Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the role of mediators in resolving industrial relations disputes and how the PHI process at the Bogor Regency Manpower Office has rights, pleasure, no termination of employment, and relations between workers/unions can be resolved through two channels through the courts and outside. court. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The focus of this research is the role of the mediator in resolving the cases experienced. The type of mediator used in this study is the type of authoritative mediator. Processing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Credibility, Transferability, Confirmability and Dependability. Data analysis and processing used in this study are: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) drawing conclusions or levers. The results showed that the role of the mediator in the settlement of industrial relations is in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2004 and Ministerial Decree No. 92 of 2004, to maximize the role of mediators in the settlement of industrial relations, the Bogor Regency Manpower Office provides special policies such as facilitate the disputing parties in holding negotiations beforehand. In the mediation process, the mediator uses the half-room technique in the process of carrying out the mediation session.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the causes of low quality and provide suggestions for improving the painting process of the NGH 320 Excavator. The method used to conduct this research is the Six Sigma DMAIC method. With a sigma level value of 3.86, the painting process for the Excavator NGH 320 still requires process improvements to increase the sigma value. Based on the Pareto Diagram, the types of defects that dominate in the painting process are Runs/Saging (too much paint attached) of 65.08% and Fish Eyes (painting defects in the form of craters on the top coat paint) of 14.29%. At the repair stage using steps 5W + 1H and FMEA, the results obtained are 6 recommendations for improvement, namely providing IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance) in the goods receiving area, changing the operator's rolling schedule to every 1 or 2 weeks, changing the size of the spray gun nozzle to a larger size. small size (size 413 to 411), installing a filter regulator on the mixing machine, conducting training on understanding the working methods used, providing new tools for cleaning plates and some suggestions from the results of this research on the painting process of the NGH 320 Excavator.

Abstract

The marketing strategy helps the company maintain its market share by using a credit sales policy so that accounts receivable arise which often experience problems in terms of disbursing units from leasing. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach because this research is not clear and there is no suitable data about the problem being studied. This research was conducted directly at PT Victory Cipta Makmur Sukahati Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints on disbursement of repayments through the Brainstorming method, then the results of the causes of these problems were searched based on the data and facts available at PT Victory Cipta Makmur Sukahati Branch, then an analysis was carried out using the Seven Tools For Quality Control analysis tool, in which this research using 3 analyzes,namely checksheets,Pareto diagrams,and fishbone diagrams. From the results of the study, it was concluded that internal control was less effective as seen from the final results of the fishbone diagram which explained the human factor in carrying out the billing process that was not in accordance with the company's SOP. There are suggestions for good corrective actions to control in the form of further checking on billing.

