Abstract

Banking is a financial institution that provides services and conveniences to its customers who wish to conduct financial transactions. Bank Mega Syariah KC Medan is one of the Islamic financial institutions that offers mudharabah time deposits (deposits) with profit sharing contracts. The target of this bank product is some people who can afford and have excess funds. This study aims to determine the effect of the profit-sharing ratio on customer interest in saving on deposit products against Mega Syariah Bank KC Medan. The advantage of this profit-sharing ratio system for banks is that it can increase investment in third-party funds, as well as facilitate the circulation of money within the bank.

Abstract

Loyalty is a customer's attachment to a product or service, measured by repeat purchases. Customer loyalty has an important role in the company. Maintaining them means improving financial performance and maintaining the viability of a company. This is the main reason for a company to attract and retain customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the agent's strategy in forming customer trust and loyalty towards repurchase intentions. To clarifyy thesee problems in depth and comprehensively, the researchers used qualitativee researchh withh data colllection methods inn thee formm of interviews andd observations. Basedd onn thee resultss of the studyy indicate thatt thee strategy to maintain customer loyalty at PT Sun Life Financial Unit Syariah Medan Branch can be said to be in accordance with the strategy in general. But in reality there are several strategies that fail to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Public service is something that must be paid attention to because to provide satisfaction to the community. The government must of course continue to strive to improve the quality of services so that people are satisfied with the performance and services provided. This study aims to analyze the quality of public services in the administration sector at the PUPR office in Langkat district. The type of research used is qualitative research. With data collection techniques using literature studies, observations and interviews from several people in the District of Stabat. The results of this study indicate that the quality of satisfactory public services is very significant for economic growth, especially for the stabat community.

Abstract

In BUMN, corporate social responsibility has been regulated in the Minister of BUMN Regulation No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015 regarding PKBL. PT Jasa Raharja as a BUMN must follow the policies set by the Minister of BUMN, one of which is the creation of a PKBL Unit according to the Regulation of the Minister of BUMN No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015. This study aims to find out what the benefits of the CSR program are to the success of MSMEs. This research was conducted at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Representative Tk.1 Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative method . The data collection technique used is literature study and field study. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program is very beneficial for the success of MSMEs in the city of Medan. This is caused by many factors, such as the process that is passed and the requirements needed are very easy and not difficult, the amount of loans given is also considered to be sufficient to meet the needs of MSME owners. The community (especially MSMEs) really need financial assistance to expand their business so that their business is able to compete with other larger businesses, therefore the partnership program is felt to be very helpful for the community. This CSR program is also useful for improving good relations between the company and the surrounding community.

Abstract

The word zakat etymologically has many meanings: holy, best and clean. In terms of terminology, zakat is a certain amount of disturbance that is required by Allah to be given to those who are entitled. Based on the Zakat Processing Norms No. 38 of 1998, the definition of Zakat must be set aside so that it can be given to Muslims or Muslim-owned organizations to those who have their rights according to religious rules. The data sources for this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be obtained directly from the main source of information, namely LAZ WASHAL in North Sumatra, and data will be obtained through interviews. Secondary data is in the form of books, but explanations and content analysis are carried out. Survey description uses data collection techniques to describe survey data or results. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive methods and qualitative analysis. In this research, the analysis conveys the situation in Razwashal, North Sumatra and the application of Zakat accounting in Razwashal, North Sumatra. Settlement of Zakat funds by Laz Washal North Sumatra is cash basis, the model for recording accounting transactions must record all income reports according to PSAK No. 109, and Laz Washal must prepare financial statements in accordance with PSAK.

Abstract

Waqf Pension fund insurance is a waqf in the form of a sharia insurance policy, in which the investment value and or insurance benefits are represented by the main insured. Of course with the knowledge of the heirs. This journal uses data collection techniques by means of observation, and documentary methods. Furthermore, when the data needed has been obtained through data from previous theoretical studies and observations have been collected. Next, conduct an analysis to produce a factual conclusion and can be applied by the community. Data analysis uses the analysis of relative thinking, which is a combination of deductive and inductive thinking. The inductive method is discussing problems obtained through specific facts. Then, conclusions that have a general nature are obtained. While deductive is a method of examining a problem through its general nature to more specific or specific Waqf Pension fund insurance is a waqf in the form of a sharia insurance policy, in which the investment value and or insurance benefits are represented by the main insured. Of course with the knowledge of the heirs. The benefits of pension funds, apart from being an old-age guarantee, can also be used as a value for worship, which can improve the welfare of the community and advance the value of the national economy through waqf. Along with the growth of the people who follow them as pension fund insurance customers, participating in the role of national waqf is growing rapidly

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand that zakat bookkeeping at LAZ WASHAL North Sumatra is in accordance with PSAK No. 109. This study was conducted to determine the application of accounts made by LAZWASHAL in North Sumatra and Zakh in Shadaqah. Infaq based on PSAK No.109 concerning Zakat Reconciliation. The method used is descriptive and the type of data is qualitative. The results of this research state that LAZ WASHAL North Sumatra does not use PSAK109. When submitting the annual report. PSAK No. 109 functions to adjust the accounting for zakat infaq/shadaqah, accounting and disclosure of zakat transactions, approaches and measurements.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out how important the role of amil zakat in the amil zakat al washaliyah institution is. This study uses an approach based on library research. Management of zakat by the government includes the withdrawal of zakat (muzakki), collecting, registering, organizing, and finally distributing it to the rightful party. During the pandemic, the MSME community really needs the role of amil in the welfare of life. Amil Zakat must be creative, persistent, and honest, supported by government work and the right strategy so that zakat income will be higher.

Abstract

The pandemic situation causes uncertainty in various lines of life, including the economic and transportation sectors, including PT. Jasa Marga Belmera branch. With the policy that the government has set through Large-Scale Social Restrictions or the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities, it causes a decrease in community mobility in traveling so that toll road users decrease sharply. Therefore, this study aims to determine the impact caused by the covid-19 pandemic on the traffic volume and income received by the company, and how the strategy carried out by PT. Jasa Marga in dealing with problems related to this matter. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach. With data obtained through observation, documentation and interviews with staff or employees who work at PT. Jasa Marga Belmera branch. The results showed that the pandemic caused a decrease in vehicle volume by 12.12% and a decrease in income by 8.82%. The strategies used are cost reduction analysis, differentiation analysis and focus analysis. This strategy is carried out so that the company continues to run effectively and efficiently even in a pandemic like now.
