The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of pro-environmental attitude mediators on the influence of innovativeness on the purchase intention of herbal products. The type of research used in research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the community in Solo Raya. The sampling technique in this study is Non-probability Sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this study was 200 respondents. This study used primary data in its preparation. Data were obtained through respondents' answers using a closed type of questionnaire. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. The results showed that hedonist innovativeness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intent. Social innovativeness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intent. Hedonist innovativeness has a positive and significant effect on pro-environmental attitudes. Social innovativeness has a positive and significant effect on pro-environmental attitudes. Pro-environmental attitude has a positive and significant effect on purchase intent. Pro-environmental attitudes mediate the influence of hedonist innovativeness on purchase intent, partially. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of training, human resource development, and job promotion variables on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang. This research method utilizes a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques involve, firstly, field research such as interviews, questionnaires or surveys, observations, and documentation, and secondly, library research involving literature books with 45 respondents using total sampling technique. Respondents' data are processed using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that training, human resource development have a positive and significant whereas job promotion have a negative effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang

This research was conducted to examine research trends in sharia maqashid in sharia banks in Indonesia during the 2017-2022 period. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is a literature review. The sample used in this research was determined using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is charting the field. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that, over a period of 5 years, research discussing research trends in sharia maqashid in sharia banking has increased every year. Apart from that, most research methods are dominated by quantitative research. And the type of research is descriptive with mostly using secondary data

Bank BTN faces unique challenges in maintaining productivity and service quality, especially in an era of increasingly competitive business environment and evolving market dynamics. In response to these challenges, the company needs to ensure that factors influencing employee performance are well understood and managed. This study aims to analyze the influence of job promotion, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch. Data collection was conducted through a survey using questionnaire, with measurement scale using Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents from Bank BTN Padang Branch employees, with sampling method using total sampling or saturated sample. Data analysis techniques were performed using Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Linear Regression, and t-test to test hypotheses. The results of data analysis show that: 1) Job promotion has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch (β1 = 0.209, Sig. = 0.008 < 0.05). 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (β2 = 0.259, Sig. = 0.011 < 0.05) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (β3 = 0.588, Sig. = 0.002 < 0.05) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch

Since the promulgation of the Law on State Civil Servants (ASN), the management of civil servants (PNS) and government employees with work agreements (PPPK) has increasingly emphasized their qualifications, abilities and performance. One way to apply these three principles is to implement talent management, resulting in high individual performance. This Study aims to test the effect of civil servants communication and career development towards civil servants organizational citizenship behavior at the PUPR Region VIII Makassar Competency Development Center. The sample in this study was 45 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS Ver program. 27.0. The research results show that civil servants communication displayed by civil servants is at a good level so it is proven to increase civil servants organizational citizenship behavior in a good direction so does the career development of those that increase can also improve civil servants organizational citizenship behavior

Preliminary observations suggest that judicial practices among government bureaucracy workers are not optimally implemented. There are also some employees who do not feel as fair as their colleagues, which affects their performance that is not yet optimal, and also affects their personal characteristics that are far from being achieved. Consistency with the tasks and work assigned to them, thus affecting their work results both qualitatively and quantitatively, resulting in their poor performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of organizational justice and personal characteristics on employee performance in Panakukang Makassar Regional Office. The type of research adopted in this study was quantitative research with 55 employees as respondents and population sampling technique was used as the puposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 27.0 program provides evidence that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Regarding the contribution of other variables, it was found that individual characteristics contributed positively but not significantly to employee performance

This research aims to confirm the effect of competency and work discipline on civil servant performance at the PUPR Region VIII Makassar Competency Development Center. The technique used in sampling is a total sampling technique so there are 45 employees as the unit of analysis. The problem in the research is that there is a decline in civil servant performance on competency development indicators and internal infrastructure services so it is important to analyze them using multiple regression analysis. The test results provide evidence that the decline in civil servant performance is not caused by competence and work discipline but by other factors that are not analyzed, because the test results provide evidence that the civil servant competence and work discipline are at a high level so they are proven to be able to increase their performance to a higher level

Employees are the focus of achieving agency success so that employees are required to maximize their performance in supporting the achievement of agency goals. In practice, agencies really need employees who can always be actively involved in the tasks and/or work given to them. Work engagement is a positive behavior that can encourage employee effectiveness which in turn increases agency effectiveness. The study is oriented towards explaining the contribution of job demands and job resources to the work engagement of 45 employees of the PUPR (Public Works and Public Housing) Region VIII Makassar Competency Development Center. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS 27.0. Hypothesis testing showed evidence that job demands made a positive and significant contribution to work engagement while job resources contributed negatively and insignificantly to work engagement

Globalization has had a huge impact on various industries, and other business fields are no exception in the automotive sector, which is increasingly present and competing in the midst of growth and the economy as well as changes in the flow of technology and the flow of information that is increasingly rapid. Companies compete fiercely to produce products with good quality, because it is very influential on consumer purchasing decisions. Various ways can be taken by companies in improving consumer purchasing decisions, including in paying attention to product quality and consumer perceptions, because these two variables greatly affect the purchasing decisions of each consumer. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer perceptions and product quality on purchasing decisions, based on the results of tests that have been carried out it can be seen 1. Consumer perceptions have a t-value greater than the t-table value, this can mean that the price has a positive effect and on consumer purchasing decisions on the purchase of Mitsubishi cars at PT DIPO Sumbar. 2. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of e-services quality and perceived ease of use on Shopee customer satisfaction in Pondok Melati District. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods. In this study using the Lemeshow formula, with a sampling error of 10% obtained a sample number of 100 respondents. The data used in this study were primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study showed that: 1) E-services quality (X1) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) on the Shopee application in Pondok Melati District; 2) Perceived ease of use (X2) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) on the Shopee application in Pondok Melati District; 3) E-services quality (X1) and Perceived ease of use (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) on the Shopee application in Pondok Melati District; and 4) The magnitude of the influence of E-services quality (X1) and Perceived ease of use (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) on the Shopee application in Pondok Melati District was 35.4%, while the remaining 64.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study
