Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Semen Padang Human Resources Department. There were 38 respondents in this study using the Total Sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of workload variables, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Sanjung Buana Sijunjung. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 79 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique, namely the sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as samples, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test). ), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that workload has no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of audit quality (X1) on earnings management (Y), the audit committee (X2) on earnings management (Y) and the simultaneous influence of audit quality (X1) and the audit committee (X2) on earnings management (Y). The research results show that Audit Quality (X1) has an effect on Earnings Management (Y). This result is proven by the calculated t value of |2.177| ≥ |1.99300| and significance value 0.033 ≤ 0.05. For the Audit Committee (X2) it has no effect on Earnings Management (Y). This result is proven by the tcount value of |1.579| ≤ 1.99300 and significance value 0.119 ≥ 0.05. After that, Audit Quality (X1) and Audit Committee (X2) do not simultaneously influence Profit Management (Y). This result is proven by the Fcount value of |2.717| ≤ 2.859 and significance value 0.073 ≥ 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of love of money and Machiavellian on the tendency of accounting fraud with the effectiveness of internal control as a moderating variable. Respondents in this study were employees of the Office and OPD Agency of Southeast Maluku Regency. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Office and OPD Agency of Southeast Maluku Regency, the number of respondents who sampled this study were 130 people who worked at the Office and OPD Agency of Southeast Maluku Regency. The data collection method used in this study is to use the questionnaire method. This method uses the distribution of questionnaires to the sample and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. While the data processing method used by researchers is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that love of money and Machiavellian have a positive effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, while the effectiveness of internal control has no effect in moderating the effect of love of money and Machiavellian on the tendency of accounting fraud

Abstract

The port and logistics industry is a sector that has an important role in supporting the flow of goods and services domestically and internationally. The port serves as the main gateway for the distribution of goods, import-export, and sea transportation. PT. Pelindo Regional III Sampit is part of Pelindo III (Pelabuhan Indonesia III), which is a port company operating in certain areas in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and work environment on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The method used in this study is an explanatory method with a quantitative research approach and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used, Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with the help of smartPLS. Based on the results of the study, it is explained that promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, position has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on commitment, commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, promotion has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through Organizational commitment and work environment have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment

Abstract

Education transformation and revitalization are efforts needed to accelerate national education goals in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, 2003) and Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards (Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia, 2021), both in academic education, and vocational education. Vocational education itself is education that involves (in addition to general education) various technical skills and knowledge related to work in various sectors of social and economic life. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leader member exchange and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment to the BPMPPV KPTK office of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology. The method used in this study is an explanatory method with a quantitative research approach and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used, Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with the help of smartPLS. Based on the results of the study, the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on commitment, commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment and organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of organizational culture, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This research method is quantitative. The population of this study is all employees at Bank Bri Kanca Sukoharjo Kota, Bank Bri Surakarta City Center, Bank Bri Unit Serengan, Bank Bri Kc Solo Slamet Riyadi and Bank Bri Kc Solo Sudirman. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 64 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data.  Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM structural equation model. The result of this study is that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Influencer Endorsement on Purchase Intention on Samsung smartphones with Trust as a mediation variable. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study is all consumers or users of Samsung smartphones. The total sample of this study was 286 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling approach  with purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used in this study is primary data.  Data collection techniques using questionnaires and research instruments. The data analysis technique in this study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM structural equation model. The result of this study is that Brand image has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. Influencer endorsements have a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Intention. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on trust. Influencer endorsements have a positive and significant influence on Trust. Trust has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention mediated by Trust. Influencer endorsements have a positive and significant influence on  trust-mediated purchase intent

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty mediated by customer trust (case study in Wardah). This research method is quantitative. The population of this study was Wardah customers. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample size of this study was 168 respondents. The research data used in this study came from primary sources. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data processing techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) with smartPLS program version 3. The result of this study is that Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust. Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Trust. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Trust

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of part-time work, learning motivation and time management on academic achievement (case study on students who are working part-time). This research method is quantitative. The population of this study is students who are working part-time. The sample size of this study was 250 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling approach  with purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The statistical software used to analyze the data is SmartPLS version 3. The result of this study is that working part-time has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Time management has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement
