Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the demand for smartphone case studies in students / I SMK S Budi Agung Medan using descriptive statistical analysis. The sample used in this study was 120 students of SMKS Budi Agung Medan. Variables are measured using the Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree; 5 = strongly agree). Variable factors - Smartphone demand factors are price, income, number of family members and tastes. The results of the analysis of price, income and taste are the variables that have the greatest influence on smartphone demand. While the number of family members is an influential variable in the demand for smartphones of students / I SMK S Budi Agung Medan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze macroeconomic variables with a focus on exports, government expenditure, consumption, investment, the number of MSMEs, imports, and gross domestic product. This research is a quantitative research with data used in the form of time series data sourced from the Ministry of Cooperatives, MSMEs, and the World Bank. The data analysis technique used in this study is Simultaneous Equations. The results stated that in Simultaneous Equation I, the variable of government expenditure partially has a positive and significant effect on the variable of gross domestic product, while the variable of export, consumption, and import partially has a positive but not significant effect. Meanwhile, the variables of exports, government spending, consumption, and imports together affect the variables of gross domestic product. Simultaneous Equation II variables, the number of MSMEs partially has a negative and significant effect on import variables, and the gross domestic product variable partially has a positive and significant effect on import variables. Meanwhile, the investment variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on the import variable. Meanwhile, the variables of the number of MSMEs, gross domestic product, and investment together affect the import variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, accessibility, and productivity on teacher performance at SMAN 4 Medan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population used was all teachers at SMAN 4 Medan, which was 49 people and made the entire population into a sample, so that the number of research samples amounted to 49 people. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires. The results showed that partially work discipline had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a correlation of 0.317 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partial accessibility did not have a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a correlation of 0.048 and a significance value of 0.371 > 0.05. Partial compensation had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a correlation of 0.168 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work discipline, accessibility, and productivity simultaneously have a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Determination shows a result of 0.623 meaning that work discipline, accessibility and productivity affect teacher performance by 62.3% of all factors that can affect teacher performance at SMAN 4 Medan

Abstract

The presence of internet technology, makes our lifestyle change including shopping patterns. The application of information communication technology that can support the sales system is the emergence of e-commerce. E-commerce is sales made through electronic media. The existence of e-commerce creates an electronic market that connects sellers and buyers which is often known as a marketplace. Marketplace owners facilitate a means for business actors to market their products to the general public and there is a communication space between sellers and buyers to make transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine whether product quality and promotions affect the purchasing decisions of students of the class of 2020 through shopee e-commerce. The results showed that product quality and promotion influenced 29.5% of students' purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform, while 70.5% were influenced by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze  the effect of job enrichment, work motivation, and providing incentives on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dawn Surya Wisesa. This research method is quantitative. The population of this study is all employees or workforce at PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk who has been working at the company for more than one year. The sample size of this study was 125 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling design. Data analysis techniques used to analyze the influence of independent variables on dependent variables, where testing stages are needed through statistical analysis with the help of SPSS applications. The result of this study is that there is no significant effect  of job enrichment variables  on job satisfaction of PT employees. PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green marketing, social media marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch and examine the effect of green marketing, social media marketing and brand image simultaneously on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles in PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch.The method used in this study was a quantitative method, the sample used was 73 respondents, the number of samples was determined using purposive sampling, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the partial test (t-test) the results of this study state that the green marketing variable influences the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. Likewise for the social media marketing variable that influences the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. The brand image variable also influences the decision to buy an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. Simultaneously the variables Green marketing, social media marketing and brand image influence the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch

Abstract

The health of a bank can be seen from the bank's financial statements. The method that can be used in assessing bank performance according to Bank Indonesia regulation Number 13/1/PBI/2011 in its assessment uses the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance factor, Earning factor and Capital factor).        This study aims to obtain information about the health of the bank based on the annual report of Bank Mandiri Syariah. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data used is the financial report data of Bank Mandiri Syariah.        The results of the bank's health assessment include the following, Assessment of the Risk Profile factor using the NPF ratio and FDR ratio is in the healthy category. This illustrates that Bank Syariah Mandiri has good risk management. The factor of Good Corporate Governance using self-assessment contained in the report on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance received a very healthy category, this reflects that the bank has implemented the principles of Good Corporate Governance well and has maintained it for the last 5 years. Earning factor using the ratio of NOM, ROA, ROE, and BOPO received a fairly healthy rating, this reflects inadequate profitability, earnings that do not meet targets and require immediate profit performance improvements to ensure the continuity of the bank's business. The Capital Factor received a very healthy category, this reflects that the bank has very adequate quality and capital adequacy relative to its risk profile, which is accompanied by very strong capital management in accordance with the characteristics, business scale, and complexity of the bank's business.         The soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri shows that the predicate of the bank's health is in accordance with the standards set by the OJK. Bank Syariah Mandiri’s financial ratios increased and overall only received a healthy predicate

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of liquidity and profitability on company value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period. In this research, the liquidity variable is measured by the current ratio (CR), and profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The type of research used is quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The sample in this research was obtained using a purposive sampling method, where the researcher determined the sample using predetermined criteria, thereby obtaining 49 research samples from 63 companies for 3 years (2020-2022). The analytical method in the research uses panel data regression analysis using by Eviews 13. The results of the research show that liquidity proxied by Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on firm value which is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV), while Profitability which is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on company value which is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of working capital turnover and inventory turnover on profitability in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from annual reports for the 2020-2022 period of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. After selecting samples based on certain criteria, 13 samples were obtained, resulting in 39 analytical data. The data analysis method uses Common Effect Model (CEM) panel data regression analysis with Eviews 12. The research results show that working capital turnover has a significant positive effect on profitability and inventory turnover has an insignificant positive effect on profitability in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulty of tourists getting tour packages that can be accessed online at tourist attractions in Kerinci Regency. These criticisms and suggestions show how enthusiastic tourism service users are in searching for information about a tourist attraction after visiting several tourist attractions in Kerinci Regency, which may be caused by the perpetrator's lack of effort in providing information manually. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and tour packages on purchasing decisions. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The sample in this study was 100 people who had visited one of the tourist attractions in Kerinci Regency. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of statistical testing show that the digital marketing strategy variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (hypothesis 1 is accepted), the travel package variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (hypothesis 2 is accepted), the digital marketing strategy variable and tour packages together have a positive effect on decisions purchase (hypothesis 3 is accepted)
