<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find the right marketing strategy to be applied in PT. Rizki Mandiri Barokah in Medan city with SWOT analysis. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Where non population and sample. This study using key informan to obtain the information needed. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interview with the director PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera about the company profile and strategy of PT. Rizki Mandiri Barokah Secondary data obtained from target sales and realized sales report. From the analysis conducted known that in recent years, product sales has decreased. The decrease can be happen because the company never knew and never do the analysis about market environment changes, market demand, and low marketing activities. SWOT analysis conducted to determine the strengths, weakness, opportuniteies, and threats in PT. Rizki Mandiri Barokah.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine how the influence of the training system on improving employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Labuhan Batu Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research in the form of a survey, which is a study in which data and information are obtained from a large number of resource persons. The population of this research is employees from various divisions who work at the BPS office in Labuhan Batu district as many as 25 people. The sampling technique used is the census technique, namely conducting research on the entire existing population. The results of this study are that there is an effect of training on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Labuhan Batu Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the quality of raw materials and production processes on product quality on the products of Garuda Jaya Factory Ciamis skewers. The method used is causality with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. The population and sample are 40 production employees using the saturated sample technique. The analysis software used is SPSS version 25. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of raw materials and production processes simultaneously and partially had a significant positive effect on product quality on the products of Garuda Jaya Factory Ciamis skewers.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the work environment and motivation on work discipline at SMKS Galuh Rahayu teachers. The method used in this research is a case study using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 26 respondents who are teachers of SMKS Galuh Rahayu. The technique used in this research is path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation for teachers at SMKS Galuh Rahayu; (2) The work environment directly has a positive and but not significant effect on Work Discipline at Galuh Rahayu Vocational School Teachers; (3) Motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline at SMKS Galuh Rahayu Teachers; (4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline through motivation for teachers at SMKS Galuh Rahayu.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 51 respondents from employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the leadership style felt by employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya had very good criteria. Organizational culture on employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya has good criteria. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of raw material costs and labor productivity on production results. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools and the data used are primary and secondary data. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable costs of raw materials and labor productivity on production results. Based on this research, the cost of raw materials and labor productivity simultaneously have a significant effect on production results. Partial raw material costs have a significant effect on production results. Labor productivity has a significant effect on production results. The results of the calculation show that there is a very strong relationship between the variables of raw material costs and labor productivity on production results.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between the variable costs of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs to the volume of production. The research method used is quantitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach with a monthly scale of 48 months. What is studied by the author consists of two independent variables and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, it is known that the cost of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs has a significant effect on the volume of production. It can also be seen from the company's data that every increase in the cost of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs, the volume of production also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable costs of controlling raw material inventory and direct labor costs in increasing production volume.]]>

The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents who are teachers of Vocational High School Muhammdiyah Tasikmalaya. The technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The need for Human Resources (HR) must be supported by the quality of granting rights in accordance with the level of employees that have been determined by the government.
