Abstract

The development of education in Indonesia presents various models of educational institutions that differ in their management patterns and quality achievements. This study aims to analyze descriptively the education management model in state schools and Integrated Islamic Schools (IT) in Lubuklinggau City, and to examine its implications for the quality of education. The approach used is qualitative descriptive through literature study methods and analysis of related education policies. The results of the study indicate that state schools adopt more centralized administrative management models that prioritize national standards, while IT schools develop management models based on Islamic values with a participatory approach and integrative curriculum. The differences in management models have an impact on quality aspects, such as academic achievement, character building, learning innovation, and stakeholder involvement. This study provides recommendations for the need for synergy of adaptive, contextual, and value-based management models in order to improve the quality of education in both types of schools.

Abstract

Efforts to eradicate corruption involve various steps including strict law enforcement, strengthening the integrity of state institutions, increasing public awareness, and improving the monitoring and transparency system. The term forensic accounting in Indonesia emerged after the success of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in uncovering the Bank Bali case. The PwC office was able to show a complex flow of funds in the form of a diagram of light emerging from the sun (sunburst). This research is a normative research that studies the purpose of law, values of justice, validity of legal rules, legal concepts, and legal norms. Forensic accounting is a very effective tool in uncovering financial fraud in public companies. Not only operating on financial data analysis, forensic accountants are also trained to understand and apply relevant legal principles. They are able to identify suspicious patterns and compile evidence that is acceptable in court. This skill becomes very important, especially when fraud involves complex schemes hidden in layers of seemingly legitimate transactions. The role of Forensic Accountants is vital in efforts to prevent and reduce corruption. The better the implementation of forensic audits, the more optimal fraud prevention can be carried out. With a proactive and solution-oriented role, forensic accountants have the potential to contribute to the prevention and reduction of corruption at various levels, from the corporate level to the national level.

Abstract

The goal of inclusive education is to make learning spaces fair for all students, no matter how smart they are. Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) may have distinct obstacles in conventional classes, such as issues with communication, social engagement, and sensory control. This research examines evidence-based inclusive classroom techniques that improve the educational results of kids with ASD. Some of the most important methods include differentiated instruction, visual aids, peer-mediated learning, sensory-friendly changes, and the use of assistive technology. The report stresses how important it is for teachers to be ready, get individual help, and work together to plan. The study discusses the problems that make it hard to include everyone, such not having enough resources or teachers who aren't trained well enough. It also gives useful advice to teachers and legislators. The results show that with the correct tactics and support structures, inclusive classrooms may help kids with ASD do better in school, get along with others, and feel better emotionally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the Implementation of theCorporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Policy for the Community Development Program at PTPN IV Nagori Bah Butong II Tea Plantation and Factory with a focus on the implementation of the Community Development program and the constraints that limit it. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the CSR policy for the Community Development Program by PTPN IV Kebun and Tea Factory was first implemented in 1996. The implementation of the CSR policy for the Community Development program implemented by PTPN IV Kebun and Tea Factory is considered ineffective. This is because the CSR for the community development program implemented in Nagori Bah Butong II is considered not to have been running consistently and has not had a long-term positive impact. The effectiveness of the implementation of the CSR community development program is hampered by a number of factors in Van Meter and Van Horn's "a model of the policy implementation", including the lack of coordination and communication between PTPN IV and institutions and stakeholders. The large number of proposals received by the company makes PTPN IV implement the most priority programs first while still measuring the resources it has. This study recommends that PTPN IV Tea Plantation and Factory increase resources, both budget and human resources who have expertise in providing training and education, strengthening coordination between sectors, and compliance of implementers with applicable policies.

Abstract

The modeling and analysis of building structures in this research aims to provide information about modeling techniques and structural analysis of multi-storey buildings that function as hospitals. Buildings standing with medium soil conditions (stiff soil profile) in Palopo City are included in the moderate earthquake area. Structural modeling and analysis was made using the SAP2000 program to obtain the magnitude of the loads acting on the building structure. The building dimensions are determined based on the condition of the columns, beams and plates based on the provisions of SNI 2847:2013. The results of the structural analysis show that the B80 beam element and C30 column element have a load case deviation of 12-16 mm and a load combination of 32-36 mm. The maximum deviation in terms of each floor is based on the earthquake load referring to SNI 1726:2012. The results of this research have been adapted to applicable regulations to produce a safe and comfortable building as a city hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotions and discounts on purchase decisions for Informa products in South Kalimantan through consumer loyalty. A quantitative approach was used with data collection via questionnaires distributed to Informa product consumers. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the direct and indirect effects between promotions, discounts, consumer loyalty, and purchase decisions. The results show that promotions do not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, which is likely due to a lack of appeal or innovation in the promotional strategies offered. In contrast, discounts were found to have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, which in turn drives repeat purchase decisions. Consumer loyalty plays an important role in purchasing decisions, with loyal consumers being more likely to continue purchasing Informa products, even when alternatives from other brands are available. Overall, the findings indicate that while promotions play a role in marketing strategies, discounts are more effective in enhancing consumer loyalty and influencing purchase decisions for Informa products. Therefore, companies are advised to optimize relevant and sustainable discount strategies to enhance loyalty and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Gambling/maisir activities in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City oppose the implementation of Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Jinayat Maisir Law in force in Aceh Province. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of this Qanun has been carried out and to identify the factors that are obstacles in its implementation. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of law enforcement officers, religious figures, academics, and the community. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qanun has not been running optimally. This can be seen from the still high number of gambling cases in Banda Sakti District. The communication aspect is considered ineffective because the dissemination of information is limited to sticker media and socialization to schools, without utilizing digital channels that are more relevant to the characteristics of today's society. In addition, limited human resources and budget are obstacles to supervision and law enforcement. The lack of disposition and commitment from the authorities is also an obstacle in the implementation of this policy. A more modern, collaborative and participatory communication approach is needed, as well as increasing the capacity of legal apparatus and infrastructure so that this qanun can be implemented consistently and effectively.
