This study focused on the governance of La Nakka the period from 1960 to 1965. Here the author reveals how the conditions of Barru was when La Nakka be the first district of Barru amid an unstable condition because of the political turmoil. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the reign Barru La Nakka ,while also knowing any reaction arising among local authorities when Barru changes from the autonomous areas into District level II . Additionally seen what policies will also be issued during his reign . This research method is the collection of resources , verification , interpretation and writing. The results of this study found that as the first Regent in Barru, La Nakka managed to build an independent district in agriculture, education and transportation. The opening of the road that connects Pekkae Soppeng with Barru one proof of its success. Besides La Nakka too many schools for the advancement of education in Barru.

This study aims to determine the criminological review of the crime of murder committed by women. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, namely understanding criminological actions against murder offenses committed by women. This research was conducted in three research locations, namely; (1) Sidrap District Court; (2) Sidrap Police Station; and (3) Sidrap Class II B Detention Center. In collecting data, the researcher used in-depth interview method where the researcher acted as the research instrument and supported by secondary data. The results showed that; (1) there are factors that cause the crime of murder committed by women in Sidrap Regency, namely; (a) internal factors, caused by the influence of age and psychology; and (b) external factors caused by the role of the victim and the family environment; and (2) the efforts made by law enforcement officers, in this case the Sidrap Police and their staff in tackling the crime of murder committed by women, are generally taken in 2 (two) ways, namely; (a) preventive measures (prevention); and (b) repressive efforts (eradication).

This study aims to obtain an overview of how the implementation of forest rehabilitation and reclamation policies in Mamuju district. Data collection is done by interview and observation techniques. Data analysis was performed by qualitative methods, where the data obtained will be processed and analyzed by describing the implementation of forest rehabilitation and reclamation policies in Mamuju Regency. The results of the study indicate that the management of policies for implementing forest rehabilitation and reclamation can obtain optimal benefits from forest areas for the welfare of the community. So in principle all forest areas can be managed without ignoring characteristics. In harmony with its core functions, namely the functions of conservation, covert, and production.

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the role of the Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMK) in accommodating and channeling community aspirations in the development of Mamasa Village, Mamasa Regency. The method to be used is qualitative research with descriptive research type. The results showed that the role of LPMK in accommodating and channeling community aspirations was still not optimal. LPMK did not schedule the right time to hold a meeting with each head of the ward, so the aspirations by each head of the ward were not effective.

This study aims to look at improving employee performance in the form of health services to the community at Tammero’do health center. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, that is to give an accurate description or explanation objectively regarding the actual state of the object under study. Data collection instruments are interviews and observations on location and also based on documents / records / reports and legislation relating to the problem under study. The focus of this research is based on the aspects of puskesmas services. The results of this study indicate how the efforts of employees or health centers in improving services provided to employees in which there is an increase in primary level services and improvement of secondary services and improvement of tertiary services.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the legislative and supervisory functions of the Mamasa District Representative Council for the 2014-2019 period related to the implementation and solution. The study is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The research method uses interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the legislative function which is the direction of motion and performance achievements in terms of stipulating regional regulations that have been determined is still not subject to all formulations in terms of regional empowerment. In the case of the implementation of the supervisory function, even though the DPRD has carried out its utmost in accordance with the mechanism, but in the community's evaluation, the supervisory function has not been running well.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang dikenal memiliki keanekaragamannya, 70% dari keseluruhann wilayah Indonesia adalah air sehingga menjadikan wilayah Indonesia terpecah menjadi pulau-pulau. Indonesia mempunyai 17.504 pulau yang tertebar mulai dari Sabang hingga Merauke, hal ini menghasilkan kebudayaan atau adat istiadat dan bahasa yang beranekaragam. Indonesia mempunyai beraneka suku bangsa yaitu sebanyak lebih dari 300 suku bangsa, dimana pada tiap suku bangsa memiliki beragam budaya yang berbeda dengan yang lain. Pancasila menjadi media pemersatu bangsa hal ini mengartikan Pancasila merupakan suatu perangkat yang utuh dan utuh, yang secara langsung merumuskan cita-cita nasional di negara ini, yaitu merealisasikan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Negara bertujuan memadukan semua subsistem dalam metode nasional yang ada. Pancasila juga merupakan way of life bangsa Indonesia, dalam hal ini juga dapat mempersatukan bangsa Indonesia dan memberikan pedoman bagi masyarakat kita untuk menggapai kesejahteraan serta kebahagiaan lahir batin melalui Bhineka Tunggal Ika.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship budgetary slack on performance SKPD with the organization's commitment and capacity of the individual as a moderating variable on SKPD Polewali Mandar West Sulawesi Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross section observation.The research data was obtained through a questionnaire of 120 eksamplar the structural official eselon III and IV at SKPD. Of the 120 eksamplar returned and declared valid as much as 110 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS program factor analysis with 21. The results showed that Budgetary slack significant negative effect on the performance of SKPD. Budgetary slack negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment and significant positive effect on the performance of SKPD. Budgetary slack on performance on education through organizational commitment positively and significantly affect and individual capacities can’t moderate influence on the performance of SKPD Budgetary slack.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work motivation and work discipline officials. Using primary data obtained using a questionnaire. Sampling was done using the convenience sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 15. The analysis used is a simple correlation. The results showed that motivation and work discipline had a significant relationship with employee performance. The results of the correlation found that work motivation is the most dominant correlation variable for the work discipline tool greater than 0.482 or the 45.3% correlation with the work motivation variable whose value is below the work discipline variable.

This study aims to determine the performance evaluation of officers in the service of making e-KTP introductions in Mamasa Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the performance of the Mamasa village apparatus was good but still needed to be improved in providing services to the community. In addition, the community expects the quality of public services to increase in the form of services that are fast, easy, fair, with legal certainty, transparent, safe, precise, free of charge, and accountable. In terms of the identity card service, the community wants a truly quality service.
