Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved based on the problems above are to find out the relationship between service quality and personal selling with the satisfaction of micro credit customers. And the contribution of service quality variables (X1) to customer satisfaction (Y) obtained R Square (R²) value of 0.615, This means that service quality (X1) forms a contribution of 61.5% to customer satisfaction (Y). There is a positive and significant relationship between the variable personal selling and customer satisfaction with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.765 which means strong. And the contribution of personelling variable (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y) obtained R Square value of 0.585, This means that the personal selling variable (X2) forms a contribution of 58.5% to customer satisfaction (Y). There is a positive and significant relationship variable service quality and personal selling together with customer satisfaction with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.786 which means that it is strong enough. And the contribution of service quality (X1) and personal selling (X2) together on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained an Adjusted R Square (R²) value of 0.611.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix including products, prices, promotions, and locations, both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Indogrosir Cibinong. The results of data analysis show that the product, price and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions while the promotion has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The marketing mix consisting of products, prices, promotions and purchasing decisions jointly influences purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.351 which means that 35.1% of purchasing decisions in Indogrosir Cibinong are influenced by product variables, price, promotion, and location, while the remaining 64.9% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions that can be given in this study are: (1) Indogrosir Cibinong should pay attention to product factors by paying attention to products that are not close to expiration, good quality products, attractive packaging, and not dusty and neat; (2) Price factor by providing affordable prices, prices according to product quality, prices listed in accordance with the price that must be paid, the price offered is competitive and relatively cheap, and prices are in accordance with the benefits of the product; (3) Location factors by paying attention to parking arrangements, parking areas of two or four-wheeled vehicles are quite adequate, the location of Indogrosir is easily accessible by public transportation, as well as the strategic location of Indogrosir.

Abstract

National Health Insurance (JKN) was born as mandated by Law No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security System (SJSN) and the Law No. 24 of 2011 on National Social Security Agency which appointed PT. Askes (Persero) which is then referred to BPJS Kesehatan, followed by Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2013 and Presidential Decree No. 111 of 2013 which has mandated that all Indonesian citizens must be incorporated in JKN program no later than January 1st, 2019. The main challenge is how to attract uninsured people to participate in JKN program within the targeted timeframe. This study examine the probability of urban informal workers as the main target of uninsured people to participate in JKN program based on ten independent variables that are price stimulus, discounts stimulus, payment period stimulus, precautionary motive, access motive, and financial planning knowledge which includes risk management, saving management, retirement planning, heirs planning, and household cash flow management. The study was conducted through direct interviews in Greater Jakarta to 150 informal workers. The results of the study indicate that discount stimulus, access motive to insurance, practicing cash flow management, and heirs planning have significant impact to the person's interest on JKN program.

Abstract

The problem in this research is lack of business development of actors informal sector in Pasar Baru - Kuningan District. The purpose of this study is as follows: (1) to determine the effect of simultaneously working capital, entrepreneurial behavior and skills to manage the administration of the development of the informal sector in Pasar Baru Kuningan; (2) to determine the effect of working capital to the development of the informal sector in Pasar Baru Kuningan; (3) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial behavior to the of the informal sector in Pasar Baru Kuningan; (5) to determine the effect on the development of skills to manage the administration of informal sector businesses in Pasar Baru - Kuningan. The method used in this research is quantitative method type survey. The hypothesis of this study are Working capital, entrepreneurial behavior and skills to manage the administration of influence simultaneously to the development of informal sector enterprises. Research results are: working capital, entrepreneurial behavior and skills to manage the administration jointly influence simultaneously to the development of informal sector businesses in Pasar Baru-Kuningan. Working capital has a positive and significant impact on the development of informal sector businesses in Pasar Baru-Kuningan. This means that the presence of additional working capital will also increase business development in the informal sector of Pasar Baru – Kuningan District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality and motivation on the performance of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur employees. In this study the object is a permanent employee or contract of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur. The population in this study were all employees working at the office of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur in the operational field of 50 people. The samples taken were 50 samples. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed discipline at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone very well. This can be seen based on the answers of 50 respondents, with an average number of 3.82. Motivation at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone quite well. This can be seen based on the answers of 50 respondents, with an average number of 3.02. Employee performance at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone well. This is seen based on the answers of the respondents as many as 50 people, with an average number of 3.05. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely the correlation coefficient that is equal to 0.797, and according to the provisions of the author, it can be concluded that discipline and motivation have a strong level of relationship strength to employee performance variables, this shows that discipline and motivation have a strong influence on performance employees at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk based on the Liquidity, Rentability and Solvability Ratios for the period 2012-2016. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using secondary data. This research was conducted by tracking data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The object of this research is the financial statements of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk. The results showed that Financial Performance based on liquidity ratios, Current Ratio decreased from 1.26 to 0.09, Cash Ratio decreased from 0.040 to 0.006 and Quick Ratio decreased from 1.18 to 0.09. Based on the profitability ratio, the condition of the company is in a bad condition, because Gross Profit Margin has decreased by 0.30 to 0.25 and the Net profit margin has suffered losses from -0.38 to -0.52. Likewise based on solvency ratio, in a bad condition because Debt to Equity Ratio has increased from 0.58 to 0.92 and the value of Debt to Total Assets Ratio is higher than 1.4 to 11.27.

Abstract

Personal selling is used in product marketing of PT. Talents Spectrum which is a form of direct communication between sales people who represent companies and potential customers. The object of research is consumers who buy the services of PT. Talents Spectrum Depok Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of the approach process, presentation stage, handle objections and closing sales in personal selling. Samples were taken using Slovin formula and analyzed using the Weighted Means Score (WMS). The results of the study showed that the entire process of personal selling carried out by the company's sales force had very good assessment criteria, with a value of 4.043. The process stage that has the smallest value is the presentation stage, with a value of 4.031. The smallest indicator of personal selling is self-introduction to the approach process with 3,917 and reconfirming the product explanation in the sales closing process with a value of 3,917.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial skills and individual characteristics on the success they manage a business, especially small and micro entrepreneurs who open a business in Indogreen housing, Citeurep Bogor District. In this research the object is the entrepreneurs who numbered 50 people with saturated sample method. The data used in this study is the primary data derived from the questionnaire distribution. While the data analysis using Multiple Regression analysis technique.The findings of this study are the two variables tested both partially and simultaneously. In the test terminated R square value there are results of 0.670 or 67% of business success can be explained by entrepreneurial skills and the remaining individual characteristics of 33% by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Appraisal or Valuation is a process of work to provide estimates and opinions on the economic value of an object of valuation at a certain time in accordance with the SPI and applicable laws and regulations. Valuation is very necessary in banking management, especially to estimate the value of collateral that is used as a second way out of financing or credit which is one of the core business of banking. By the increasing of bank financing / credit needs and the number of Appraisers and Public Appraisal Service Company, competition has arisen so that a Public Appraisal Services Office selection will be held to be used in the banking industry. The method of this research is descriptive analysis and retrieval of data taken by means of interviews, surveys and direct observations and literature, which shows the results that the role of KJPP is very important and needed in banking business growth with several factors that influence service users including qualifications of Appraisers, Standard of Procedure, Service Level Agreement, active role in associations and several other things.
