an interesting topic to discuss.