Abstract

The population continues to increase but the percentage increase in regional original income that tends to decrease is certainly a concern for researchers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of population, investment, and local tax revenue together on Regional Original Income in Bogor Regency for the period 2016-2019. The results showed 1. The results of the test t prove that the total population does not have a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in the Regional Government of Bogor Regency, this is evidenced by the t value of -0.572 <t table 2.718 and the significance value of 0.578> 0 , 05. 2. The results of the test partially prove that partially the investment does not have a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in the Regional Government of Bogor Regency. This is evidenced by the t value -0.733 <t table 2.718 and the significance value 0.477> 0.05. 3. The test results simultaneously prove that together the independent variables consisting of total population, investment, and local taxes simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Price partially and simultaneously on Purchase Decision and the factor which has the most dominant effect on Purchase Decision of Honda Brio Car in Honda Internusa Cibinong. This populations are consumers who buy and have ever bought a Honda Brio car with samples of 100 people. In this research the technique used is questionnaire method by questionnaire or distributing list of questions to respondents. The analysis method used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v23 application program. From the research results it is obtained that the formed regression equation is Y = 6,780+0,120X1+0,427X2+0,228X3. Partially each variable (Product Quality, Brand Image and Price) has an effect on the purchase decision because the t count > t table and the significance value is < 0,1. Whereas simultaneously variable (Product Quality, Brand Image and Price) has an effect on the purchase decision because the F count is 14,962 > F table 2,14 and the significance score is 0,000. From the determination coefficient test results the Adjusted R square value obtained is 0,297 (29%), where the rest 71% is affected by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are knowing the condition of the service quality of the operational car driver for the employees of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), this is to find out how employees are satisfied with the operational car driver service at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) and to find out the gap analysis of employee satisfaction with operational car driver services at PT Sarana Multi Infrasrtuktur (Persero). The results of the analysis show that the variables that satisfy consumers are 1). Tangible variable in the second question, namely the physical condition of the vehicle being driven by the driver according to the request. 2). The variable reliability (reliability) in the first question is the skill of the driver (driver) in driving operational vehicles. 3) Variable assurance (assurance) in the second question, namely, the driver of the operational car provides a sense of security in service to employees. the company has provided the best service, therefore the company must maintain the above variables. The variable that has not satisfied consumers is the variable reliability (reability) in the second question, namely the question of Timeliness in picking up and delivering employees and variable assurance (assurance) on the first question Driver (driver) Provides safety assurance in serving employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables (motivation, discipline, and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee performance) at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong. The results showed that: In the partial test (t-test) it shows that the variables of motivation, discipline and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong, because the value of t count is greater than t table, with a value of t count. respectively 3,204, 3,113 and 4,931 (>) greater than t table 1,667. Simultaneously, motivation, discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong, because the value of f count 64.476 is greater than f table 2.16. From the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment, the variable that more dominantly affects employee performance is the work environment variable (X3), because the t value is greater than the other variables, which is 4,931. In the test results the coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) which is obtained is 0.726, this means that 72.6% of employee performance variables are affected quite highly by the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment. While the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

In an increasingly sophisticated era, the development of technology has made major changes in the business world. One of them is on social media which is increasingly developing and facilitating communication. Communication in business is very important. So it is necessary to achieve the existing conveniences and need to be used as well as possible. This form of utilization can be accepted by MSME actors in Indonesia, especially MSMEs in Jombang District. By using the interview method to thoroughly discuss the use of social media in their business, and using supporting questions, the results of the study show that the use of social media can be made to facilitate media promotion, so as to improve the development of MSMEs themselves. The sales rate is getting faster and automatically increases in other aspects of the business. The increase that occurred has made MSME players feel benefited and facilitated by the current sophistication of technology. The positive benefits obtained by MSME players are expanding market networks, facilitating interaction with consumers, and increasing product sales.

Abstract

Financial Distress is a condition where the company’s finances are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to meet various obligants (Hutabarat, 2021:27). This study aims to determine the level of corporate bankruptcy using the Altman Z”-score, Springate, and Zmijewski method analysisat PT Matahari Department Store Periode 2018-2020. From the result of these studies and measurements, it can be concluded that both of them predict PT Matahari Department Store as a compamy that is categorized as healthy in 2018 and 2019, and categorized as high risk of bankruptcy in 2020. Cause PT Matahari Department Store is categorized as a company those who are at high risk of going bankrupt are because of the pandemic Covid-19and the enactment of the PSBB policy so that it has an impact on a very dractic decline in the level of sales in 2020 as well as permanentand temporary store closures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of event marketing (involvement, interaction, immersion, intensity, individuality, innovation, and integrity) on interest in visiting Cibinong City Mall, to find out what factors are the most dominant in influencing interest in Cibinong City Mall and to knowing the magnitude of the determination of event marketing variables in explaining interest in visiting Cibinong City Mall. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variables involvement, interaction, immersion and integrity had a positive and significant influence on visiting interest. Meanwhile, the variables of intensity, individuality and innovation have no effect on interest in visiting Cibinong City Mall. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on visiting interest. The for the amount of determination, the results were 34,7%, meaning that the variable of interest in visiting was influenced by event marketing variabels (involvement, interaction, immersion, intensity, individuality, innovation, and integrity) of 34,7% while the rest was 65.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
