Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect both collectively and partially between competency, communication and organizational culture on employee performance at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service Office in Langkat Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with explanatory research using primary data and secondary data.The results showed that the variables of competence, communication and organizational culture together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the statistical results of the regression test, which yielded a value smaller than α (α = 0.05) with a probability of 0.000. With a calculated F value > F table, namely 87.343 > 2.91, this competence can be demonstrated explain , communication and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. So the fourth hypothesis is accepted. The results also show a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.88, meaning that 88.4% of the dependent variable (employee performance) is influenced or explained by the independent variables of competency, communication, and organizational culture, and the remaining 11.6% (100 % - 88.4%) influenced or explained by other variables outside of the variables used in this study

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the comparison between financing and Mudharabah in Islamiceconomics. The main issue raised in the research is how both financing principles play a rolein supporting investment, business development, and financial inclusion in accordance with Islamic law. The methodology used in the research is the analysis of relevant literature anddata on financing and Mudharabah in Islamic economics. The research findings show that thetwo financing principles have different characteristics, benefits, and risks. is a form ofcooperation or partnership in which profits and risks are shared as agreed, while Mudharabahis an investment cooperation in which one party provides capital and the other party provideslabor and management. provides an opportunity to share profits and risks fairly between allparties involved, while Mudharabah provides an opportunity for investors to earn profitswithout being involved in operational management. A deep understanding of the differencesbetween the two financing principles is essential in informing Islamic finance policies anddecisions. The decision of choosing the type of financing is influenced by the understandingof risks and returns, business context, and financial objectives. In addition, transparency andclear written agreements, active monitoring by the party providing the capital, and shariacompliance are also important factors in the implementation of both financing principles

Abstract

Many factors lead employees to switch jobs, and these reasons can be driven by their own desires or pressures and company preferences. Unpleasant conditions and a lack of Employee Engagement can affect these employees or workers. In this research, we aim to determine whether there is a negative effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, whether there is a positive effect of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance, whether there is a negative effect of Employment Engagement on Turnover Intention, whether there is a positive effect of Employment Engagement on Job Performance, and whether there is a negative effect of Job Performance on Turnover Intention. The research was conducted on 90 production employees of the PT. Arbe Styrindo Merak Banten department. This research was carried out using a questionnaire method, and the results were processed using SEM PLS software version 4.0. By addressing five proposed hypotheses, the results are as follows: there is no effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, no effect of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance, Employment Engagement affects Turnover Intention, there is a positive effect between Employment Engagement and Job Performance, and Job Performance has a positive effect on Turnover Intention

Abstract

Currently, sales of shredded sea milkfish produced by Dapor Sehati have not met sales targets, therefore an appropriate marketing strategy needs to be formulated. Research on marketing strategies for fish shredded has been carried out a lot, however, not all of these strategy formulations can be applied, therefore it is necessary to carry out research on the formulation of appropriate marketing strategies for sea milkfish shredded in the Dapor Sehati micro business. This research aims to increase the sales results of sea milkfish Shredding produced by the Dapor Sehati micro business through formulating appropriate marketing strategies. The method used to formulate a marketing strategy is SWOT analysis and QSPM. The research results show that marketing alternative strategies for sea milkfish shredded based on a priority scale are (1) Increasing the marketing human resources capacity, (2) Improving product quality and packaging to obtain consumer satisfaction, (3) Conducting market research periodically to adapt to consumer dynamics, (4) Building the right product brand awareness to win the competition, (5) Optimizing excellent service to increase the quantity and quality of the marketing network, and (6) Optimizing cooperation with the raw material supplier network to overcome fluctuations in raw material prices

