Abstract

This study aims to investigate the variables that affect customer e-loyalty through the moderation and mediation role of brand image and E-CRM quality. Those variables include e-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value. This is a quantitative research with 152 respondents, chosen through the purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The findings are that E-CRM quality is positively and significantly related to customer e-loyaty. E-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value positively and significantly has positive and significant impacts on customer e-loyalty through the mediation role of E-CRM quality. However, brand image cannot moderate the effects of e-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value towards customer e-loyalty through the mediating role of E-CRM quality. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Customer E-Satisfaction, Customer Value, Brand Image, E-CRM Quality, Customer E-Loyalty, Online Services. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel-variabel yang memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen secara elektronik melalui peran moderasi citra merek dan peran mediasi kualitas customer relationship management secara elektronik, meliputi kualitas layanan secara elektronik, kepuasan pelanggan secara elektronik, dan nilai pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 152 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah E-CRM quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer e-loyalty. E-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, dan customer value berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer e-loyalty melalui peran mediasi E-CRM quality. Abstract

Dynamic capabilities are regarded as a strategic premise to creating, maintaining and upgrading sustainable competitiveness. Considering organizational learning as a mediator variable, this study tests the relationship between entrepreneurial capabilities and dynamic capabilities. More specifically, the factor analysis method was employed to verify that dynamic capabilities are comprised of four dimensions, i.e. environmental sensing capabilities, change and renewal capabilities, technological and organizational flexibility capabilities. The research used UMKM in Yogyakarta and Solo as research sample. It was found that entrepreneurial capabilities has a significantly positive effect on dynamic capabilities, while organizational learning, which has significantly positive effect on dynamic capabilities, plays a partial mediating role between the two. These findings indicate that companies can build dynamic capabilities through different levels of organizational learning in the context of innovative and proactive atmosphere. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy and debt policy on the value of the company in state-owned companies (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2018. The variables examined in this study were profitability, dividend policy and debt policy while the sample used in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The error or significance level used is 5%. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable has a significant effect and debt policy has a significant effect on firm value, while the dividend policy variables have no significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Profitability, Dividend Policy and Debt Policy. ABSTRAK     Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2018. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Tingkat kesalahan atau signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara variabel kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Deviden dan Kebijakan Hutang

Abstract

This study examined the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on profitability in small business mediated by market orientation. Entrepreneurial orientation reflects the degree to which firms’ growth objectives are driven bythe identification and exploitation of untapped market opportunities. Market orientation reflects the degree to which firms’ strategic market planning is driven by customer and competitor intelligence.Data was processed with Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS  program. The results showed that Entre-preneurial orientation has an direct effect onmarket orientation and indirect effect on profitability mediated by market orientation. The results suggest, at least in small firms, entrepreneurial orientation complements market orientation by instilling an opportunistic culture that impacts the firm’s profitability.Keywords:market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bioskop Cinema XXI. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 mahasiswa yang pernah menonton film di Bioskop Cinema XXI. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif, analisis linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengaruh kualitas produk, pemasaran digital berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bioskop Cinema XXI. Maka dari itu, penting halnya untuk memperhatikan kualitas produk dan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) penelitian ini sebesar 0,782 yang berarti variabel dependen yaitu keputusan berkunjung dipengaruhi sebesar 78,2% oleh variabel independen yaitu kualitas produk dan pemasaran digital. Sedangkan sisanya 21,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.  Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2021, berdasarkan penelitian ini variabel kualitas produk dan pemasaran digital secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sehingga Cinema XXI perlu terus meningkatkan kualitas dan menciptakan nilai tambah dan nilai bisnis di era bisnis digital saat ini.Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, pemasaran digital, dan keputusan pembelian ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to determine the influence of product quality and digital marketing on purchasing decisions at Bioskop Cinema XXI. This research was conducted by a quantitative approach, samples taken as many as 100 students for those who have attended Cinema XXI.  The data collection methods were using questionnaire that would be analyzed descriptively, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results of the analysis showed that the product quality and digital marketing significantly influenced the purchase decision at Cinema XXI. Based on the results of data analysis, it showed that product quality was proven to have a positive and sifnificant effect indicated by the value < 0.05, namely 0.000, marketing digital was proven to have a positive and significant effect indicated by the value < 0.05 which was 0.003.  The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of this study was 0.782 which meant the dependent variable which was the purchase decision was influenced 78.2% by the independent variables of product quality and digital marketing. Whereas, the remaining 21.8% was influenced by other variables that not examined. This research was done on January 2021. Based on the result of this research, the variables of product quality and digital marketing have simultaneously  influenced on puchase decision, so they need to be maintained and even better in the future in the middle of this digital business era.  For the managerial implication, they have always to create added business values which will enhance customer purchase decision.Keywords: product quality, digital marketing, and purchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of trust, customer satisfaction, perceived value on loyalty simultaneously and test the influence of trust, customer satisfaction, and perceived value on loyalty partially. Respondents in this study are consumers of notebook users. The sampling technique is done through convenience sampling technique. The number of respondents that can be used as a sample is as much as 250 respondents. Before the first analysis is done the validity and reliability test with the aim of knowing the level of validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that trust, consumer satisfaction and perceived value have positive influence on loyalty simultaneously, then based on partial test of trust variable does not affect to loyalty, while consumer satisfaction and perceived value have positive effect on loyalty.Keywords: Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Perceived Value, Loyalty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen, nilai yang dipersepsikan pada loyalitas secara simultan dan menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen, dan nilai yang dipersepsikan pada loyalitas secara parsial. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna notebook. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik convenience sampling. Jumlah responden yang dapat digunakan sebagai sampel adalah sebanyak 250 responden. Sebelum dilakukan analisis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen dannilai yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas secara simultan, kemudian berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial variabel kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas, sedangkankepuasan konsumen dan nilai yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas.Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Konsumen, Nilai yang Dipersepsikan, Loyalitas

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosial media, brand influencer, dan kesadaran merek terhadap minat beli di Marketplace Shopee pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 157 responden yang tersebar di tiga wilayah antara lain Indonesia Bagian Barat, Indonesia Bagian Tengah, dan Indonesia Bagian Timur, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel media sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, variabel brand influencer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, variabel kesadaran merek berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Asal daerah sebagai pemoderasi variabel brand influencer dan kesadaran merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Pendapatan sebagai pemoderasi variabel brand influencer dan kesadaran merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Brand Influencer, Kesadaran Merek, Minat Beli  ABSTRACT This research is aimed to acknowledge the effects of social media, brand influencer, and brand awareness towards Shopee Marketplace buying intention during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses the quantitative approach by survey. There were 157 samples used and they came from the three regions of Indonesia. The purposive sampling method was used in this research. The results of this study indicate that partially, the social media variable has no significant effect on buying interest, the brand influencer variable has a significant effect on buying interest, the brand awareness variable has an effect on buying interest. Regional origin as a moderating variable for social media and brand awareness has no significant effect on buying interest.
