Focus and Scope Jurnal Riset Manajemen dan Bisnis (p-ISSN: 1907-7343; e-ISSN: 2714-7312) adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana yang terbit dua kali setahun (Juli dan Desember). Jurnal ini didedikasikan sebagai sarana untuk berbagi dan diseminasi studi-studi terbaru dari para peneliti manajemen dan bisnis. Artikel-artikel empiris yang menyajikan riset yang akurat dan teliti secara metodologis dan temuan yang mencerahkan sangat dinantikan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Hotels have a strategic role in the development of the tourism industry. As one of the destinations for tourism, many hotels have sprung up in Yogyakarta. One of the factors that determine the quality of service to hotel guests is its employees. This study examines antesedent work performance of hotel employees. Some of the predictors used in the study were life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. This study uses the perspective of social exchange theory. The criteria for the research respondents were married hotel employees. Primary data collection lasts for two months. The number of questionnaires analyzed was 96.  The first step is validity and reliability test. To test the validity, a comparison between r count values and r table is used. Whereas to test reliability used cronbach's alpha. From the results of the first validity test, it appears that there are several invalid research indicators. Furthermore, invalid indicators are removed from the testing process. After all the research indicators are declared valid and reliable, then proceed with multiple linear regression testing. In relation to the results of multiple linear regression testing, some items that observe are the adjusted R-square value, F statistical test, and statistical test t. The results showed that life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment affect employee performance. Keywords: satisfaction, commitment, work performance ABSTRAK Hotel memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan industri pariwisata. Sebagai salah satu tujuan wisata, banyak hotel bermunculan di Yogyakarta. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan kualitas layanan untuk tamu hotel adalah karyawannya. Penelitian ini meneliti kinerja kerja anteseden karyawan hotel. Beberapa prediktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan hidup, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif teori pertukaran sosial. Kriteria untuk responden penelitian adalah karyawan hotel menikah. Pengumpulan data primer berlangsung selama dua bulan. Jumlah kuesioner yang dianalisis adalah 96. Langkah pertama, uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Untuk menguji validitas, perbandingan antara nilai-nilai hitung r dan tabel r digunakan. Sedangkan untuk menguji reliabilitas digunakan alpha cronbach. Dari hasil uji validitas pertama, tampak bahwa ada beberapa indikator penelitian yang tidak valid. Selain itu, indikator yang tidak valid dihapus dari proses pengujian. Setelah semua indikator penelitian dinyatakan valid dan dapat diandalkan, maka dilanjutkan dengan pengujian koefisien regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan hidup, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kepuasan, komitmen, kinerja kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose in this study was to determine the effect of brand experience on consumer loyalty, either directly or indirectly, through customer satisfaction. This research use ddescriptive method and verification method. Data collected throughdistribution of questionnaires, direct observations, as well aswithliterature. The data analyzed in this studyused Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results support the studies that have been done before, which shows that the brand experience positive effect on consumer loyalty both directly and indirectly, through customer satisfaction. Keywords: brand experience, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, yaitu melalui kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan juga verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembagian kuesioner, observasi secara langsung, maupun dengan studi pustaka. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman merek berpengaruh secara positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, yakni melalui kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci: pengalaman merek, loyalitas konsumen, kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

This research examines three hypotheses, firstly, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, ,rrorily the effict oT rutto*ir sat;sfaction on trust and commitment, and finally the effict of trust on commitrnent. These examinations will be placed on retail sentice provider, namely, Carrefour Ambarulcrno Plaza, Yogyakana. The sample of this research is randomly drawn from 200 respondents. By using Structural Equation Modelins 6EM) the results shows that some of the hypotheses are supported. The four aspects of service quality which are responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conversely, the other aspect of service quality, namely reliability does not affect customer satisfaction.Moreover, customer satisfaction significantly affects customer trust as well as trust on comminnent.Keywords: Service quality, satisfaction, trust, commitment, SEM, Carrefour

Abstract

ESOP is an alternative attempt of companies to reduce any agency cofficts and to increase their bwestors' welfare. This research is aimed at finding the influence of the ESOP on the investors' welfare throagh the improvement of the ROI as the interttening voiable. The investors' welfore is seen from the price fluetuation af the shares (return on shores). This study indicates that the ESOP has a direct and an indirect influence on the price fluctuation of the shares (as the indicators of the irruerstors' weWe). Abstract

The researchaims to analyze whether the advertised product, the advertisement design, the advertisement message, the brand image and the price of the advertised has significant influence toward the re-purchase interest of the Carrefour Plaza Ambarrukmo Yogyakartacustomers. The results show that the advertised product, the advertisement design, the advertise-ment message, the brand image and the price of the promoted products have significant and positive influence toward the repurchase interest. The result of the research also indicates that price is the most dominant factor in influencing the re-purchase interest.Keywords: Product, Advertisement, Brand, Price, Repurchase

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi intrinsik terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada karyawan Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta dan dipersempit dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin menjadi 46 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, survei langsung, dan skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan skala  Likert. Hasil menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kompensasi tidak ada pengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan sedangkan motivasi intrinsik ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, kompensasi motivasi intrinsik, loyalitas karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the work environment, compensation, intrinsic motivation on employee loyalty to employees of Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. The population in this study were 100 employees of Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta and narrowed it down by using the Slovin formula to 46 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, direct survey, and the measurement scale used in this study was a Likert scale. The results show that there is no influence between work environment on employee loyalty, compensation has no effect on employee loyalty, while intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: work environment, intrinsic motivation compensation, employee loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction in UPT Puskesmas Jasinga located in the city of Bogor. Data collection methods in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents. The questionnaire used in this study has 28 statements with the likert scale of 6 titiik. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with convience sampling technique. In explaining the results of research, data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job stress does not have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction of employees at UPT Puskesmas Jasinga.Keywords: work stress, work satisfaction, regressionABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di UPT Puskesmas Jasinga yang berlokasi di Kota Bogor. Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that determine the intention to buy back online throughantesenden integration of trust and satisfaction. The object of this study is they who uses the servicesonline stores. Data were collected through an online questionnaire, distributed to the public whoactually use the online store site. 190 data were collected. Data analysis using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis with the help of application lisrel 8.80. The results showed thatthe perception of security no positive effect on customer confidence, while the perception of privacypositive effect on confidence. Perception of ease of use is not a positive influence to the customer'ssatisfaction and trust no positive effect on repurchase intention. Future studies are necessary toexamine the situation before and after doing shopping online in order to learn the extent of thecustomer's intentions to buy back. This research examines the influence of macro economicvariables changing toward corporate pedormonce changing and macro economic variables. The value of c.orporate condition counted based on averoge industry of corporate pedormlance.This research uses the model of multiile regression with pooleddata. Dependent variable is the corporate performance changing and independent variables are macro economy variables.The result of this researclt shows that macro economic variablesinfluence the changing of manufocture corporate performance at alpha 1%. Abstract

This study examined balance funds and the own-source revenue (PAD) in four regencies in East Java Province based on the data of year 2007 to 2011. Balance funds consist of the Shared Revenue Funds (DBH), the General Allocation Fund (DAU), and the Specific Allocation Fund (DAK). Based on research method using hypothesis test for means (ANOVA), the results show that PAD has difference significant according regency and year; DBH, DAU, and DAK have difference significant according regency; DBH, DAU, and DAK have no difference significant according year.
