Abstract

Healthcare providers must be adaptive in the face of healthcare industry competition by prioritizing increasing patient satisfaction as a strategy to meet increasing market demands. The goal is to increase patient trust and loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty mediated by patient trust at Graha Husada Jepara Hospital. There were 127 samples in this study. The data used in this study is a type of quantitative data obtained from filling out questionnaires by selected respondents through the simple random sampling method using the slovin formula. The analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study show that patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient trust, patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Patient Satisfaction with Loyalty in Trust mediation also has a positive relationship

Abstract

Overall, the performance of retail companies in the capital market shows a downward trend in recent years. However, amid the decline, some retail companies still show optimism by investing to boost their business activities. This research will analyze the effect of investment decisions, dividend policies, and funding decisions made by retail companies on the value of their companies. Data from 21 companies from 2014-2018 used panel data regression. The results of the panel regression model concluded that the variables Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) had a significant effect on Price per Book Value (PBV). Based on the results of the study, the main factor that needs to be considered by companies to be able to increase company value is financial performance, especially company profitability (ROE and ROA). Another factor that also needs to be considered by the company to increase the value of the company is the proportion of debt in the capital structure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of customer experience in mediating the influence of service quality, brand image on customer loyalty. This research method uses quantitative. The population in the study was customers of jenang teguh Raharjo and people who had bought jenang Teguh Raharjo products. While the sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents. Data retrieval technique using google form questionnaire data. The sampling technique used by researchers is purposive sampling technique.  The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. The result of this study is that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer experience. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on customer experience. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer experience has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on service quality mediated by customer loyalty. Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on brand image mediated by customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work family conflict on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama. This research method is quantitative. The population of this study is all employees of PT. Tirta Investama and the married.  The sample size of this study was 150 respondents. This study used primary data. The sampling technique used in this study used nonprobability sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study with the help of SMARTPLS 3.0 software. The findings of this study state that Work Stress has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Work Stress has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Job Stress has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of brand commitment and consumer loyalty on retail service quality, focusing on cosmetic ray stores. This research method is quantitative. The location of the research was carried out at a cosmetic ray shop located in Surakarta City, Central Java. The population of this study is all consumers of Sinar Cosmetics Stores. The total sample of this study was 150 respondents who were consumers of Sinar Cosmetics Store. The source of this research data is primary data obtained directly through respondents.  Data retrieval technique using google form questionnaire data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. The result of this study is that Affective Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Consumer Loyalty. Sustainable Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Consumer Loyalty. Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

The GDP growth of Gunungsitoli City in recent years continues to increase, this increase shows good regional economic performance as a result of optimal utilization of production factors. This study aims to calculate and analyze the growth of economic sectors, economic competitiveness and the growth profile of economic sectors in Gunungsitoli City with a proxy for GDP from 2021 to 2023. The analysis method used is a descriptive method with a Shift-Share analysis approach. The results showed that the economic growth of North Sumatra province has had an impact on economic sectors in Gunungsitoli City and has advantages in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors, construction sub-sectors, large trade and retail sectors, transportation and warehousing sectors, Accommodation and Food and Drink Provision, Education Services sector, and Financial and Insurance Services sectors. These sectors of the economy have progressive (positive) growth. While the sectors that trend negatively consist of sub-sector E Water Procurement, Waste Treatment, Waste and Daur, sub-sectors, Health Services and Social Activities and other services

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of audit quality (X1) on earnings management (Y), the audit committee (X2) on earnings management (Y) and the simultaneous influence of audit quality (X1) and the audit committee (X2) on earnings management (Y). The research results show that Audit Quality (X1) has an effect on Earnings Management (Y). This result is proven by the calculated t value of |2.177| ≥ |1.99300| and significance value 0.033 ≤ 0.05. For the Audit Committee (X2) it has no effect on Earnings Management (Y). This result is proven by the tcount value of |1.579| ≤ 1.99300 and significance value 0.119 ≥ 0.05. After that, Audit Quality (X1) and Audit Committee (X2) do not simultaneously influence Profit Management (Y). This result is proven by the Fcount value of |2.717| ≤ 2.859 and significance value 0.073 ≥ 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Distributive Justice, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Burnout on employee performance at Depot in Jakarta. The research design is descriptive quantitative. The population consists of 100 employees of the Depot in Jakarta. The sample for this study is also 100 employees, using the saturation sampling method, where all employees are included as samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM PLS (Partial Least Square). The first stage of making research instruments, distributing questionnaires and processing data. The second stage examines the effect of each variable of distributive justice, occupational health and safety (OHS), and burnout on employee performance. The results showed that the distributive justice variable had an effect on employee performance, the occupational health and safety (OHS) variable had an effect on employee performance, and the burnout variable had an effect on employee performance at Container Depot in North Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of illusion of control, financial literacy and overconfidence bias in influencing investment decisions in the capital market for students in West Jakarta. The research design uses causal quantitative methods, namely knowing the effect between the variables studied. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability which is distributed via googleform to students in West Jakarta. The population studied in this study were 100 Undira students. The sample used was 100 people using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) through outer model testing, inner model and hypothesis testing. The first stage makes a research instrument on each variable to be studied. The second stage tests the instrument variable Illusion of Control, Financial Literacy, Overconfidence Bias and Investment Decisions. The results of the study state that illusion of control, financial literacy and overconvidence affect investment decisions for students in West Jakarta

Abstract

Career development is one of the factors of work motivation. Research is important to do because it is a novelty study. Research involving determinant factors of career development including individual characteristic factors that are rarely researched. This study aims to determine the determinant factors that influence the career development of an employee, especially related to work experience, education level and individual characteristics at PT Cempaka Sinergy Realty (Building Management Division of Arandra Residence Apartment). The type of research used is quantitative research using a Linkert scale as a measurement tool. The population in this study were 52 employees of PT Cempaka Sinergy Realty (Arandra Residence Apartment Building Management Division), with a saturated sample model technique. Data analysis using SEM PLS equation modeling. The first stage maps the dimensions / indicators of each variable studied. The second stage tests the validity and reliability of each variable. The results showed that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee career development, education level has a positive and significant effect on employee career development, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee career development