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate how organizational citizenship behavior and individual characteristics impact the performance of teachers at Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private High School both simultaneously and partially. This research employs a combination of literature review methodology and field research. The population in this study is the total number of permanent teachers at Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private High School which amounts to 38 people. This study incorporates both qualitative and quantitative data. Both primary and secondary data sources were utilized in this study. Data gathering involved the use of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, with research instruments being subjected to validity and reliability tests. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis, namely normality tests, regression, hypothesis testing and correlation and determination tests. The findings from this research can be summarized (1) organizational citizenship behavior and individual characteristics have a substantial and positive impact on teacher performance both simultaneously and partially; (2) There is moderately high correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and individual characteristics to teacher performance

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals Program is the implementation of a culture of sustainable development in a country by taking into account environmental, social, and economic aspects. The Tolitoli area serves as a buffer for the SEZ in Palu City, and the Environmental Service runs a waste management program related to optimizing retribution revenue. With a quantitative descriptive approach through table analysis and trend analysis techniques, the performance of retribution management will be known. The results of the study show that the revenue budget target increases annually by 31.59%. Revenue achievements for 2020–2022 were 105%, 94%, and 78%, respectively, which showed that performance was not optimal due to a decrease in income patterns and that in the last 2 years it did not reach the target

Abstract

The current shift in society's shopping style which is dominated online requires a service so that the seller's product reaches the buyer's hands and this is called an expedition. This research is aimed at determining the influence of price perceptions, service quality and brand image on decisions to purchase services on JNE expeditions in the city of Bandung. The research was conducted using quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The data in this research comes from primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Based on data processing, the results obtained show that both partial and simultaneous perceptions of price, service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions have a positive and significant influence. In this research, the difference is that no researcher has discussed the influence of price perception, service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions on JNE Bandung expeditions. Apart from that, in this research, the brand image variable partially has a greater influence on purchasing decisions than the price perception and service quality variables

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Green Banking on Six Bank First Mover Pilot Projects in Indonesia based on the Green Coin Rating (GCR) in the 2022 period. This research is a descriptive analytical method using case studies, namely by collecting information related to objects, subjects, and events that occurred in the Six Bank First Mover Pilot Projects in Indonesia.  Green Banking Implementation at six first mover pilot project banks in Indonesia in the 2022 period indicates an illustration of the efforts that have been made by companies to provide benefits and minimize negative impacts on the environment. From the analysis results, it can be seen that the efforts made by the company are classified into six categories, namely Carbon Emissions, Green Rewards, Green Building, Reuse/Recycle/Refurbish, Paper Work or Paperless, and Green Investment. Carbon Emissions describes the company's efforts to minimize the carbon levels produced, which is also one of the highest categories that has been implemented by all the first mover pilot project companies studied

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of accounting knowledge, business experience and work motivation on the use of accounting information. Data collection in this research uses primary data. The population in this research are micro, small and medium enterprises in Medan regency. Sampling obtained 80 business actors, small and medium as the sample in this research. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this research partially prove that accounting knowledge and business experience have a positive and significant affect on the use of accounting information, while work motivation positive affect had no significant on the use of accounting information. The results obtained simultaneously are that accounting knowledge, business experience and work motivation have positive significant affect on the use of accounting information.

Abstract

The mission of this research was to determine the ability of management in influencing employee performance at the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative (KPRI) Pengayoman Makassar City. This research variable has an independent variable, namely the management ability of the board (X1) and the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). This study method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and descriptive research includes data collection to test hypotheses and use statistical tests. Based on the results of the study, a simple linear regression equation = 9.949 + 0.889 (X) was obtained. The results of the simultaneous test state that the simultaneous count is = 83.278 and significant = 0.000 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis: "There is a significant influence of management ability management on employee performance at the Indonesian Republic Employee Cooperative (KPRI) Pengayoman Makassar City" is accepted. Meanwhile, from hypothesis testing in the t test (Pasrial test), the t count of the management ability variable is 9.126 and if the probability is less than 0.05, the hypothesis tested is partially accepted. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.410. This means that 41% of employee performance at the Indonesian Republic Employees Cooperative (KPRI) Pengayoman Makassar City is influenced by management capabilities and the remaining 59% is influenced by other variables outside those examined in the study.
